My mobile no is [protected] yesterday i had recharged with 353 for unlimted class nd interenet offer after 2 hours when i made a call they deducted my balance when i asked for the reason they are telling till now the call offer has not been activated after 12 hours when i called today still the says the same last week without a reason they deducted 10 rs from my balance and when i asked they refunded it and till now they dont have the answer why did they deducted that amount. I used to recgarge for rs.300 and above every month and still i have the same offers when i asked for rs.453 offer for 70 days they said that offer is not available and when i told about my plan of porting out to any other network they said do as u wish... Very much disappointed with vodafone... No offers... And simplye deducting balance... They are not even able to activate offers which i have already paid its better they close down soon so the people won't suffer... I need the answers for my questions and the call offer which i had been paid for

They have activated the call offer after 1 day with giving me a lot if trobles and headache but still now they haven't refunded the amount that they have looted from me yesterday when i called customer care executive they said that amount will be credited when i end that call now its been 12 hours but still no change worst experience with vodafone no offers no better customer service only thing they knew is to cheat people and loot away their money

    I recharge for rs.345 for my number, before a week. The offer consists of 1gb, 4g data per day for 4g handsets and free local and std calls.. But i just only receive 1gb data per day,.. I didn't get the offer of free calls.. So kindly check this and take some valuable action and reply me. Orelse i may force me to change the network from vodaphone

      This is regarding my outstanding bill for number which is currently due inr 21, 354. I wanted to bring it to your notice that i travelled to hongkong few weeks back and wasn’t aware of the international roaming charges that were applicable on my number for that country. When i reached there my number wasn’t working so i contacted the vodafone team and got the same activated after 2 days. I was not aware of the data roaming charges which were so high at that time.
      There were some issues going on at your end which delayed my activation and the same matter has been escalated to you already. You may check the same in your system as well and the team had agreed upon it.
      Since i am a very old and loyal customer of yours, i request you to waive off half of my bill so that i can pay it immediately and enjoy my services. I don’t want to switch to any other networks as vodafone has excellent connectivity services.
      In respect of this issue, i received a call from mr. Varun on monday (29-may) for bill payment, he waived off 30% of my bill on my request. I appreciate the response i got from your team but i don’t think i would be able to pay this much as i wasn’t aware of the fact that the international roaming charges would be so high. Also i am not in a position to bear inr 15000 at this moment and request you to waive it off by 50%.
      Everyday i am calling up the customer care and explaining my issue again and again to make them understand the matter. At the end of the call, i am told that i would get a call back from the team within 24 hours but no help. I am a loyal customer from last 5 years but never expected this response from vodafone. Also, i failed to understand why my services weren't stopped when i had reached the maximum credit limit of my number which was inr 2000.
      Now if you do not want to give any waiver or discounts, atleast tell me the same that you cannot process or something, instead you keep asking me to wait for 24 hours for a call back from your team.

      Please help resolve the matter at the earliest.

      How can bill reach to this amount if credit limit is only Rs. 2000, this is huge ? Vodafone raised your bills to 10x and that too without any notice.

      Vodafone customer care sucks, people answering the calls are not even educated enough or are not aware about the company plans and terms and conditions.

      I think Vodafone is then cheating with all customers by making them believe that the bill will never breach credit limit and if it reaches, they will shut down the services. They should have shut down your services as soon as the bill was reached Rs 2000, you are being cheated and everybody else who is a customer to Vodafone.

        My vodafone no. Is [protected]. The payment for march 2017 was delayed by some days. Consequently my outward call facility was blocked from april onwards. But still i got bills for rs 800 and odd for each of these months,, when no calls were made from my mobile.

        I had paid the pending amount for march, a few days back.

        I request you to please desist from charging me for the months of april and may 2017, as the outgoing call facility was suspended on those months and i could not make any calls

          Dear sir,
          I am having vodafone number [protected] and i am not satisfied with vodafone service so i tried to port my number in airtel. When i sms to vodafone at 1900 for port number they blocked sms service to 1900, i called them at customer care 6 times in last 36 hours and send 2 of complaints at there portal and my self went to there office in yamunanagar. But they are harassing me and not want me port my number to other carrier. I am fed up with this. Please help me.

            I recently did rs 448 recharge which suppose to offer me unlimited calling (Local+std) and 1gd/day data.
            Similar offer is provided by other competitive telecom companies with no hidden information.
            So, when i changed my home circle to another states vodafone circle they initially didn't charge me but later on hefty call charges were implied.

            I have lost decent amount of money and asked them for refund as they nowhere mentioned complete offer be it 'best offer'
            Flash or the confirmation message they sent on subscription of plan. Photos attached. Thus i demand for refund of money on providing misinformation to the customer.

            Goes without saying, costumer care of vodafone are of no use. They give mechanical answers to any query asked in quest of proving that the costumer did wrong

              Hi i changed my phone handset and now i am not able to receive any calls or sms on my vodafone prepaid no.[protected]. Your call centres don't connect to vodafone officer. Please help

              I have been calling call centres but no one seem to register the complaint. I don't want to stay with vodafone i want to port my number very soon.24*7 is all myth there is nothing like it.

