Vodafone service is not good, they deducted my balance & activated service automatically by themself, I had recharge with 176 for 2GB 3G data pack, but it vanished automatically, as I had only used 250MB data, other 1800 MB data is not known, 'where it is gone, when I called Vodafone agents for reddressal but they have blocked by phone 📱 to call them. Mobile no. [protected]

    Hello,
    This is siddharth Anand and i am using vodafone poatpaid number [protected] for a long; in last few days i saw that my friends are availing such services below Rs. 350 in prepaid for those i am paying more then Rs.650 in postpaid.
    So i called customer care of vodafone for migration request from postpaid to prepaid else better to port some where if i am using it for so long and still being over charged.
    The customer representative requested me to wait for 4 hrs. that within this time i will call you back and will give you same facilities in same amount as in prepaid and after that its been several weeks and i didnt get any call from vodafone and so i didnt pay the bill as i was waiting for the call from that side with a solution

    Now I can't even call the customer care as you people already restricted my outgoing too.
    I mailed several times through my vodafone app where you people say that WILL REACH YOU WITHIN 24 HRS. ...but even after several mails didn't get any reply or solution.
    So now look into my situation and show me the way, what should i do ??

      Request for number portability to airtel

      I am bhargav chemuturi from pune. I recently changed my vodafone prepaid number to postpaid (Red 499 plan). I received a bill of 1162rs in this month.
      This is not fair as per norms you provided during postpaid conversion.
      Also the network coverage is not at all good in our area pune (Rahatni).
      So please convert my number to airtel portability.

      I called vodafone customer care. And i askes them that your what is the scheme of 348 recharge they told me that in 348 u will get unlimited calling and daily 1 gb 4g data per day... But now i got only 1gb data month... I calles cuatomer care again n now they said that i[censored] purchases you new mobile handset then u will get... Cheater fauders i really disappointed... I will never take any vodafone connection n i port this 1 to airtel.. Nn u know i have a recording ol think... N if its possible i will take strict action against vodafone

        I have been unfairly charged Rs. 2414 in my last bill. Here is the history of my interaction with Vodafone and multiple failures at their end to deal with my issue.

        I had a Vodafone Red plan for iphone which was ending on 11th March. I proactively called them on 8-9th March to change my plan but I was informed that please take 4G card first before changing the plan. I was told the card will reach you within 2-3 working days- the card never arrived. I was also told that you can change your plan later and the bills will be adjusted as per prorated basis.

        I could have been easily warned that I need to change the plan before 11th as my existing plan cannot be prorated. No such information was given.

        All of sudden I started getting data usage alerts from 11th March, I ignored it at first but concerned I called them again on 17th March. I was told not to worry the plan was active and we will send you the SIM card soon.

        This proves that no plan was active on my number and I was being lied to on call.

        On 24th I get a message that my internet usage charge has hit Rs. 500 and hence my speed has been downgraded. I went on to Twitter to complain about this. I receive a call form someone named Rahul who investigated and told me on the call that no plan is active on my Vodafone number. I became furious as this was in complete contrast of what I was being communicated since past 15 days.
        I was given an ultimatum by Rahul to change my plan by 27th to avoid any charges, he said he will ensure that if you change the plan by 27th I will not be charged any other charges. As instructed I went to Vodafone store, got 4G SIM and changed my plan.

        A vodafone representative has accepted on an official call that the plan was not active, also I was rushed to change my plan by their representative. Also their representative assured that I will not be charged anything. hence the bill is in complete contrast of what has been committed to me.

        After this a bill gets generated and I am charged a bomb which includes full rental of my earlier plan and rental of my new plan.

        Few basic questions:
        1. If there was no plan active on my number as communicated by Vodafone, how can you charge a single penny as rental for 1799 plan
        2. If that plan was active, why was a request for a new plan taken and why was I not informed that a plan was already active on my number and it cannot be prorated. Also why was I receiving alert for data usage and why was my speed downgraded after I have consumed Rs. 500 worth of data.

        Tired of dealing with your customer care who has no answers to my question, when I called up Nodal office the answer given to me is this is reflected in the system and we can not do anything. Also I am being told that there are no call records.
        Is Vodafone deliberately trying to cheat a consumer? This looks like a pre-planned scam and not manual errors by bunch of your guys.

          Dear Sir, I am using Vodafone corporate CUG few number Postpaid sim and I have the problem that Value Added services is activated automatically which I don't activate. too many times services had been activated automatically. They apply the charges on bill when I complaint customer care for it they told me that there is the new rule of his company from May not to waive the charges on bill.I had a complaint in every month for this complaint 6 to 7 times for this.In this month I again faced the same problem. I request to take surrender request. but they didn't take the request. very worst service from vodafone. am planning my complete family and friends(30+) number going to switch another network because of this issues.

            I have post paid mobile number [protected] from last 5 years on 15/4/17 you have barred this number on the basis of my other number [protected] which i have stopped using since October 2016 while i have clear all dues but due to your fault of system its showing outstanding which is completely wrong and un-ethical. i am continuously trying to talk to your concern person but not getting any answers. Sorry to say your service is very poor and below the standard. i am really upset with your response and service, if you can do anything please do.

