EVERYONE WAS LAUGHING AT ME WHEN I TOLD THEM I AM PORTING FROM AIRTEL TO VODAFONE...AND TODAY I REALIZED WHY THEY WERE LAUGHING AT ME...BUT I WILL MAKE SURE I EDUCATE EVERYONE ABOUT THIS FRAUD COMPANY AND ITS PATHETIC NETWORK

I MADE MY BEST FRIEND PORT OUT OF VODAFONE BECAUSE OF THE CHEATING WHAT VODAFONE DID TO ME. HIS NUMBER IS 9x[protected]sanjeev)

THE PROBLEM

I was a happy customer of Airtel but one fine day got a call from Vodafone promising 799 rental with 30 hours of free talk time and 6 GB of 4g data and i decided to port to Vodafone. In my first billing i see that they charged me 999 + taxes rental and when i spoke to Vodafone customer care they said the plan is 999 + taxes and i will be getting 200 rupees discount for first 6 months only. This was a big fraud that Vodafone did to me. I still have the call recordings of the plan and benefits that was promised to me. I was very disappointed but then i had no option to port out as i was trapped in that 3 months period. Next month also they charged me 999 + taxes. i called them again and they gave me 200 rupees discount. i was very angry at this that i had to call and beg for discount every month. Then 3rd full month i did not have 4g network...i was getting only 2g network...i logged a complaint with Vodafone which was never resolved...Then 3rd month my bill was 3400 which was a shock to me. So what they did was they removed all my benefits which was promised to me and changed my plan and kept charging me for 2g which i never opted. When i spoke to customer care no one helped me...they kept telling me to wait for 24 hours as complaint has already been logged and i should be getting a call from billing team... There is one supervisor who kept fooling me and his name is RAGHAVENDRA who kept telling me to wait for 24 hours and he will give me a call back...but never got a call back...24 hours became 5 days but never got a call from Vodafone. Now i don't have any option other than porting out of vodafone but the problem is i cannot port out unless i clear my bill which is 3400. This is how Vodafone traps new customer.

I want everyone to be aware of their cheating plans. Also i would like to highlight something about Vodafone network. most the times your phone will be in not reachable mode. Also when your phone is not reachable you do not get a sms from Vodafone telling some tried calling you while your phone was not reachable.

    From morning my vodafone [protected] number was blocked for SMS & CAlls .I asked to customer care and visit vadaphone store they said that my number blocked by TRAI due to marketing call or sms but .Actually I did not do any kind of marketing .Every i will send messages and do calls to my friends and relatives only.Without my knowledge they blocked.How to un block?

    mera number [protected] abe tak activate nhe hua.. or yeh number mera goverments job k form me fill kiya h or other education me b yeh number mention.. agar es number k deactive hone ki vajah se mere education or goverments jobs k koe be exam me nhe de pata hu. to eske responsible app log honge..mera yeh number jaldi se jaldi activate karo otherwise mje court me case dalna padega or uske bad jo b mera education or goverment job k exam ko lekar lose hoga uske responsible sirf app log honge..

      I had been using Airtel sim for past few months but due to network issues in my locality and workplace, I decided to port the sim to Vodafone. I submitted all my documents and required information on 27/02/2017 and got a Hello message from Vodafone on 03/03/2017 that my porting request had been approved by current operator. At 11PM same day my SIM stopped working and I inserted Vodafone SIM but could not get any network. At 10AM next morning 4th March I went to the local store where I had dropped in my request and they changed my SIM but it did not help. I went a couple more times but now at 4PM IST they have informed me that they are facing a nationwide tele-verification issue that is impacting not just me but multiple consumers.

      When I enquired about ETA for closure of the issue I was told that Vodafone IT team is working on it and only a single email was there for evidence. I do not have any alternate Mobile no. and have highlighted the same to them. It is very regrettable that one of the telecom giant is having such a nationwide issue and even after 6hours they haven't resolved it.

