On 18 January 2017, I had recharged my mobile [protected] for Rs.68/- accordingly 0.25 per minute was to be deducted but charging at higher rate for local mobile to mobile calls.

Yesterday (19.01.17) the company deducted Rs.35 from my main balance against DOTBOT Pack for 7 days. i hadnt activeted any pack like this. I replied for deactivate this service. The service was deactivated but balance of Rs. 35/- no credited to my main balance. Today (20.01.17) company again deducted Rs. 5/- from main balance for same Pack for 1 day.
If i didnt activate any plans then company why directly (without my permission) deducted...

35 rs was deducted from my Vodafone number yesterday 18/12/2017 on account of a DOTBOT pack which I never activated! I immediately sent a service message for stopping this service which I never even initiated.
And this is not the first time such unauthorised deduction has happened. I want you to write me back stating what was the reason behind such inconvenience. What is this DOTBOT pack and WHAT SERVICE does it provide!!! Stop it...

I (B F Ganer) never activated Vodafone DOTBOT service on my mobile no. [protected]. But vodafone activated this service automatically on 5/01/2017 and deducted Rs. 50/- automatically from balance.

Vodafone activated some kind of DOTBOT service on their own. They deducted ₹35 from my main balance a/c. I've deactivated this service but I want my money back. I m the customer of vodafone last 4 years.I had recharged my vodafone no of Rs.344 on15.01.2017 which is mention in your plan that STD/LOCAL call unlimited but it is not mention that it is not applicable in roaming while our balance is deducted from my balance.Who is responsible for that.

I recieved a message from the vodafone stating that they have deducted the balance for activating DOT BOT pack. I have never heard of such package. And dont know benefit of same. From 21 days ego I upgrade my number to 4g ([protected]) from Vodafone store( khagra- 742103) bt till now m not get 4g network. After all of this I go Vodafone store but they said me your problem we forwarded to our technical experts, few many times but my problem was not solved....

I had converted my plan to monthly from 499 to 249 Rs. a year back. I didn't check my bills after that.

I just checked my recent bills and in every bill I am charged a monthly rental of 499, even when it says I have a 249/month plan.

Vodafone continued to charge me 499 every month for one year despite changing the plan.

Please let me know how I can get this money back...
