This is regarding the poor service and customer support providing from last 4 days. On Thusday (2nd March 2017) at afternoon, calling facility get barred in my vodafone number [protected]. SMS and data services are available. I was not even able to contact toll free customer care. Once I contact customer care at same day evening, they suggest me to visit nearest vodafone gallery and replace the SIM card. I was unable to reach vodafone gallery before EOD. Next day (3rd March 2017), I visited vodafone gallery of Thane (Gokhale Road) approx. morning 10:30 AM. A gentle lady said that when I change my usage plan i.e. in first week of Febuary 2017, it's not get complete transfer and this connection failure is result of this. They assured me the service will get resume within 2 hours (SR No.[protected]. The reason of disconnection was totally out of my understanding. Anyways, I waited till 4 o'clock but problem was not resolve that force to me to go again vodafone gallery. This time a gentleman register my issue and get is resolve within 5 mins of time.
Again, on 4th March eveing, suddenly my mobile was showing no network/no service. This time all facility including SMS and data is unavailable. That was approx. 9 pm so I prefer to go vodafone gallery at next morning. On Sunday (5th march 2017) I approched Kharghar vodafone gallery at 11:25 am. Concern executive provide me a new SIM card and asked me the service will resume within 30 mins. I perfer to wait there only so, if any further issue raised it will get resolved on real time basis. After waiting 30 mins, problem was not resolved. Same executive informed that card status is showing ACTIVE in system, but other details related to my number is not showing in system and it is totally technical issue. It's happen due to saparation process that I raised. They raised this issue with there technical team but due to sunday, they can;t assured when it get resolved. I requested them to call concern team and get the issue resolve. But failed.
Now I have some simple complain/query with vodafone;
1. I switched my plan in Feb'17. Why my facilities block after one month and that to without any communication?
2. Was there any TAT for resolving a particular kind of issue raised?
3. Once the issue resolved, why again my facility withdraw within a day?
4. If technical team is not aviliable on sunday, how technical issue will get resove?
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
