    your distributor of district nakhatrana is lazy and bad he doesn't give any service to retailer everyday i purchase minimum 4000 balance..but he is egoist.many retailer suffering from there bad service.. please change your distributor earlier for you..if you don't change so many customers change there sim in other company.consider request

        Vodafone deducted Rs 35 from my main balance for dotbot pack which I never asked for. I never indeed requested for its activation and this was activated without my will and knowledge with a deduction of 35 Rs unnecessarily. Please refund the amount. It's not about money, it's about the kind of service - how uncertain is that.

          your sales man come in alternate days.
          everyday i recharge upto 5000
          your distributor is lazy and don't do good for Vodafone..and not provide any service in my city...many customers change there sim in other company because only n only for your distributor.. distributor don't give respect to any retailer of our district

            I had a no.[protected]. I closed this no. On 30th sep 16.

            Sim of same was deposited in your store on 30th sep 16.

            Then after i received a phone call as feedback why u want to close. And same was closed..

            Then i started getting bills for this no. After 1 month.. I even do not have sim of this no.

            How can u send me the bills.

            Will you stop torturing me even after closing the no. And surrendering the sim.
            Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            My mother received a sms stating that the Vodafone DOTBOT service hqs been activated on her number as requested and 35rs will be deducted from the balance.
            She hasn't request any such service, it has been fraudulently activated by Vodafone and she has been charged.
            Pathetic service from Vodafone. If this isn't resolved, we'll port out!!

                In November, 2016 I was going to singapore, so I purchased an international roaming pack of about rs.600, but during my whole trip from 23rd to 26th it doesn't worked at all, it had become a great problem for me as I was unable to communicate with anyone those days. After I came back to India I visited the Vodafone store but they gave me unfair excuses which are not justified at all. My mobile number is [protected].

                    This is to bring to your notice that:

                    1. I requested for deactivating of the international roaming upon my return from China in the month of January 2016.
                    I received a text message from VX-VFCARE that the international roaming is deactivated from 14th January 2016.

                    2. In spite of this I have been charged Rs. 149 per month regularly since then. Unfortunately I did not look into details of the billing and have been paying the bills regularly.

                    3. I noticed this in the month of December 2016, and I lodged a complaint at Vodafone customer care (198) on 19th December 2016. The service registration number is[protected]. I was promised that the over billing of Rs. 149 per month for the 10 months (February to November) will be remitted back to me shortly after I receive a phone call from the service department. I did receive a call, a couple of days later asking about the authenticity of the case. I replied and I was assured that the my request will be considered at the earliest.

                    4. As I did not receive any intimation of closing of the case till 16th of January 2017, I again called 198 and enquired about the status of the complaint registered via[protected]. After some discussions, I was again told that the sum would be credited to me and I was given a new service registration number[protected].

                    5. Till now I have not received any information about the above two conversations with your customer care staff.

                    6. Till such time I will be with holding the bill payment, because the over-billing amount is more than the bill amount. I am receiving test messages to make a payment towards December months bill. I shall not make a payment till I hear from you and please do not hold me responsible for this delay in payment. I have been making regular payments up to November 2016 bills.

                      In spite of being one of the big name in network providers- Vodafone, I don't understand how these people are working...here goes the scenario below,
                      I did opt for the special offers and did recharge for my prepaid Mumbai Vodafone number[protected] on 8 Jan 2017. The offers says unlimited local and std calls for Rs 349 for 28 days as attached. The plan worked very well until I was in Mumbai. On 21 Jan 2017, I moved out of Mumbai and had vacation plan for a month. After moving out from Mumbai circle I realised that my phone is not making any outgoing calls since I did not have to worry about my low balance also. After making couple of calls to Vodafone customer care 198 the Vodafone executives said, an additional recharge worth Rs 14 is required to work this offer on roaming. The recharge is not available online. The paper coupon is not available outside Mumbai. The paper coupon is not available anywhere in Mumbai. The paper coupon is available only in Vodafone main gallery. Is this what the service that I as a customer expect?

                      The ad is not clear about what benefits do we get from the offer and what not.
                      The Vodafone executive does not have any resolution for my resource wastage except being sorry.

