Dear concern,
Vodafone internet is not proper working. I was complaint many time but problme not resolve. My recentaly complaint no.[protected] dt.-14-6-17.
I was visiting the vodafone civil lines office but not resolve the proble your store. If not provide the service please refund my one year bill amount beacause was not use net properly last one year.

Today i am very serprised when i reciept call from [protected] and person told me that we are unable to provide service in your location. And port your mobile no. How to told a mobile service provide company

    Hello,

    My number is [protected]. I have converted postpaid to prepaid last week and i am trying to recharge online. I have tried all the recharge 20, 30, 100, 200 etc. But failing continously.

    I have tried calling customer care they did not resolve it please help me to recharge. It is irriating

    Operator is declining error is coming continuously.
    Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    After converting Vodafone postpaid to prepaid, unable to recharge my number, message says recharge declined by Vodafone.

      Sir/madam
      Had issued a prepaid number -[protected] by submitting my photo and voter id and also used it after verification upto more than one month but perhaps 11 days before it was stoped working without any message to me regarding any requirement. And as i was ill was unable to contact to vodafone office but at present it is again issued as postpaid to any body else and working now. But i am suffering more as it was spread to my personal and official concern.
      So i request your eminence to consider and return my number to me with registered in favor of me and i will submit as required by office and i will obliged you.

        Vodafone postpaid mobile number [protected] and [protected].

        My staff was paying 801 number and he didnt paid his bill. For that reason my number [protected] was barred outgoing calls, sms facility and even internet data pack. This is ugly way of bullying sincere and longtime loyal customers. I am paying average of 1000 or more than 1000rs bill per month for more than 2 years. I feel very bad with the ugly attitude of vodafone. I even settled the whole bills for both the numbers. Even after 2 days still my personal sim status is same. I request vodafone to activate my number [protected] again.

          Hi,
          I have switched to vodafone from reliance and got one new sim of vodafone. But the sim is not working at all and also my previous sim stopped working. When i call on my mobile number it shows mobile number not working due to operational reasons.
          My mobile no. Is [protected]. Kindly solve the issue i am badly stuck.

          When i call on my sim it shows it is on voda network but still the sim is not operational from last 2 days. Please also note that my old sim is closed and i have received a message too from vodafone

            Hi
            I recently switched to vodafone phone which is my biggest mistake i believe. Because at the time of porting they request a lot and start doing fake promises to sell out there connections. And when there verification calls comes they start telling some thing else.
            7 days before one of the agent call and asked me to come with vodafone we will offers 12 gb internet unlimited calls local and std. And another offer he gave me about 499 in which he offers 15 gb internet. Then i choose 399 waala offer and his task is finished and he disappeared. When your verification calls comes she start telling me that you will get only 1 gb then i excused her and tell her all conversation which was between me and previous agent. Then she tell sir i will check and let you know about it and at the time i told her that mam plz cancel my porting request if you are not able to deliver what your company has promised. Then she told me sir i will check and call you back. But she never came. So its a suggestion to u plz dint do this respect your customers. And i will port it again when your time period is over for sure. And i will put it on social media so that every one knows about you. And plz do not call me again and again i do not want your sympathy.

              My two nos. Of fds with yes bank a/c no. [protected] dated 14.09.15 and [protected] dated 29.06.16 for rs. 200000.00 and rs. 700000.00 matured on 4.7.17 and 9.7.17. The maturity amount for these fds are rs. 231933.67 and 757371.76. The tds of rs.1785.54 and rs. 4175.48 for fy 2016-17 has been deducted against these fds respectively. The amount to be paid to me after adjusting for tds works out to be appox. Rs. 230109.00 & 753107.00 but i have been paid 227193.54 & 750894.94 respectively. This issue was highlighted by me to bank vide my letter dated 10.07.17 and subsequently via mail to yestouch, head grievance cell, principal nodal officer etc but so far the balance amount has not yet been credited to my account.

                    I have not subscribed to any dotbot pack of vodafone. There has been a deduction of rs 75 from my prepaid balance. They had unlawfully deducted rs 35 from my balance for lifestyle pack earlier too, i had not subscribed to that either.
                    Such unlawful activities tarnish a company's image and vodafone has thoroughly disappointed me. If this happens again, there is going to be a lengthy battle in court.

                      I am using vodafone number [protected] (Rajasthan). From last 20 days i am facing issue in network connection. Internet is not working properly. Most of the time internet signal (3g : h+) not comes. Even it occurs while i am making an digital payment via my net banking and sudden internet signal would being lost and transaction fails...

