Services like datapacks were as shown in the attached picture but services enabled by the company were different, which leaded to loss of money and time.
As per their instructions, i contacted to their respective customer agent but instead of comfprting me with solving the problem, he quarreled with me.

    I have tried lodging so many complaints.

    This is my service request no.
    Now i am a serving armed forces personnel.
    My father changed his no. From idea to vodafone
    [protected] and [protected].
    This number is very important to him.
    Now one of the no. Has been activated and the other is suspended due to verification problem. How can it be possible. Two nos from same family living at the same house one of them gets activated and the other one is suspended.
    Please help me in this issue

      This is for ur kind information, i met the people of the vodafone store at station road, in secundrebad. I raised the complaint regarding this, the official mr. Shiva told that he delete the latter one and put the fresh one, i gave all the documents to him still it is not done. He gave me a fresh post paid sim card, he said he will call me still he did not call me, in fact i called him but he said to me that he will come back, till now he did not call me.
      Being a good service why so lagging in this work.
      I like you guys to resolve it sooner please.
      Vodafone is good company, your younger guys are spoiling the name ok.

        Iam able to do calls but iam not getting any incoming calls and messages. Iam unable to send messages also. I tried calling customer care but that is not connecting your staff it is keep on repeating the menu. I want to resolve this asap as i gave my number for degree counselling. Already i submitted the essential documents. They said it will take 2 days, i waited 2 days but still no response from your end, iam actually very much frustrated because of sim blocking as i gave this number everywhere. Please resolve it asap. It is matter of my brother life as i gave my number for his counselling and all otp's, messages related to that will come to my number.

          This complaint is regarding an unresolved issue related to 3g data recharge done by me
          I mailed vodafone thrice to get this issue resolved, 3 people called me from vodafone but none of them called back again and none of them resolved my issue.
          I am thoroughly disappointed with such open fleecing of customers, it has been 3 weeks already and vodafone seems least bothered about solving my issue.
          They do know that my issue is genuine and i have given them proper proof but they just do not seem keen to refund me my balance.
          I recharge with the rs 186 pack every month for internet which initially was 400mb day and 400mb night which has changed to 1gb for day and 200 mb for night from this month.
          I lost my night data balance inspite of recharging before the expiry date
          I had recharged on 15th may 2017 after which the balance displayed was 4929.62 mb for the day pack but night pack is only 200mb now, i had 4190 mb when i had recharged on 18th april 2017
          So where did my 4 plus gb of night data go?? Vodafone cannot just remove it, this is open cheating of a customer, they have no value for the money customers put for recharges
          I have been recharging before expiry all these months and due to lack o[censored]sage my net pack has been building over the months.
          I hope immediate action is taken this time
          I am attaching the requisite screenshots for your reference regarding the sms received from vodafone on 15th may and 18th april after recharging for those respective months.

            Hi team,
            I am not able to send the port message to 1900. I have raised several complaints via vodafone store and vodafone customer care number 198/199.
            Every time the executive would apologize and raise the complaint number. On the due date of the completion of request, i would receive a message stating that have been provided the interim solution for the request.

            As a consumer i tried to call customer care to reach to vodafone customer care executives but they blocked my access to customer care executive through irv.

            I also raised complaint about network but they told me its resolved but its not resolved. Facing too many call drops issue.

            Very bad experience with vodafone. That's why i want to port my number but they also dont allow me to port.

            In the end i am the one who is suffering and paying for that too.
            Hence raising the complaint at this forum.

              Hello team,
              Every month some value added services automatically activated in my mobile no. [protected] which i had to deactivate every time. Then after bill generation i had to call for charges reversal of these services.

              This activation happens around 5-6 times in a month. Every time i called to customer service number they always told me that whenever i used internet these services are activating. I am using whatsapp only and no other internet services like reading news and so on.

              In past, customer care officer reversed those vas charges however from last couple of months they are denying to reverse the same. Even, i have become irritated to call customer care for stopping these services and later for bill reversal.

              This is really a mentally harassment and should be stopped asap.
              Kindly raise this matter with concern team and resolve as soon as possible.

                Dear concerned i am not able to make voice calls or either access the inetrnet on my voda no : [protected].

                I am a resident of e 51, karampura, new delhi. I called up on 6th june 2017 at 1500 hours to 198 to my surprise the executive was not at all ready to take complaint against my network problem.

                Once being insisted to make me speak to his senior he kept the call on hold and afterwards disconnected the call.

                Seriously vodafone is going to take the network issue seriously else within next few months the vodafone would be forced to close its operations in india,

                  Am trying to send message from existing mobile no-[protected] for porting. But sending failed.

                  Since your signal is very poor in our area and also charges are very high. Right now we are getting unlimited calls and 9gb date at rs.400 rupees. But your plan providing 1100min calling and 700mb data only. Several times tried to reach you. And no one responding. Please enable porting facility

                  Please resolve issue.

                  Hi This is a rather shameful move taken by Vodafone..!! Vodafone is blocking SMSes to 1900. Whenever one tries to send 'PORT' to 1900, an error message is received "Unable To Send SMS" or "Message Sending Failed". This is being done to prevent the customers from porting out of Vodafone. You will be able to send SMS to all other nos but 1900...!!!

