Hi,

My vodafone relationship no. is 54330547, and in my bill no. 99011194 dt: 01.02.2017, Vodafone has deducted Rs. 35/- towards some UNKNOWN Service called 'ndtv_dotbot_w_35'. I am sure, I have not subscribed to any value added services on[protected].

It is fraudulent to activate some service without the consent of the owner. Never expected this from Vodafone! The services are becoming poorer day by day.

    Myself Hasmit Parmar, I wanna say to you that your Vodafone executive name Pooja [protected] called me on December 23, Priya no. [protected] & other executive convinced me to port my mobile number [protected] from Airtel to Vodafone and asked to share all documents for activating Red 499 rental plan. I confirmed the same with field executive who gave me SIM card before giving him signing documents/form. After a long process is completed my no. got activated at January 11 with 499 plan as per my knowledge and I came to know that wrong plan of 399 (worse than Airtel Plan) was activated from Vodafone during feedback call. I complained at same time. Now the person is not responding. Thanks your pathetic services it was NOT done actually. This is not expected from company like Vodafone. Will surely switch back to Airtel once 90 days are over. This is very bad experience of Vodafone services which is affecting customer pocket. If I will not get plan of Rs.499/- with same benefit, I am not going to pay any extra charges of 4G data usage till 3GB & unlimited calling package as Vodafone Committed.

      Dear All,

      I have been continuously been harrassed by vodafone PostPaid team. They have charged me more than my usage every month. I did complain, but that did not change.
      Lastly they had changed my corporate plan to a very expensive plan and started charging me like anything. I had requested them multiple times to undo the change and levy the extra charge. They did not do that, rather threatened me by sending people to my address as well as court letters.

      These days they have also started calling in my alternate number saying that I need to pay few lakhs as my vodafone bill has touched that limit.

      I am thoroughly surprised by the way this company operates. I have all the email proofs which supports what I am talking about.

      Please let me know of any stern steps I can take to get rid of this frustrating policy of vodafone. Should I also lodge a complaint to the police with the numbers from where I am getting calls ?

      I had a special recharge of Rs. 35 on 3/2/2017 at 8:34 AM message received that plan is activated and 25 paisa will be charged for STD call but when I placed a call on9:20 A.M. on same day for call duration 2:49 minutes call charge was 1:69 Rs. why more was debited?

          Sudden capping of unlimited calls plan

          I have been using vodafone connection for past 2 + years.Before 2 or 3months they have started a new unlimited call plans .348rs rc to get unlimited all india call plus 1gb data.As it was agood deal for the customers .I did this plan for 2 times.At last time when i had recharged with rs.348.After 2 weeks they changed their plan and capped the unlimited calls into 300min per day.This is a kind of cheating their customer by offering unlimited...

          I have requested plan change, on call atleast 8 times and on mail 3 times, i have even had a support chat, but inspite of several attempts, my plan has not being changed, n i am being overcharged.regularly.
          It has been now more than 15 days since the request was made.
          This is very irritating and annoying, being a valued customer for more than 7 years now, i feel so disturbed by no response from the company.
          Kindly look into the matter at earliest. Each time i contact them, they come up with the same response, we will get back to you in 24 hours, but that never happens.
          I even raised 2 complains with them, but they are not even reverting to the complains.
          This behavior is totally unexpectable and annoying as i have to check with them regularly and inspite of several attempts made no work in being done.
          As a result of which i have to pay them extra amount in the bill generated.

            My vodafone number is swapped from postpaid to prepaid last month. Whenever i try to recharge through paytm or m-pesa, transaction is failed. Response from paytm is vodafone declined your order.
            And from m-pesa it is " invalid amount for mno/partner to recharge the msisdn".
            I don't know why. Please someone help me out.

              Dear Team,

              I have been trying to port out from Vodafone from last 1 month. I have tried 4 times and all 4 times it has got rejected due to contractual obligations. I have spoken to the customer care executives number of times. One of the executive even said that I had to pay 10 Rupees and because of 10 Rupees portability was not possible. I cleared that amount immediately. Now I relay feel cheated and harassed by Vodafone. I really don't understand when TRAI has given consumers the option to port why I denied by Vodafone 4 times. This is really harassment to the customers. Portability is necessary due to network issues. I have communicated to 8 to 9 customer care executives about this. Really I am fedup calling the customer care . Really did not expect this kind of response from Vodafone.

              I want vodafone to take note of this an expect an immediate action.
              Kindly revert by email and a call back for my portability. I am even ready to pay advance to Vodafone for portability..

                This has a reference to a phone call received on my cell no by an executive from vodafone from the number [protected] at 17.30 pm.

                The executive name is being told as rasool... I want to register a complaint against him used foul language with me over the phone. When i asked him to transfer the call to the manager he behaved very rudely. The call was then transffered to some adviser named shankar das.

                He said he shall transfer the manager and then after holding the phone for 10 mins said the manager is in the meeting and cut the call abruptly.

                I want to seriously register a complaint against this person rasool and please listen to the recorded conversation in detail.

                If this is the way you treat your customers i do not want to be a vodafone customer. Resolve the matter at the earliest. Is this a way you train your executives to talk to customers. This is ridiculous and least expected from a company like vodafone.

                Do let me know furthur procedure to register a complaint.

                  I have been a sufferer of wrong charges being levied on my bills by Vodafone. Vodafone did not port my number properly and would not allow me making bill payment saying my number is incorrect. I kept trying, and they kept levying late payment charges.
                  Not only this, they start random value added services on my number without my consent and then send me an SMS saying that a service is active .. call to get is shut else it will be billed. They send inflated bills every month. No action despite several complaints. They dont revert the charges. I have been paying extra charges else they disconnect my connection.

