Since @VODAFONE is not able to provide data service to my location and not able to make call to any other network am trying to port my number to another cellular network service provider. When i am trying to generate porting code i am getting below message.
"upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider"

After discussion with idea helpdesk they asked me to visit Vodafone showroom. Showroom people saying that i have plan with discount so they discontinued that plan too but still not able to generate upc code. I am still getting same issue.

@Vodafone service desk is unable to provide any solution and there network service is worst after there coloration with idea.

Please help me to get out of Vodafone network.

    VI sim

    The network of the sim is not unstable and just useless. The worst and the most unstable network I've ever used. I can't use this network without any interruptions in the network. I need a solution for this unstable network. And I'm also not getting VOLTE option in my SIM....

          games?? No value added services in my number, still you guys deduct my balance everytime i recharge my number.
          Kindly, look into the matter and take appropriate actions asap.

            Hello sir/madam,

            Today I made a purchase of Disney+Hotstar package for my TV, later when I logged in the same, I see the message only mobile support. In the plan I buy there is no clarity on mobile only support when buying the package.

            I have now lost Rs 601 loss. It's no use . I am not happy the way this is presented.

                  So i was searching for data entry part time job so I uploaded my resume on Quikr, Then i start getting calls from the companies saying "Your resume is sent by quikr to us to provide you the work you are looking for, your resume is shortlisted by our company" Ignored them all but when i got a call from Vodafone idea company then i thought it's a popular brand and i should go for it..she firstly asked me to fill a form in which i shared my adhar number and Bank details(Account no. And IFSC code only) then she asked me to pay for 2000 ruppees as security amount on their bank account which is refundable (i pinned their bank details in this complaint too) i send her the screenshot on their email of the payment made successfully, they also told me that free internet will be given by the company, A person will come at my home to fix a broadband and company will pay the bill till 11months..then i got the work sample and customer details to fill forms then they sent me agreement which has government symbol and notary verified symbol and she asked me to pay another 3710 ruppees as agreement charge which is too refundable..i paid this amount too..but now i think it's a fraud as i read on internet and watched other's experience on youtube..Here i linked the screenshot of their bank account details, phone number from which i got this call, their agreement papers..i want my money back plz do something

                        I need my refund and explanation about this unwanted services been subscribed automatically and not even getting cancelled. Every week they are deducting money from my account. I have attached screenshot for reference.

                        I haven't subscribed to any such unknown services even then my money is getting deducted. I need my refund asap. Also I want acknowledge Vodafone India that some of my friends using your services have encountered such problems. So please check and stop this immediately.

                        I need my refund and a proper explanation.

                          I was on 199 rental plan.Till September 2021 my bill shows the same suddenly in October 2021 bill the plan is of 399 leading to unnecessary charges adding in the bill amount. I have never discussed nor requested fir any plan changes.
                          Kindly look into this immediately and reverse the charges in the next bill.

                            We have purchased numbers in February for our company, the sales person cheated us saying that the numbers will be first given on personal name and later will be shifted to company account. after a couple of months the service stopped and inspite of not receiving services they have been generating invoices. they call constantly and harass for payment and also use filthy language. several emails have been not replied to and no one responds the right way.

                              The mobile service provider changed my plan without taking any permission from me. And same is informed to me after billing cycle. Which is unfair and illegal.
                              I wrote mail to them and informed them about this illegal act of violating my personal right.
                              But answer is changed plan. Pay now. I am strongly opposes this.
                              I am not ready to pay this illegal hike in service charges which I never utilised .

                                I am a vodafone customer for15 yrs and last 6 yra using for bank otp in uae i need to keep my number active . Till last month my plan was 175 rupeesand from october2021 its 500rupees . Whixh is 6000 inr for a year. I dont use my no for any calls untill i vsist ondia and for the last 2 yrs i didnt vsist. All my bills are 175 rupees . This is exploiting customer just to keep no active. I want my pkan back or reduce my bills back to same amt. After all this pandemic every business try to exploit customers. I always paid my bills on time . I need my number active and this is the kind of service i reciev. Xomplaint 5 times to vodafone. Donot call i am i roaming . Email communication appreciated

                                    Money has been deducted from my Vi account charging for games world which i have not even subscribed….this is happening many a times in a span of month…kindly look into it and react asap
                                    Also Vi activates the services all by itself without the knowledge of customer!!!

                                      I had ported from Vodafone to Airtel postpaid two month back.
                                      i had paid outstanding will porting my number to airtel.

                                      now since Oct end my current service provider is ending me messages mentioning an outstanding of Rs 273.88 is still due for my number with previous operator Idea, MH and my service will be stopped if not paid till12 nov.

                                      today my out going service is stopped by Airtel.

                                      1. i have not received any bill for above amount from my current or previous service provider.

                                      2. if there is outstanding why Vodafone has approved my porting