                    Every month some value added services automatically activated in my mobile no. [protected] which i had to deactivate then after bill generation i have to call for charges reversal of these services. This will happen 3-4 times in a month. Whenever i called to customer service number 198 they always told me that whenever i used internet these services will activate.
                    However, there is no such links shown regarding that services. I called to customer service for reversal today, they told me that i'm not eligible for reversal. This is such a harassment as i'm not activating any such services.
                    Kindly look into the matter and resolve as soon as possible

                      This is regarding misbehaving of vodafone exucative named amit counter number 'c' located in dumdum. He behaves very roudly to the customer and showing lots of anger to the customer.

                        I got a message saying "mobile apps club" has been activated on your mobile and rs 35 has been deducted. I never subscribed to any such thing and the customer care person is unable to even give an explanation as to how this got activated.

                        This is extremely fraudulent and illegal as per trai regulations.

                        I am going to file a complaint in the consumer court if this amount is not reversed asap.

                          I have been using Vodafone and legacy cellular services from past 16 years.

                          I had plans to travel to USA hence I had visited Vodafone store in Baner, Pune. I was informed that I can continue using the postpaid service however deactivate the mobile internet and plans for your number so avoid heavy bills which otherwise would be anticipated.

                          I followed their instructions and called Vodafone customer care on 12th May between 1-2am to deactivate my mobile internet just before my flight.
                          My request was successfully processed and I was informed that my internet was deactivated with immediate effect.

                          To my shock, this billing cycle, the mobile bill is heavy and undue. The mobile internet section shows bill of 19K.

                          When I called Customer Care and it was confirmed that my request was logged and processed on 12th May. I was further suggested to write on corp-care email ID.

                          I asked in the email if mobile internet was deactivated on the same date why the bill is so high ? I need a corrected bill so that I can pay and Â
                          start using the Vodafone without internet for my needs (OTP, SMS).

                          I got a response from them that the charges are due to international roaming and data usage which was charged at 563 Rs per 1MB. This was never shared by the Vodafone store people.
                          I followed all instructions shared by Vodafone yet I received such a heavy bill which is completely unjustified. I tried following up on email but I get same template response again and again.

                          I want to continue using the service but Vodafone has disconnected my connection due to this heavy bill. I am losing all my SMS/OTP.

                          Kindly process my request and I am extremely hopeful about getting justice.

                            In last 6 months, this is the 4th time facing the same balance deduction for unnotted and unattended incoming call, this time the deduction was for rs. 100.

                            All the four times i have not even received a call, and when i see the last 3 calls, one huge no. Is seen in the last 3 dialed.

                            Whenever i had a talk with the customer care, they say its a deduction on incoming call, whereas now a days, we are free of charges for the incoming calls.

                            Please enquire and revert.

                              I am a prepaid Vodafone customer. No. [protected], from Gujrat circle.

                              I had 250 mbps data connection whose validity ended on 4th June.I have disconnected from my mobile "mobile data" . Still I get a message from 5th June morning onwards that I am charged for the data I have not used. I am attaching image of the screen getting this message.

                              THIS IS ILLEGAL AND UNETHICAL.

                              Please do the needful to stop this mal practice and inform me the action taken.

                              I may very respectfully submit that such illegal activity your credibility at risk and will have dissatisfied customers & force them to terminate the relationship or get into unwanted correspondence/ litigation.

                                I have been charged numerous times without my permission for something that I haven't activated. I spoke to a representative in the customer care and he confirmed nothing would be activated further and yet again some other pack is activated and the amount has been deducted. I can't tolerate this anymore as things which are unnecessary are being deducted and when tried to call the customer service after holding for a long time the line goes blank and no one answers. I want the pack activated to be deactivated and also my money to be refunded if not I would have to discontinue using Vodafone.

                                  The barred all my outgoing calls and sms because of failed verification. They put in their system that they tried to reach me in my home but I was not there while I was surely present the whole day. Nobody came and I didn't even receive any calls saying that they are waiting. And then, without any intimation, my calls were barred. It was a very stupid move by the company. now, when I contacted the customer care, they wanted me to go to visit the store to arrange another verification. Why should I be the one taking all these pains when it's not my fault at all.

                                    I had recharged my phone a month. Yesterday my balance was 22.72 and today it is showing 0 balance and i had not open my data. Please solve this complaint because it has happened 2-3 times. Please see to it that you solve my issue as fast as possible and why does this happen. This has happened to many people. I hope you will take action against this.

                                      I am having savings bank account with bank of india. I got one debit recently, pos transaction:

                                      1. *boi star sandesh* rs 1000 has been debited to your account xx0237 from pos-mpesa on[protected]. (Transation number: bdipg/ib[protected]/mpesa)

                                      I want to inform you that this transaction is not done by me. Whoever has done this transaction have done through your pos. I need the details of the transactions, i. E. Where the same has been carried out at what time and at what day.

                                      Please intimate me, as i am not in india, so i have lodged the complaint with cyber crime complaints online.

                                        I had taken international roaming on my 15 year old post-paid connection [protected] for 4 days when i went abroad. The connection did not work and within 24 hours my phone was deactivated (While abroad) that my bill has crossed my credit limit. When i came back and protested my incoming was restored but after 4 days, my bill reached rs 25000 (Without any outgoing) and again after 4 days it reached rs 33000.

                                        I complained on may 29th may, but complaint was not answered and no acknowledgement.
