Dear Vodafone customer care, My Vodafone number is [protected] & I opted for a Port out request to a next service provider BSNL from Vodafone after receiving the UPC Code on October 1, Friday 2021.
The new sim was issued, but For past 7 days I'm STILL WAITING for the Vodafone signals to Disappear from my device and complete the porting out.
The customer care executive has shown least intent to work on the resolution.
I've already paid for the new service provider.
PLEASE complete the Port out process from your End.
As the status displays in my vi app is "In Progress"