                        Unnecessarily in my phone Different different packs are activated on my phone and without my concern heavy amount deducted from balance please give me reason behind this and returned my amount which is deducted otherwise I complaint on other higher authorities.this is very wrong thing happen with any customer .If we see anything on net this does not mean that you have rights for deduction of balance of any customer 90 rupeeys packs are activate on my phone and after deduction msg says if you want then send reverse message for deactivation .This is very wrong thing happen with your valuable and old customers like me, due to this reason may be I change my no.and go with another services like idea, aitel or bsnl .if you are not able to give us good services then please give me suggest other better option or other service which is better than u .

                                In the current bill i can see there are additional 20 rs for value added service which were i never activated.
                                Service are as below :-

                                It is unfair.

                                i have to pay for this deductions .

                                Please find the proof of it, I have attached with this complaint

                                  TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN

                                  This is regarding my latest bill for my number [protected] where I have been wrongly charged Rs 2000 on IRR which was a mistake from you end. I made a request for activating IRR through myvodafone app on 29th Dec for 5th-8th Jan 2017, whereas on 30th Dec I got a call from Vodafone that my IRR has already been activated. I immediately highlighted that they activated the IRR on wrong dates and they immediately told me that they will take the deactivation request. On which I told them that I am not asking for a deactivation request when I did not place a request to activate IRR on wrong dates. Over a course of next 24 hours, I received multiple calls from Vodafone saying that they have deactivated IRR and also committed to me that I will not be charged for this Rs 2000 amount which was a mistake from Vodafone’s end. Your 3 customer care representatives committed verbally on the same on calls on multiple timings. I placed a request to activate IRR on my actual dates of travel which was from 5th-8th Jan. The experience on the International roaming was then hassle free until I recently received my bill where I have been charged twice for IRR which was against your commitment. I called Vodafone call center and launched a complaint on 26th Jan and I was given a commitment of resolving the complaint within 48 hours. Since then, I have received SMS from Vodafone saying that they are unable to reach me because my phone is switched off which wasn’t the case. I have been receiving phone calls from the entire world but Vodafone billing department. After 26th Jan, I have called 199 on multiple occasions asking for the final call and have explained them the entire story again and again but they don’t seem to understand. They never check the history of the case, they are not empowered to take decisions and every time ask me to wait for 48 hours. I have waited for multiple 48 hours till date and have not got any solution. I have also highlighted to your team that this is a corporate account and for this international trip I am supposed to get signature of Raymond’s president and I can’t go to him with a wrong bill which would be an unethical practice. You representatives are unable to understand such minor issues of inconvenience that you have caused to me. I am writing this with utmost frustration and feel harassed by the entire way of handling a small issue which was your committed mistake.

                                  I am now tired of hearing that your representative tried to call me and my phone was switched off. I am tired of hearing to wait for 48 hours. Apparently, I have now been informed that my complaint has been closed because my phone was switched off. I have also alarmed your team that I am not going to pay this wrong amount charged and I am not responsible for any late payment charges if Vodafone is unable to resolve this case within the payment due date. I am sure, your inability to rightly capture the records of customer conversation and taking 48 hours again and again will result in me not being able to pay the bill on time and I will have to fight another battle of late payment charges in future.

                                  This is the worst experience of my life with Vodafone and I wish there is some ray of hope that it gets resolved. Hope you guys write back to me after you have checked the entire history of my case and don’t irritate me asking the same questions on which I have replied on multiple occasions on call to your executives.

                                  I expect the revised bill with wrong Rs 2000 charges removed and an apology call/ mail from Vodafone for their inability to resolve the complaint and the mental agony that i have gone through.

                                  TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN

                                  On my last email to Vodafone, I had received the attached auto mail on 7th Feb, 2:36 pm saying that customer service team will respond to me in next 8 hours whereas it has been 48 hours and no one has written back. This again reflects Vodafone’s lousy attitude towards handling a customer complaint. I have received an auto reminder about payment of my latest bill worth Rs 6659.22 on 8th Feb 2017 at 2:04 pm and I am reiterating here that until the bill mentioned issue is not sorted and I am given my revised bill, I am not going to pay the wrong amount. And no late payment charges must reflect in my next bill because of your mistake (again).

                                    1. My daughter miss deepsikha kushwaha is holding vodafone sim for internet, the same be offered by vodafone during purchase of mobile (lg coy) from vijay sales. Sim no [protected] is not in use. Mobile bill payment for rs 3299/- (rupees three thousand two hundred ninety nine only) has already been paid on 06 feb 2017 vide payment id no hsm[protected] and relation number[protected] against due out of mobile bill. There is not outstanding.
                                    2. It is therefore requested to block mobile sim no [protected] immediate (i.E. 07 feb 2017).

                                      A person named Gandhi - Had come to my Attibele office (Karnataka Border) Sold me 2 connection of Vodafone sim cards (offer - 6 months plan for 1250) on 30th of Janaury. He also claimed that he will port my existing airtel number to vodafone for which i have to pay 70% of my bill amount, in this way he collected Rs.4000/- (Which was transferred to his account) from me. From 30th Jan to Till date(07-feb-2017) nothing has happened to my airtel sim. He had accessed my office computer from where i got to know his E-Mail Id and the name was same as my true caller listing on my phone that is "SREE RAM"

                                      I came across others complaining about the same person but with other networks, (if typed "[protected]@gmail.com" in search bar the results of complaints lodged by other people is displayed)