      As per TRAI guidelines a number which has been deactivated by previous operator at 11PM has to be activated between 00:01-1:00 AM next day when a customer can go through tele-verification.

      After few rounds of the local store I have decided to file this consumer complaint. If my Mob. no. is not activated by Monday I will loose my workplace messages for boarding Cab etc. and won't be able to reach out to anyone.

        Nowadays one or two VAS are activated on my mobile number without any request to activate the same. Everyday I have to request to deactivate VAS from my services I even don't want in any sense. I request you people to please stop the practice of looting the customers in these ways as this will only degrade the reputation of the company as a customer can expose you to social media and spoil your customer base. I have already decided to switch to some other service provider who is more loyal to their customer and not looting in illegal ways.

          This is plain cheating. Government should make strict law for this type of cheating and fraud. I did not send any message. Received or made any call which may have got it activated. This is plain fraud and should be made a criminal offence as Vodafone does it to many users and as a result cheats the people of India. VODAFONE IS SCAM. This is last month I have had it.

            I'm very much frustated calling the vodafone customer care and did not get a solution despite of calling them so many times and constant reminders for almost 45 days.I was charged Rs. 612 extra on my billing amount which they said was the extra STD calls that i made but i had confirmed with the customer care executive who assured me that all your calls are within benefits and the same will be deducted when your bill is generated, which didn't happen and from then i'm constatly chasing them but everytime a new executive picks the call and i have to make him understand the problem right from the beginning. My request for reversal is also not uploaded with them.

I asked to customer care they said that I need to register wirh TRAI . actually I did not do eny kind of marketing. Every i will send messages to my friends and relatives for only.                     Writing this mail after 25 days follow up and lots of harassment given by you very low knowledge and no intelligence staff at your customer care deptt. kindly note i regretfully bought a scheme from your company in feb'2015 which was iphone and 2 yrs unlimited data and calls for 2 years paying 3599 pm. which completed on feb'2017. first i was given such tough time every month where i was used to get bill to be paid wherein i was not suppose to pay upto schemed amounts and that was to be corrected after 5-6 calls at your deptt ( you should avoid offering such scheme which you and your staff cant manage to work on and customer gets bad time because of no coordination between your staff and your systems. now services on my phone are barred since last one month and i have been sent a bill of 70000 when i checked with your staff they saying it is against my iphone purchase, for which i have been paying rs. 3599 + 150 every month from my credit card and i have taken statement out for the same. now after no revert from any of my calls (more than 50 no.s) i am going to consumer court for this big harassment and cheating case. i hope that would be the best way to deal with a company like yours.

                      Hi,

                      VAS services are being activated on my number very frequently even though i don't authorize for the activation from my end. I came to know that this is because of a third party that Vodafone has tied up with for the services and VODAFONE cant HELP its customers from this happening.
                      Even after by chance if the customer has known that a VAS is active on his number there is no way that VODAFONE can help its customer by reverting the money that has been TAKEN from its customers without consent. If asked to revert back they explain that the customer has to call the help desk back after bill is generated. This means that for a MISTAKE done by VODAFONE the customer has to remember task and waste his TIME again to get his money back which was deducted from him without his consent.

                      Fantastic services are being provided by Vodafone.

                        Not able to make call from home and no call are connected while i am in the home, even its show to the person who dials the network either switched off or not available.

                        We have to either go on the roof or on the streets for the talk on the phone.

                          I got a message from vodafone stating that i activated the follo pack n deducted 35 Rs. from my balance.But i am very sure that i did not activate any pack in any way.
                          my number is -[protected].There are many other people who are facing this issue.I think immediate action must be taken against such complaints.
                          We cant even stop the service.It will keep deducting money from our balance.Never expected such service from vodafone.