              I purchased vodafone mrp 353 unltd pack on 03.04.2017 as per the offer the validity is 28 days and local+std calls+daily 1 gb free .But after 16 days i received an sms from vodafone stating that mrp 353 unltd pack is expired, call and data charges will apply.This is a clear cheating .I called the customer care and the executive said the validity will be extended to 01.05.2017.

                I have visited vodafone store on[protected] at trichy cantonment branch for migration my sim from postpaid to prepaid, (Previously i have visited two times).

                I have submitted following interaction id[protected] along with request letter, id proof & passport size photo to them, after this they have denied my request to migrate my sim from postpaid to prepaid. They are force to me threatening continue as postpaid otherwise they will disconnect my no, they have recently disconnected my no on 18-04-17 after this i have reactivate my no, for your ref : reactivate sr no :[protected].

                  I m complaining about weak network connection in my village. There is no proper network connection in my villege. So please give your best sevice in my village. Here net connection is not much better. In this 4G generation we are using net connection because of in this era in village people are not much literate.. and almost all young generation want to know more and more via 4G network.. so pls do your best for our village..

                      I am not using my from last 2 month but bill is generating bill is come of rs 200 at my address [protected] is my vodafone number and my secound number they have send me 1900 hundreds bill which i used only 1050 and 800 extra charges and my secound number is [protected].i am not telling that i will not pay the bill but i want time. representatives came from vodafone every day disturbed a lot and one day i said give me a time he started getting physical any saying you have to pay now start saying i will see how you will not pay the bill .he spoil my image in my society and if will dont get answers from vodafone i going court and callange the bill.is send by vodafone and write a complaint against vodafone india fror physical violence and spoiling my images

                        Today i got a call from a number pretending that he is calling from vodafone m-pesa. I am dealing with m-pesa as trade partner, so i thought it may be a feedback call. He said that he is calling to confirm if i have received the glow sign board from m-pesa. Then he said that you have done good business with us, so we want to offer 7% commision to you. You have to provide us a no. Which is never registered in m-pesa. Unfortunately i had an alternate no. I give it to him. He ask for otp for registration. As per process of cash-in, he asked me to load wallet. I had rs.3500 in my trade mpesa account and i immediately called agency partners to load rs.5000 more. I cash-in 8500 in my new no., which i gave him. He said to turn off my mobile for 10 minutes, so that account get updated at backend. As soon as i doubted his term, rs.8500 slipped to an unknon sbi account through m-pesa imps service and he disconnected the call.
                        Following are the details:

                        Transaction id for transfer of rs.3400:
                        [protected]
                        Rest of the anount, i. E. Rs.100 was adjusted in fees & st and rs.10 balance left.
                        I was saving every penny to clear my debts and warning many people to avoid these kinds of calls, but i stuck in this.
                        I know vodafone is not responsible for this, but it should be taken seriously. Security more than just otp must be required or there may be some warnings, stating that user is logging in at any other location or system, except where daily logs on.

                          I am a customer of yours. My number is [protected]. Whenever i work in net some value added packs are activated unwillingly. I remain quite unaware of the fact of activation. And my balance is subtracted from my number. If this continues i will not be able to bear your service any lounger. Please deactivate all of my value added service at once and arrange necessary action that no value added service is activated no longer in future. Otherwise i will discard your customership.

                            It has been more than 2weeks i am calling vodafone customer care everyday, have also visited their stores many time to solve my problem.
                            I m using 3 different numbers of vodafone, I had problem with 2 numbers.
                            1. I had to change tariff plan of one of the numbers. I was assured by store manager it will be activated in 2hours, when i was not done I called CS they said it will take 4hours, when it was not done i kept calling CS everyday and every executive gave me same assurance i will be done in 2mins, 30mins, 1min. I also begged them to disconnect the services on that number as I am really frustrated with vodafone services.Even that is not done.
                            2. On my other number I have 4G sim card and 4G enabled phone, but I am not getting even 2G speed.Iam speaking to CS everyday and everyone is avoiding that.I asked them to disconnect services on that number as well, even that they cant do.

                            Hats off to vodafone, I am speechless for such a ####### service that u provide.I am gona take this ahead to consumer FORUM. for wasting my time, money, energy

                              28 dec 2016 my tata docomo number port frm tata to vodafone on call of vodafone customer care ex as per ex per month plan 299/ only 800min & 10gb monthly plan. When i started with vodafone next day 29dec 2016 i got 1 msg regarding plan. I feel something wrong with me i approach costumer care i regd complain about wrong information provide on firdt approach. Their after i always regd complain regarding my no.[protected] to revise and settlement to live frm vadofone network

                                    Vodafone provided me offer for plan revision on my vodafone postpaid number: [protected] and the revised plan will be applicable from the next bill cycle i.e 15 april. now when I have checked the plan is not revised and on talking to customer care, they said this offer is not valid now.

                                    But I had applied for plan revision when there was a valid offer.

                                    This is very inauthentic and I will report the issue to TRAI.
