This is to inform you that I recharged my Vodafone no [protected] on 12 Sept 2016 at 2:15pm through Paytm order I'd is [protected] transaction was showing successful balance was deducted but in this no bal is showing 0 neither call was made nor sms and other device was availed, plz tell me where is my bal . Plz sort it out as soon as possible am plz l want my balance back I am frustrated to call on your customer care, or do I port my no. to other

    Faith pack has been activated on my Vodaohone number [protected] without my subscribing for it, and 90 deducted from my account for the same. I got this message..
    Quote... "Hello! Faith pack is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 30 days rental of Rs.90 has been deducted.Your current Balance post service activation is Rs.88.3694.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free)."...unquote.
    The subscription has been done without my consent and may be cancelled and the amount returned to my account.
    Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I m a victim o[censored]nsatisfactory services of Vodafone store of Sri ganganagar and mini store of suratgarh both in Rajasthan. Let Alone services their behaviour at store with me was unprofessional or irresponsible. my family members have been using post paid no. For more than 15 year([protected];[protected]). But I'm determined to port all these no. Because my mob no. [protected] is deactivated many times since I changed it from prepaid to post paid on 26aug 2016. It's still deactivated reason unknown to me. You can not imagine what Loss I incurred due to your faculty service. You are in a business of communication only to make me uncommunicative. matter should be dealt expediently and strict action should be recommended against irresponsible people in sriganganagar Vodafone store.

        I had gone to Vodafone store in Prabhadevi for change in address, to enquire about portability etc. I was given a token. I was told it might take 15-20 min for my turn. I had to wait for one hour even then there was no visibility of my turn. Vodafone staff appeared to be very casual in attending to the customer which was taking more time... In addition, some staff were in seat, some were missing. Why should a customer waste time for the inefficiency of Vodafone staff. It's pathetic. On enquiring, staff were not courteous to talk properly.

          I have ported my mobile no. [protected] from vodafone mumbai prepaid to vodafone up east post paid. But i am not getting any incoming call from local landline o[censored]p east.While other vodafone users are getting from same landline. For the same i have made 5 times complaints. But not got any solution. I dont think that vodafone not cares about their customers.

            I received an offer message " 40% OFF 1GB 4G/3G DATA pack par! Recharge kare Rs147 se aur payein 1GB 4G/3G data 28din keliye. Aaj he Etop-up ya Online recharge kare."
            So I did recharge online on 10th sept and received only 500 mb . I have tried to complain to Vodafone customer care at 198, but they were pathetic and could not understand properly what my complain was.
            Vodafone is duping customers into recharging for offers which they aren't recieving, this is totally unfair and cheating. I want answer for this Vodafone.

            I have a network problem...

            and compni not solv.it for 4-5 year...

            I live in daraganj allahabad uttar pradesh and their the signal level is very low so i request you to to please improve 3g signals their.
            I have got a bill of September when I have already ported to airtel on August 20.
            Reason my bill cycle is 4 Sept. How lame it can be.
            These people don't allow me to port till I paid all posts balance, now they ask more for no reason, it wasn't informed to me before. People beware of hidden charging. Hate Vodafone.

              Vodafone network issue

              I hv taken a postpaid plan. But due to serious network problem I can't able to make calls when it's required. So then what's the use of postpaid plan. So better to switch to prepaid plan. The network issue is a major issue and must be eradicated from root level. so please look into the matter asap. Vodafone is charging too much but the money is going in vain....

              I converted my prepaid vodafone number to postpaid in Aug'16.

              It all started from there, i got call from someone from Vodafone and chose one plan and submitted the documents and amount.

              But they activated the different plan with less benefits despite i told them not to activate that... STRANGE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER.

              Then i wrote 2 mails from my corporate ID to activate the corporate plan but did not got any positive response (just the mail, thanks for writing to bla bla...).

              i got many calls from Vodafone checking the activated plan is bla bla ... i told them to call back with complete correct details but AGAIN NO RESPONSE.

              after more than 2 weeks i went to Vodafone Store (Chembur) today (12th Sep) and there again the senior person just refused to take a look into the issue and just did "Passing the ball".

              I raised many complaints via customer care no response.

              All this happened, i did not saw any thing like "HAPPY TO HELP" feeling.

              Please look into the issue.

                I was having a prepaid connection no. [protected] at Mumbai. On my transfer to Kolkata I applied for portability to Airtel, but Vodafone rejected my request on filthy ground. Then I requested for zone transfer from Mumbai to Kolkata. I was forced to go for post paid & hence I opted postpaid. To my surprise, I found that in every month bill they are charging roaming charges. On my enquiry they are giving false assurances to reverse the amount, but not doing so.

                With reference to above vas charges added in above mobile numbers in the bill of August 2016. I have 6 times call to customer care but essurence the vas charges cancelled after Bill generate within 5 days. But after Bill generate not cancel vas charges in the bill.

                  During surfing in my mobile some value added service get automatically activated and my balance of Rs. around 35 has been deducted from my account. In this competitive edge this type of instances is not acceptable at all and the same also has been done with me before 1.5 month. I am your active user but due to this type of things I am thinking to change my operator. If you do not want to reverse my money than Keep that amount and become rich and I will not prefer nobody to use your service.