                        I did a recharge of Rs. 184 and an amount of Rs. 155 has been deducted as access fee and only Rs. 0.38 as talk time. What is this access fee. How can you charge me N access fee without my knowledge. Will be porting my number if I do not get the amount soon and will spread word in social media.

                          I visited vodafone store today (Mobile no : [protected], token no : 262, 18/07/2017) which is located opposite to kalamandir marathahalli. I have lost my prepaid sim card and asked replacement for same.

                          But customer executive said that we are running out of prepaid sim cards and she forced me to take postpaid connection. Again she mentioned it will take one week time to get prepaid simcards which is totally wrong.

                          I have got prepaid simcard in another vodafone store today without any delay. Please take necessary action hence giving wrong information and forced to take postpaid.

                                I contacted vodafone center at kanpur nagar at civil lines near leemani hospital today to update my kyc along with my aadhaar card.

                                The staff present there did not co-operated at all and gone to the extend of advising to port the number in favor of jio / airtel for better services.

                                I was surprised at the behavior and advice and presumed that the concerned staff who was not holding name tag is resigning from vodafone.

                                My kyc is still awaiting for updation

                                  We submitted twice all documents to register our company ramniklal & co. With vodafone but your company (Vodafone) rejected twice our (Ramniklal & co.) company registration for vodafone cell connection!

                                  Saying orally that we do not have signboard on our property of our company name!

                                  Both the time they came for verification without appointment and we owner always not there to attend any person on last moment without appointment.

                                  We went many time to vodafone gallery in andheri (West) juhu lane... But staff told we are helpless!

                                  And we have many documents & proof of our company with us which we submitted time to time with your request.

                                  Then also without any reason and any writing information of rejection of our company from vodafone!

                                  So inform us in writing so we can take this matter into trai.

                                  Our company of rs.5000 cr trading exchange turnover in last three financial year (Certificate submitted in attachment) and your verification smart persons says this company dose not proper!

                                  We have bellow all this documents and proof which we submitted to your company.
                                  1) turnover certificate
                                  2) contract note of mcx
                                  3) bank statement
                                  4) pan card of ramniklal & co.
                                  5) ghumasta licence
                                  6) nmmc licence
                                  7) partnership deed
                                  8) partners passport
                                  9) all other require document as per your request.
                                  10) still we have more many proof of our company

                                  Our company registered in 1968 (Allmost 49 year old) and having huge business turnover (Rs.5000 cr in last 3 years) and many licence, pan card, various authority proofs in name of ramniklal & co.

                                  So we think this all are not considered by your company and we have to take serious action against you.

                                    I, mr. Nipun kanti majumder, have recharged rs. 250/- on this no. ([protected]) in place of my vodafone prepaid no. ([protected]) of kolkata. It is done through paytm. The order id - [protected], july, 18/07/2017 at 6:08 pm. After that i made a phone call to vodafone customer care, but one of the representative is told that it is impossible, but i hope that it is absolutely possible. The sim is issued by my name. My address is - vill. Bayarghata, p. O.- kumra - kashipur, p. S.- habra, dist.- north 24 pgs., west bengal. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Please refund the amount rs. 250/- into my balance ([protected]).

                                      I have taken vodafone post paid plan almost 6 months back.in first two three month bill they charge me correct amount as per my plan. But from 4 month they are charging extra amount for the services which i not used. But after submitting them the proof. They waived of my bill extra amount. But in june month bill they charge me for data use rs.499.93 on 21/06/2017. But they did not sent me any mail or msg regarding my excess usage on this date. Without sent me any information or notification how they can charge me. But according to their vodafone app. I used data as per below of my plan. I sent them screen short of data uses as on[protected]. Its showing below uses than how they can charge me on[protected] for it. Because till[protected] its showing less uses of data and i called or mailed them. But they are replying very late and they are not considering my proof. Today one lady called me. Her name is danalakshmi k. She called me by this no. ([protected]). She talked me very rudely. She was not listening my problem and forcing me to pay the due bill without solving my problems. So how can i make payment to them for unauthorized charges. For your reference i have attached the file. Kindly find the attachment and do the needful asap.

                                        I have use vodafone postpaid mo. No. [protected] my plan is 499 unlimited monthly rental. But last three month i have suffering a billing issue. I call vodafone service center about this issue, he told us value added service from u r mobile. That charge may be apply. But i dont know which service activate directly on my mobile without my prior permission
                                        Is it right to dont ask customer and directly activate any service and get them charge. I request to trai pls. Restrict that types of service
