My vodafone number is deactivated since 2 days. I have made the payment twice once through paytm and next through vodafone app. The amount has been deducted twice from my bank account and vodafone number is still not activated. I have called the customer care multiple times and even sent across a screenshot of my successful payment. There has been no revert. Kindly look into this matter urgently

    Company has changed my terrif without my request. On 17th.
    I have logged the complaint on 17th and it supposed to resolved by19th but yet nobody will responding.

    Today i contact vodafone care and asked the status for my complain than they said please wait a for few more days.
    They are still checking how it was changed

      I dont knw any vijay sharma but still i get calls for asking vijay sharma on my no. [protected]. I am mentally harassed by all calls. Kindly doe a favor and stop al those calls who r asking for vijay sharma. I am using this no. Last 6or 7 years and dis no. Is registered with the name Robin Rana who is my husband.

        Last june i recharged 445rupess in vodafone store the benefits are unlimited local and std voice calls and per day 1gb 4g for 84 days but 35days only completed but pack experied
        I already complaint on customer care but no response my complaint number is [protected] already 4days completed but problem not solved so many times speak with vodafone care but no response
        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        My vodafone number ([protected]) outgoing SMS as been blocked for past one month, i just send birthday wish after 12 am, i made my complain to customer care and vodafone care center but no response, pls solve my problem as soon as possible .

          wrong charge for data plan

          I am using 349 rent plan.in which i was committed by vodafone 10gb 4g speed data and unlimited 3g once 10gb is exceeded. I had changed to this plan to my other 9 vofafone accounts also. Today i have received a message from you that i have used 20mb extra after usage of 10gb @ 4g speed. So for 20 mb i will have to pay you.

          When i was given this scheme i was told for unlimited data plan. You can check you telephonic...

          I was told as per simex offer, i will get 2gb 4g data foc however, they are not resolving my complaint since 18 days!!.. My 4g speed is also gone and got 500+ charged for data access!!!
          I have called 198 more than 20 times, sent emails to appellate, nodal officer still no resolution. I am out of mumbai and cannot visit the local vf store from which i was given 4g sim to activate. Vf are putting blame on other dept to dept. But not resolving my complaint

              Every hour or so the balance gets deducted by 4 to 10 paise. It says it is on account of data usage. But i have not switched on data and infact have been on wifi. Sometimes as high as 200 paise gets deducted. So in all daily i am losing around 3 to 4 rupees.
              What is the reason for this.
              And as i surf this on internet i find that this is not a new issue. Then why it has not been resolved yet. I am a customer of vodafone for past 8-9 years and i dont want to port now. But if this issue is not resolved then i will be forced to.

                  Hi I already do portability from Vodafone to idea got just overdue of some payment due from Vodafone after 3 month if you have due than why accept portability I want details bills for that. I raced this case to Trai as well as grevience redressal also..
                  My Vodafone no which port to idea is [protected] after 3 month of portability got call from idea that you have some due from your previous service provider means Vodafone.
                  If there is some due than why it's convert to idea. They don't give me details bill also this is a one tipe of laps of services from Vodafone.
                  I never ever watching to come back again with same..
                  Because of it my mobile outgoing has been stopped my idea bill payments is regular even I regular pay bill of Vodafone also. Than how they ask for pending amount after 3month...

                    Vodafone is charging me for VAS services every month though no VAS services are active on my number... i have tried social media, , , customer care but no response from them...customer is not the priority ...they just keep saying we will connect you but no response..trying to reach them from last 2 months.

                    My number is [protected] ...these guys have no shame...Airtel is best service provider atleast they priorities their customer...i think voda is not interesting in keeping the customer

                      I have a problem regarding the lovesutrapack. I have not activated such a pack. Despite deactivating it several times, it still keeps appearing and charges money. I am extremely dissapointed with this kind of glitch or whatever it may be. Please refund my money without fail which includes a sum total of 110 inr. My phone number is as following:

                        Its annoying that vodafone activates various value added services without my request... This is ridiculous. Last time also i have complained about the same.. They have promised it wont happen again. Yet it happened again.. Rupees 30 added to my bill cycle last week and now again 30 rupees.. Either do something or i have to go for portability and have to complain further..

                          Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) it is announced as consumers can able to send upto 200 Messages per day. I still face problems in sending messages once i cross 100. I dont understand why are the network providers not following the rules imposed by the concerned govt (TRAI).

                          I need you to take it up with a serious note & get back to me with the justifying reply.

                          Hopping for the quick resolution, i[censored] are unable to provide better service just reply with YES / NO there are better network providers than Vodafone.

                            I closed my data card on may 2017 but june month also sending bill to us,

                            Chennai mogappair branch visit & submitted to close the data card,

                            Vodafone data card not working from may month itself..

                            U are making me foolish.. Mogappair store person now ur data card cancelled, i given my id proof to cancel also. Two times i visit for mogapppir but no response from that store.

                              I had booked a 3 month internet connection along with the dongle for 2000rs back in dec 2016. I was using it for a few days and after 4 days they came in for a house inspection. The house inspector for reasons unknown claimed that our house was under construction even though we have lived in the house for 6 months. Due to the negative report provided by the house inspector they cancelled our connection. I am trying to get back the money for which we had paid as an advance. Kindly help us in getting back the money.

                                I have done a reacharge of rs 445 as told from vodafone office. For 445, they will provide me 300 minutes of calls and 1gb 3g/4g data daily for 84 days.
                                And finally now i have completed 35 days and they have removed the offer from my sim. When i contacted customer care, they are not providing inough explanation and says we can't help you, there is no such offer for you. They are now avoiding me.
                                Now am humbly requesting you to consider my complaint and to provide me the offer that what i have payed you.

                                  Sorry in advance for legal action!!!

                                  Previously i was using idea service provider in which i used to get 6gb 4g internet

                                  Before some days ago i got call from one vodafone executive with "[protected] sana" this number. She was explained me one plan as below :
                                  23 gb 4g speed internet life time
                                  So i got interested and get portability. Now automatically plan reduced to 3 gb so this is not fair. I have also contacted that lady but first she told me i will call you back in sometime after checking the data into system.
                                  But still i don't get any reply from her.

                                  Moreover, i called her in "[protected] sana" this number more than 30 times but she was not receiving my phone.

                                  This is not the right practice to earn profit bye making customer fool.

                                  Remember you people make customer fool only one time not all the time

                                  I want genuine reply asap otherwise i will make portability to some other service providers and file case against you

                                    I am using vodafone provider for my mobile number. And this provider is always applying "value added service" charge on my number even i have not activate any plan on my number.in last mobile bill again i got "160 rs" for two service pack. Without any information this provider always doing this type of fault in my bill.

                                    Even in my may-2017 bill they exceeded my bill limit from 2400 rs. And made bill of around 3300 rs. Without any prior notice. Which is very wrong.

                                    Please do the needful action on it.

                                      Dear sir

                                      I have moved to vodafone as it was offering rs 499 plan with unlimited call and 1 gb data

                                      I opted for basic roaming facility by paying rs 99 extra wnen i went to us from7th may till 16th june
                                      During that period i was using the matrix /tcm cards

                                      When i returned, to my surprise, my phone was disconnected and i was asked pay rs 1300 - rs 700+600 to activate

                                      Within few days, again disconnected and i paid rs 1100 for may, when i was not in india.

                                      That time i spoke to your customer care and revert me to original rs499 plan as i was back in india

                                      Today i received a bill for rs 1886 for june (From 16th jun till 23rd june) in spite of me in rs 499 plan

                                      Request your intervention as in 3 months i have paid over rs 2500 for no usage
