My vodafone number was [protected] blocked for sms in six months before. I asked to customer care they said that i need to register with trai. Actually i did not do any kind of marketing. Every i will send messages to my friends and relatives only. Without my knowledge they blocked. How to un block? I am do not sent sms with my friends and relatives. So sad with no sent sms. I am really feeling with not sent a sms. I am do not sent a sms in universities. Please unblock a ams

      Sir, im using vodafone for past 7years, when i have some problem with Vodafone, i would obviously have to contact customer care 121 or 198 service to get resolved with the problem im facing with. But these vodafone people block us from calling customer care. If we ask, they give silly reasons to the same. They say its due to some technical issue or to maintain some query. And they promise to unblock in 2 hours and it doesnt turn up. And they dont even provide offers to the same number. Please do take action on them for this behaviour.. my contact number is [protected]

        I never activated this and I received sms saying I activated follow pack and 35 has been deducted. Seen similar complaints has been registered. Can your provide us details about this pack?
        What if I ignore these messages (Which I usually do), ?? Vodafone will be deducting 35/week with our any value added to me.
        I would like to know why this pack is activated for all o[censored]s without our approval. And I am expecting to reverse the deduction.

              Vodafone activated Services on my Phone . What i didnt orderd and Took the money from my Account. On 4.3.2017 45 rupees for live TV pack. On 31.1.2017 21 rs for vds dhnews. On 04.04.2017 45 rupees for mobi Clips. On 04.04.2017 150!! Rupees for vds ultramusic. This is robbe from the recharched money (i recharched on 03.03.2017 200 rupees.                         I have been given incorrect offer and after, that they refused to help even listen to my complaint on top of that keep on disconnecting my line.
                        I called to vodafone tamil nadu on 31st march for ask about my data plan. I told the staff clearly i am using this mobile no only for data plan so please give me the best. A staff by name of vignesh told me about 345 rupees for 28days and i will enjoy 1gb per day for next 28days. So i have agreed and i have recharge immediately. Then on 1st april i tried to use my internet but unable ot use when i called and spoke to almost 10 staff butr none of them was helpful and also they espect me to listne to them and refused ot help and right after thaty when i try call thier hotl line my line is getting disconnected. I need a solution. My mobile no is [protected]

                          As on 4th april 2017, i recharged for rs46 twice but it always deducted access fee of rs40.0, stax rs 6.0, new balance rs0.0. After which i recharged for rs15 but again access fee of rs13.03, stax rs1.96.

                              If i want to change my postpaid sim to prepaid sim, vodafone asks to visit the vodafone store not the vodafone mini store but the vodafone store, they will not port it on mini store and vodafone store is located 5 km away from my location.

                              I think it's more convenient to port my sim to any other service provider as they will port my sim at any of there stores.

                                I have a small complaint about your network if possible you can help me out with it or else I can stop my family members and friends to use your network because of fake informations and unsatisfied answer which is not acceptable for me and it's seems like your call center don't have any knowledge of products or they cheating on customers,

                                Sorry to say this but I have the proof attached here kindly follow up with it and get back to me if it's possible and important for you to satisfied customer .

                                In my network provider of Vodafone it's shows me that I can use 147 rs and will get 1.5 gb data ; I did recharge of 220 rs and than I have tried 3 to 4 times to activate it but it didn't went thru so I called call centre in first time I spoke to a guy named Hardik he said I must restart my phone and takeout sim card all that I did but still same after that I called again spoke to a guy named shahruk he said I must use this code *444*147# it went thru but I have received only 575MB which is not acceptable, than I called again spoke to Prasant or someone I could not remember the name but he said normally old customer getting this 575MB but you are a new customer so u will get your rest of MBs in hour, now it's more than 5 to 6 hour I am still waiting for it, please provide me my balance back and I will stop using your fake service and information which I have recieved by you .

                                    Looks like a Hoax and hopefully it is one. I don't even know what the @#$% is this, wondering why 'm i charged 35 bucks and expecting me to deactivate. This is what i get from Vodafone after being 13 long years loyal customer, not at all happening. I don't want waste my time in deactivating when i never asked for. I want Vodafone to take the responsibility in deactivating this for me and i don want a single penny to be charged as well. Hope 'm clear and this is not the way to do a promotion of new stuff.

                                      They activated some service without my permission and rs 35 has deducted.this has happened with me many times . Customer care has take so much time to pick up the call and then they denied to revert the amount and put us on hold for long time .Vodafone is getting worst day by day and this is also a kind of "SCAM" they have started . As they have millions of customer . I need resolutions as soon as possible.