                My mobile no [protected] was been ported from delhi no to punjab i have been a loyal customer of vodafone since 5 years. On friday without prior notice my phone was disconnected. Wen called they said due to negative verification phone was disconnected as the person who came for verification did wrong verification and wrote me as a student due to which my connection was disconnecred. I went to vodafone store submitted my i'd proof and application on saturday at 1100 a. M and requested them to start my phone as i have important calls to attend but uptill now my phone has not started. I called the store continously from 4 clockendon to 8 clock but nobody replied my call. They all are harrassing the customer without giving proper information. The store in sector 35 don't have proper information and don't pick up the calls

                    I have dialed [protected] from my mobile [protected], they have deducted rs 8/min charge. I have also tried to call customer care and ask them to register complain but they refused to take complain every time vodafone is cheating with their customers. I would suggest dont use vodafone.

                      Hi, im steve, i am using vodafone postpaid connection 499 unlimited local std plan, my number is [protected].
                      For bill period (06.04.17 to 05.05.17), i have been charged bill of rs 803.39/- in which isd charges included for rs 200 plus tax which i have not used and on calling vodafone customer care on 24/05/2017 executive told me usage charges are wrongly charged due to system error and a reversal of rs 230 has been processed and adjusted in bill on the same day.

                      I find that this time they have charged me more than my usages for the billing period (06.05.17 to 05.06.17) rs 2415.55 which includes rs 1600 plus tax of rs 240 in my current bill. My outgoing calls are barred and harassed unnecessarily by vodafone customer care.

                      I am ready to pay what i have used but i won't pay unnecessary isd charges added due to a system error. I request vodafone to withdraw unnecessary charges from my bill so that i can continue. But so far i haven't received any response.

                      I am really upset with the services provided by vodafone.

                      Thank you once more for your help in this matter.

                        Hello vodafone,

                        Just i have migrated my vodafone postpaid connection - [protected] to vodafone prepaid from the vodafone store - 7th june.

                        It is already 4 days over, everything is verified and even i am receiving the call.

                        But when i visited to store/retailer for first recharge (Frc) either rs 54/- or 71/- rupees.
                        They recharged on my number but everytime use to get sms recharge cannot be processed at this time/recharge not valid on this number.

                        Why i am not able to recharge through retailer, help me, it is very urgent.

                        just I got call from the number [protected] and [protected]. do the payment online through rbipaymentgateway.com. when visited the website and enter the details asked for bank OTP.

                        thought they that people would be fraud and cheating me.

                          Dear madam/sir,
                          Vodafone automatically and unnecessary activate many local promo offers which is rs.31, 23, 19 and 14.. Total rs.87 balance deducted from my account without my permission. I am currently out of west bengal and i have roaming pack activated only, but suddenly these local promos recharged. Previously my balance was rs.144.11 now it deducted to rs.54.11. I called customer care they said they will take my request and refund my balance but till now i didn't get my balance back and now customer care is not responding my phone calls. I want to get my balance back. What should i do now?

                              Dear madam/sir, i am a vodafone customer. I took the connection of mobile as postpaid customer and paid rs 500/- as security deposit. Due to some wrong policy of the company, i switched to prepaid mode. As a prepaid customer, my security deposit is supposed to be refunded.                                 Vodafone india has sent extra bill against the usage. The extra amount is rupees 426. When i talked immediately to their customer care they denied to reduce the amount. I called their customer care several times. Later they started troubling me by calls and emails. When i requested them to reduce the extra amount and to give to correct bill, they denied saying that first pay your bill then we will reduce the amount. Please help me asap

                                  I have been staying in the united states since january 2017. Before coming here i activated my international roaming facility in order to keep my india number activated. From last couple of months i am seeing aberration in the monthly bill. Although i don't make any offing call, text from my indian number they are charging me more than 1000 rupees a month. The ideal bill should come around 275 as per the plan i choose before coming here. They charge me the correct amount in some months and charge thousand bucks for some months. I don't understand the reason for the discrepancy. Everytime i talk to them they never address this issue they never pay attention properly. Everytime they tell me that we are activating international roaming facility. I am getting frustrated with the staffs of this company who are suppose to take care of my issue. Just because all my back accounts and indian official stuffs are linked with my vodafone number, i have to continue with this number and they are taking advantage out of it.
                                  My request to the honorable consumer forums judge is to address this issue as soon as possible and help me in solving this matter.

                                      I am a vodafone coustmer since 9years. But vodafone did not care me. I complained since feb 2015 but they did not solve. Before being a vodafone coustmer think seroiusly otherwise u will be in a big problem. Because vodafone have no solution of my problem. They r harashing me since feb 2015. They have no value of coustmer. Be aware before being a coustmer of vodafone. I complained many time vodafone mail id and their appellate but they have no solution. Airtel is best in network. Vodafone is zero zero zero. Vodafone is not able to compete with airtel in network. Network is serious matter in telecom sector. So i advice all not being a vodafone coustmer

                                        I want waiver from vodafone because vodafone is not giving proper service to me. I complained many time to vodafone but they did not solve ny problem. Everytime they gave ne next two month time. After giving time from them they did not solve problem on that time. After that they gave next two month time. Before taking vodafone no read all complaints on this platform. Vodsfone have no value of me.
