It is requesting by this letter to close my vodaphone no [protected]. I am sorry to complaint about your call center service provider that from jan 2017, at regular interval I am getting mentally tortured by them to pay bill of rs 2500. I have paid regular bill of rs. 244.96, 446.77, 232.77 for sept 16, oct.16 and nov.16. Within time.
But in the month of december2016, automatic downloading of application get started and I requested to stop that applications but no response from your service provider. Also unrelated calls and messges for Mr.Sumit (previously same number was allotted to this fellow of pune ) were disturbing me, and I removed the sim from my phone and stopped using this number.
Your call center service provider asks me for bill of rs.700 in dec2016 then rs. 1000 in jan.2017 and yesterday (01.03.17) that lady is demanding rs.2500 /- in a very rude talk. I have not received any call details or bill in hard copy or by E-mail.
Now requesting to look after my problem. I am not accepting this huge amount of bill. Pls revise my bill of month December 2016. I will not pay the extra bill which I have not used but ready to pay the monthly rentel charges and close the matter. Also I will also going to close my second vodaphone number [protected] very soon as I am no more interested in vodaphone services.

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
415 Recharge is is twice of my current rental.
Where else call center no have any information about what will be minimum recharges or my not want to disclose and saying that lower recharge may not be available in store that's why they may have told. you visit some other store #@at %*(# they are no giving purposely 415 has some talk time of Rs. 89 and 1gb 4G/3G net and my phone is basic phone of samsung no net.
They are not good with customer service and approach is not well. when you say i will port out. the replay it's your choice or pay as said.
super monopoly example then i visited 3 more store same approach.
finally one friend told me to fight and they will do in 10 + 74 recharge as they get points or incentive on sell that is why they let you to go with loss.
or port out to some other operator in prepaid. by sending 1900 and your no and share with new operator.
pay bill and unbill usage with some 5 to 10 rupee extra stop net and out going till port and done.
Both option works 2nd option of port worked for me in 8 days. 1st was bill 199 (229) i paid 250 and PORT 9769XXXXXX got upc code given to new operator and eureka to prepaid. :)
1st option if you have good source in cop or in vodafone or you have some reporter friend which i did not had to teach them lesson. same time one person was there with his wife in store he heard my talk and he show is id and his no changed in just 84 rs. he was from ACB but i loos my trust so i break up with Vodafone.
