Vodafone ( vi ) is disconnected my number. This number is uesd Approx six years. And this number is connect my all documents.
I call to Vodafone customer care number they says this number is not start . And i am going to Vodafone store they says you got a sim in Uttar Pradesh because this sim is UP west and this number very important for me please help me. This number is disconnected on 31 sep 2021 and I completely try to start my number but i failed so this is last Option please help .

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am tried but not generating Pin of my new ATM Card by sending SMS as because this type of SMS service blocked from Vodafone India. But other SMS service from my number is all right.

    Please do the needful as early as possible as it is really needed for me.

      Wrong / bogus international roaming on prepaid phone ? how they go over prepaid limit ?/ they dont reply and call center only says write complain . all is system generated ?? such a crooked company . i am ready to take them to court . if some people join me to do that .

        My account balance showing as negetive even I recharged, so please look in to this and do the needful to fix the issue at earliest

          With reference to the Corporate Vodafone connection in our office, address mentioned below :

          Indo Rama Synthetics ( I ) Ltd.

          The Metropolitan, 6th Floor,

          Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra East, Mumbai – 400051.

          Please note, inspite of having a Corporate connection, connectivity in our office is always below standard, we have raised the issue number of times with Vodafone, they had put some signal booster but that also didn’t work, we keep on raising our issue with Vodafone now VI and they change the booster with higher the capacity but STILL the issue is not resolved.

          We are raising the complaint once again for poor signal as well as reinstall dismantle booster and also to check the entire office so that we can get the best signal because most of our staffs using Vodafone network and we are not interested right now to move to other service provider and we accept, but don’t force us to move to other service provider for getting better connectivity.

          We request you to send concern person for technical survey to get the best signal in our office, in case if required more, please increase the booster for getting better network.

            From last one month i am trying to change my postpaid voda number to prepaid, i even visit voda center several times but my request has been rejected. I never faced such issue with any other number and i have to travel very far to visit voda center. I can't waste much of my time and with great disappointment from voda i have to discard this number.               Dear Vodafone customer care, My Vodafone number is [protected] & I opted for a Port out request to a next service provider BSNL from Vodafone after receiving the UPC Code on October 1, Friday 2021.
              The new sim was issued, but For past 7 days I'm STILL WAITING for the Vodafone signals to Disappear from my device and complete the porting out.
              The customer care executive has shown least intent to work on the resolution.
              I've already paid for the new service provider.
              PLEASE complete the Port out process from your End.
              As the status displays in my vi app is "In Progress"

                I am unable to make outgoing calls on my number on VI ( vodafone idea ). I have paid all the bills but I don't know why they have stopped my outgoing calls. And i am able to receive incoming calls. Please register a complaint regarding this.

                  I had a postpaid plan of monthly amount nearly 50 rs and they have changed paln to 352 rs without informing me. And now I want to cancel the card and they are asking me for 7 days advanced payment as well. I am ready to pay amount till 6th Oct, 2021

                      Dear Vodafone,

                      I recharged for ₹639 for my Vodafone Prepaid mobile([protected]) via Vi app on iOS using Paytm UPI. The recharge was not done but money got deducted from my Paytm bank.

                        On 23rd September I got a message that the callertune service of your has been activated which I have not activated. And then I call to coustomer care and they said that my balance will be refunded after several days I have not received any refund. And then I call the coustomer care service again they said that now they can not refund it because there is no request of refund and then they watch the call history and checked that I have call them but now they are saying we can not help you now. So it's clearly the coustomer care fault not mine so now I need my refund

                          My Vodafone Number was without recharge for a while and I used to recharge once in a while just to make sure it stay activated but few days ago I decided to recharge hundred ruppes talk time so It will stay activated for a while but today I received a message that you activated this weird GamePing service which I didn't because I didn't touch my phone since morning and the customer care executive is just making excuses saying they have technical issues can can't process my refund or anything. Also one said I will redirect your call to senior but It kept raining and I lost my patience in the end.

                                Rs. 25 in the name of games Rs. 15 is deducted in the name of bcafe portal which I didn't activate..But still I called the vi no. 155223 but it said no VAS is activated on your number... I want my refund...It is unethical behavior towards the customers

                                    I was having [protected] and [protected] and both numbers has been ported from Vodafone to Airtel but my number was disconnected stating that during porting the bill was not generated but I cleared the dues but it has been updated and my number is barred.

                                        Yesterday 1st October 2021 i had visited Vodafone Customer Care centre Cembur at V N purav Marg near akbar allys . I had visited for exchanging my old sim card of [protected] for new 4G sim card . I had submitted aadhar card and photo was taken . After i was given the new sim card i was assured that the new sim will be activate din 4hrs but after 16 hrs it is still not operating . I called customer care 199 but they siad that i have to visit again VI store.
                                        VI store at chembur doesn't seems to do work properly they alwats says it is technical error . But the fact is that the executive there do incomplete work.
                                        In our family we have 3 vodafone connections everytime we have faced same pathetic services