                      I must say The other providers are really doing very good job in return of nothing and I as a fool working with these great people wasting my money.

                        It has been consistently observed in many bills that Vodafone is charging extra money under "VAS - Content Download", even when I have not activated any VAS and not downloaded chargeable content.

                        IN no event of download "Pay with Vodafone: option pops up to reconfirm" (which is mandatory for any mobile purchase). In such case how consumer will get cautioned about applicability of charges??

                        Vodafone customer care executive give conflicting answers and declares that charges are third party content driven and not by Vodafone. However Vodafone is charging and collecting said charges from customers. Very strange!!!

                        Vodafone need to be more honest and transparent and avoid overcharging customers.

                        Any action from your department towards stopping this malpractice will be highly regarded.

                            I have taken two new connection from vodafone store vashi, at the time of buying new vodafone connection (XXXXXXX873 and XXXXXXX827) i told the staff to activate data plan on mobile no XXXXXXX873 and activate voice plan on XXXXXXX827.
                            So instead of activating data plan on XXXXXXX873 they have activated the same on XXXXXXX827.
                            Now vodafone is asking for the bill payment of rs 2097.76 which should not be more than rs 500.
                            it was the staffs mistake of vodafone and why should i pay for this.

It takes around 15 mins to download only 2 Mb of file and 3 hours to download only 35 Mb of file. Please, resolve both the issues as soon as possible.

                                Vodafone Scamming Their Customers !

                                On 22/01/2017 at 5:13 pm I recieved message from VM-611123 (Vodafone) that only on that day they are giving a Offer of 1 gb 3g data and validity upto 30 days after activation for only Rs. 44 .
                                So to activate the offer I dialled *444*44# .
                                But I recieved only 125 mb for only 3 days.
                                I want Vodafone to look into this matter
                                or it will leave me no choice to go to consumer court . I have attached screenshot of messages...

                                    Vodafone India deducted my Money for nothing. and added that in my unbilled amount. Rs. 74 they deduct on the name of GPRS use. but I already subscribed to 1GB 4G/3G and after that unlimited 2G but they don't know why deducted money. and i am very disturbed by this actions of Vodafone. isse bhi pehle kai baar ho chuka h.. custmer care me call krke bolo to kuch or hi bolte h... vodafone please sort this out otherwise i have to port my number.

                                      Hi Maithri,

                                      I have taken Vodafone connection of Wifi Hotspot with Number [protected] on 24-Aug-2016.

                                      I have taken it under the plan that I have to pay for 6 Months Advance Rental so that I will get the Device at free of Cost and I will have a discount of 999/- per month for 6 Months on the tariff. I was under 10GB Plan when I have purchased the device.

                                      Since I have moved to New Flat on 18th Aug 2016, I didn't have the proper address proofs so my Friend Abhijith (Copied in this email) has taken the connection on his name.

                                      I have changed the plan to 30GB plan on 15-Oct-2016 after the discussion with Customer care on call that Plan tariff would be 2999/- per month. I was promised that discount will still be applicable on the new tarrif. Only upon which I have moved to the new plan.

                                      But When I have received the bill for November month, This discount was not provided. Same is the case with December Month bill. I didn't pay the bill and wanted to complain to customer care and get it resolved and Pay it finally.

                                      I have raised the complaint for the same on the first week of January 2017. I have even visited Vodafone Office in AECS layout, Bangalore with the hope that issue will be resolved. But It didn't happen.

                                      Unfortunately, I received a call from Vodafone legal desk on 13th Jan 2017 and was threatened to Barr the connection along with our other Vodafone connections if the bill was not paid immediately. The representative was so rude and was absolutely not interested in listening to my part of the issue.

                                      Just to ensure My friend wont be impacted due to issue, I have paid the balance bill immediately.

                                      I would request you to look into this issue and respond with the proper solution. I have deactivated the Hotspot device on 13th Jan 2017 after the bill payment.

                                      I am entitled to receive the discount which Vodafone promised me while taking the device. If that is not possible, there should have been restriction in the changing the plan in between, which did not happen.

                                      I hope I will get proper response from you on this.
