According to TRAI, I gave STOP sms to 1925 to deactivate my internet service. You did not deactivate my internet service, instead u deactivated my internet pack. When I activated it back my balance data pack has gone. I lost entire available data. According to TRAI, start or stop is meant for internet usage in main balance & not for data packs. For using data packs, its deemed to be restricted to the specified data volume or the specified period. But u r against the TRAI regln & u r cutting down the data pack & u r looting the data balance. I kindly request u to revert the data balance in my account. Now time being, I have recharged again today for my internet usage. My mobile no [protected]

            Dear Sir,
I am constrained to report that, inspite of trying several times in last fourtyeight hours to send a message to 1900 to port my Vodafone mobile number [protected], I have been disappointed to receive a not sent/pending report. The most unfortunate thing is, I am successfully sending and receiving SMS to and from several other numbers.
If it is part of some tactics to block subscribers to opt for other networks, then it is deplorable and unbecoming of a company of your reputed.
Hope you would please do the needful to resolve the issue at the earliest.
            Thanks.

I recharged with Rs352 on my Vodafone No.[protected] on 21 March 2017. And according to TRAI, I sent a STOP to 1925 to make data stop after daily 1gb data. But instead vodafone stopped my daily 1 gb data. This was clearly against TRAI regulation.Even after sending START to 1925, my daily data is not credited to my account. I request you to kindly revert my daily data pack .

I am writing this after I had to call up and complain to the vodafone customer care for the 2nd time today and 3rd time in a week to remove unexplained VAS activation on my mobile numbers.

A few days ago Video Mania was activated on my mobile without permission. I complained, got it deactivated and the debit of Rs. 35 reversed. Again, today, the same blasted service was activated again. I had to call up again to deactivate and reverse the charges.

An hour ago, another 35 Rs. was debited from another number this time for video dictionary. Again, called up customer care to get it reversed.

My question is that who authorized Vodafone to debit or activate anything on my phone without my permission? Debiting my account without my permission is FRAUD. I don't want to believe that this is a fraudulent company, but unfortunately, the explanations I am getting from customer support are quite perplexing.

Customer support is saying that some third party is activating these services and I should do specific browser settings on my phone like pop up blocking, etc, to prevent these issues. The joke is that all these settings have been in place on my phone all these days.

In any case, I have bought the phone to use it the way I want and not according to what Vodafone says. The service provider has no right to ask customers to make any specific browser settings.

The situation is so bad that I am afraid to keep any balance over Rs. 10 on my phone because the moment I put the money, all these crazy services start getting activated. I wish I had not opted for Vodafone and will be moving out soon unless this problem is fixed once and for all.

                Thanks.

I lost my 354 rs for nothing.

I have warned Vodafone on several occasions but am getting constant spam messages from them on both my phone numbers 982*763*03 and 75*62156*7. I am not displaying my phone numbers fully for privacy reasons. Otherwise, I am worried that more people will bombard me with spam. Today, I was shocked to get a sexually explicit message from HP-Dating and am wondering if my next door neighbour had something to do with having Vodafone send the message. It was a non-existent website sexoclub.in that was advertized to me. I even visited the Vodafone gallery to submit my Aadhar card soft copy today and the staff were surprised to see that I had clearly mentioned the purpose for which I had given my signature on the Aadhar card soft copy along with the date, place, etc. since I want to be careful from my side. One can never trust these people. I am hoping someone will remove the license of Vodafone to operate in India permanently even though they have tied up with Idea. I want such spamming networks to be gone and proper non-spamming ones to return to India. I want severe action taken against Vodafone for spamming my phone constantly.

I have written so many DND complaints, tried several different methods to stop these unethical spammers including resending their own messages to them but they are all quite vengeful. They never realize that people also get angry when they spam them. Sending marketing messages may be the livelihood of these people but all they do at the end of the day like every other human being is eat, go to the toilet, go home, sleep, wake up, and work. What is so great about that anyways that they can take liberties to spam people as and when they like?

Am still getting spam from some DM-Spenta. Is filling your stomachs for livelihood so important that you forget that ALL THAT YOU EAT GOES OUT AS BODY WASTE? Do you not remember that God has given you just ONE MOUTH, ONE STOMACH, and 2 ears, 2 nostrils (1 nose), 2 eyes, etc.? Remember how that police officer from UP, MP or somewhere in India came running to Mumbai to reduce his stomach? I am sure he spent whatever he had earned as hafta along with the curses of the common people, who also need to earn their livelihoods in just maintaining his health because he filled his stomach way too much for his "livelihood"? Don't get me wrong. Health is more important than anything else. I would suggest you marketers go and do yoga (promoted by Narendra Modiji recently even though it is an art older than time itself) and take a deep breath instead of focusing so much on spamming people. Spend more on yoga and on your health rather than acquiring so much wealth (way more than it is necessary) by harassing people and earning not only money but also their curses along with them.

I keep getting spam messages. I will take legal action against Vodafone India if the spamming continues. I am tired of you rogues. You are not great. Even Alexander the Great, who thought too much of himself, was killed by a bacteria made by God that was not even visible to the naked eye. So, go to hell and stop spamming me. Otherwise, you will soon begin seeing consequences. Till now, people were tolerating you. Just because you merged with Idea doesn't mean you are great. You are still the crappy human company that can still be killed by a small bacteria invisible to the naked eye.

My number is [protected] and currently i have availed the most lucrative plan by vodafone which is 346 plan. As per the plan we get daily 1gb 4g data and daily 300 mins of free talktime for 56 days!!!. Sounds awesome? Yes.. I too found the plan superb and recharged with 346 Rs. before 15 march. Couple of days went smoothly and the speed was decent.. However, didn't know the reason why suddenly my net speed has dropped drastically to 2g from supposedly 4g!!! It's really surprising that i have always recd good 3g or 4g speed on my handset anywhere in Mumbai.. But thanks to this plan I have been pushed back to 2g speed by Vodafone. Is this something which comes as a fine print with this plan or Vodafone has really messed up with their data speeds. Would request Vodafone to look into this issue at the earliest as currently i am still in my patient limits. Thanks. Sameer [protected]

I lost my sim card two weeks before, in Bangalore. This incident happened while I was going to the office. While changing auto, I forgot it somewhere and after one hour I realized that I lost my phone. Kindly deactivate that number as soon as possible.

                            Hello,
I would like to notify Vodafone that I have been receiving value added packs without my consent for the umpteenth time. This is a case of blatant cheating and fraud. I expected better from Vodafone than this but they have exceeded my worst expectations of any service providers. Kindly request you not repeat such punishable activities, otherwise JIO seems to be the only option to escape such misuse of a loyal customer's trust.

Also, the staff and manager were rude to me.The worst customer service so far.
Now, i'm thinking to change my carrier if the problem is not resolved soon, and i'm not willing to visit the store again for another round of humiliation and bad service.