                              Hi Team,

                              This complaint is for your Vodafone store, near Rajarampuri, Kolhapur. Store in charge Priyanka chougle. Verification guy came home talk to my mother in law. Confirmed the details. But they are assuming we are not staying there. Suspended my service twice. Second time the guy didn't came to verification guy didn't came at all. U am not able to use the service and now your people are not refunding the amount of device as I don't want to use it.

                                I have a postpaid mobile phone connection having SIM card no.[protected]. since it's charging the bill more than the actual usage I want to convert it to prepaid. I visited Vodafone customer care at least 10 times. Each time they give different reason for not doing same.
                                First time they said that I can't change my postpaid to till the completion of six months.
                                Second time when I visited after completion of six months they said that I have a corporate plan and my employer have to give the request. But when I enquired with my employer they said it is not necessary.
                                After that they told different different reasons
                                Before two months when I visited they recommended to visit on billing date which is 2nd of each month. I was not able to go on 2nd so I visited on 5th. So they said that your billing date is already crossed and asked me to come on 2nd of next month.
                                Today (2nd of March) when I visited they said that my bill is still not generated and asked me to come tomorrow. But Its not possible for me to visit on 3rd of march. and if I will visit on 4th or 5th they will say bill date is crossed.
                                It is the very bad experience for me.
                                I want the same number with prepaid connection.

                                I had same experience with vodafone store they have made me to do 8 visit and now finally they are saying i have to pay Rs. 10 For Sim card and compulsory 1st recharge of Rs. 415 + bill and unbill usage payment
                                415 Recharge is is twice of my current rental.

                                Where else call center no have any information about what will be minimum recharges or my not want to disclose and saying that lower recharge may not be available in store that's why they may have told. you visit some other store #@at %*(# they are no giving purposely 415 has some talk time of Rs. 89 and 1gb 4G/3G net and my phone is basic phone of samsung no net.

                                They are not good with customer service and approach is not well. when you say i will port out. the replay it's your choice or pay as said.

                                super monopoly example then i visited 3 more store same approach.

                                finally one friend told me to fight and they will do in 10 + 74 recharge as they get points or incentive on sell that is why they let you to go with loss.

                                or port out to some other operator in prepaid. by sending 1900 and your no and share with new operator.
                                pay bill and unbill usage with some 5 to 10 rupee extra stop net and out going till port and done.

                                Both option works 2nd option of port worked for me in 8 days. 1st was bill 199 (229) i paid 250 and PORT 9769XXXXXX got upc code given to new operator and eureka to prepaid. :)

                                1st option if you have good source in cop or in vodafone or you have some reporter friend which i did not had to teach them lesson. same time one person was there with his wife in store he heard my talk and he show is id and his no changed in just 84 rs. he was from ACB but i loos my trust so i break up with Vodafone.

                                  Dear sir/mam, A CCE ms. Pooja kruswani working at vodafone mini store which is at bajarang nagar kota, Rajasthan. She has used fake documents. She has no origional documents. But she is relation with her RM mr. Ratnesh ji. He know about her documents but do not taking action against with her. i have proof about her documemts. So please do take action with her otherwise i will show media and social media

                                      I was a idea customer, I was informed by your vodafone by sales team
                                      person Named Sanjay Mahajan.
                                      That in this 499 offer I'll get unlimited L+N calls, 100sms and free
                                      roaming with 15 GB data for first 6months and then 9GB data per month for the period after 6 months for a year.
                                      But your executive just called me and informed me that I'll get only 15GB
                                      data for first 3 montha and then 6GB for the months after that.
                                      Attracted to your offer given by Mr. Sanjay Mahajan I ported out my number
                                      to vodafone but I feel cheated as their is no such offer activated by you.

                                      Kindly provide me with my promised offer or port me out back to idea as you
                                      guys are cheater frauds.

                                        My mobile no. [protected]. I am getting unauthorised deductions from my mobile balance by a fraud entity vt-vfcare. I have lost lot of money till now. Please remove this service fromy phone. If you dont act immediately i will be forced to complaint to troy and consumer court