                  So, please do the need full as you think in this situation.

                    I have received fist bill of vodafone after post paid connection with surprise of charges for No:51717 for Rs.1260.00 / My credit limit is Rs.500/- please noted. My connection started on 08.08.2016 and suspended on 15.08.2016 . after suspension of connection Rs.1.50 Charge as SMS to No:111 on 16.08.2016, which was not possible as per me.

                    My call during 08.08.2016 to 15.08.2016 Loca 5 Calls CUG 1 Call total 6 Calls.

                    They were claiming rental from 08.08.2016 to 31.08.2016 Rs.96.77 Usage Rs.1261.50 = Total Charges Rs.1358.27 + Service tax Rs.203.74 = Total Payable Rs.1562.01 and as per me total payable Rs.37.10 ( Rs.32.25 Rent + Rs.4.84 S.Tax) and I have make payment for the same.

                    They are not ready to accept their mistake as I have not calling to any special number, also I have seen in complain of others in most of the cases there were usage for No:51717 for 90 Minutes, I can't understand how it is possible that most of the customer use this number for 90 Minutes.

                    The were reply me by email that they were investigate and reply within 5 working days.

                    Lets see hope for the best.

                      I m using vodafone and by cotinuing using the comoany has deducted 28 rs from my vodafone sim with itself and says that you activated the service...this type of service cant be excepted...
                      I want m money back...
                      The service ia unusable so think about it why i activated that type of service...so refund my money otherwise i 'll take an legal action against the company

                        I have taken corporate plan and my postpaid mobile no is [protected]. i hav ported my no from delhi to banglore last month.. my remaining balance was not adjusted for that i raised a complain. i got a call from customer care and she said your balance is 263rs/ which we will adjust in next billing..
                        In this month (aug) only 136 rs has reduced from bill for that i again went to vodafone office ( near grafite india, banglore) ... but they are not ready to listen and not even ready to raised a complain..
                        so now i am clueless what to do? its my humble request, pls take some action regarding that..

                          My Vodafone no is [protected].I have already recharged with 59/- to get all std calls 25p/min, still it is charging 30 p/min. If you want extra money, say it, I will donate to Vodafone. I took the wrong decision to get MNP to Vodafone.

                          Please look into that & whatever extra money you have cut for that, REFUND IT.
                          Apart from that 198 no is also not working.

                            Worst data signal in our region. Not even getting 2g signal. Getting gprs signal in the world of 4g. What a tragic vodafone. Area: 572107
                            Paid the amount of 3g and getting gprs signal. Not even open google page in browser. Forget other things.
                            Do something to solve the problem.
                            Otherwise all customers will runaway soon from you guys.

                              My mobile no is [protected]. I have activated internet pack 1 GB 3g for 28 days, on 06/09/2016.and it is valid till 3/10/2016
                              I have submitted STOP FOR PREVENTION OF FURTHER REDUCTIONS OF MY BALANCE IF 3G DATA PACK EXPIRE, AS BALANCE INTERNET IS NOT SHOWING AFTER CONSUMING DATA.but my existing data pack is also deactivated.
                              I have told Customer care at 198 mr.Shivshankar, satvir also on the same time when I received the massage of deactivated internet pack on 11/09/2016.
                              As my pack was valid for 3/10/2016 then why I need to by internet pack further for using internet survice.
                              Plz look into the matter and please activate my existing pack.

                                  I recieved a vulger call from the number [protected] a few minutes ago. The person claims to be a bank manager of State Bank of India Lucknow. Since i am customer of SBI i did listen to his talk for a few seconds but he started abusing, i disconnected the call. Please take a necessary action against such number. I am feeling too harassed by this call. The truth is i get too distracted from such calls and affected mentally.

                                    An unexpected service activated while i am using internet surfing by mobile and 90 rs deducted. This problem has been occurred last time, it deducted 30 rs. When i call the customer care, they said that this is my mistake, and there is no solution of it. But I want to say that When we search something, there are so many such type of websites open with a pop up window.
                                    This shows very poor service of vodafone. I never expected such type of bad service with vodafone like brand. Sorry to say but if you have no solution of it, please send me a message i will try for another one. I am not so rich that i waste my money for these type of fake service.

                                      I am the old customer of vodafone postpaid and subscribe 800 internet plan. Vodafone confirmed me to provide 64 kbps speed according to network after 5 gb. That was the nice pack to use internet on mobiles only.
                                      . In which i will get 5 gb data at a speed of 3G and later on it will be at 64 kbps unlimited.commitmet vodafone custmer care
                                      But still the speed is not more then 4 to 8 kbps.
                                      I have complained and they asked me to clear thr cache and history. After that asked to open home page of google. I opend and they said its great your mobile internet is working awsum.

                                      I said stupid its just 30 kb page of google. I need the comited speed of 64 kbps. And registered the complainet bt nobody call me and still the problem is not rectified.
                                      Also the netorw strength is full. I tried at all the places nearby. Bt speed of internet is not more then 2 to 5 kbps.
