I have been calling CUSTOMER care executives since 25 July after a day my sim activation. Your CUSTOMER care executives, when they can't provide solutions or I tell them that I am not satisfied with them or I ask to talk to supervisor they simply just put my CALL ON hold and never talk again. I have to cut the call. You guys says it's world's fastest 4g network, well that's all ###. I can't even send what's app message with your network. Worst thing is that I can't even port my sim to another network for another 90 days.

    Worst network ever . Other network services are comparatively way better eg. Airtel. The network is so unstable, it turns 3g everytime. Cannot join zoom meetings and even use Google. Its not reliable and it's a waste of my money . That's why my family's switching to other network service and I will too . Get it fixed and don't waste our money.

      I would like to inform you that I have done a mistake (wrong recharge/ transaction). I was trying to mobikwik wallet transfer of Rs.5000/- ( Five Thousand) from My wallet a/c no [protected] to wallet a/c [protected] (Vodafone no) Dated 28/07/2021.

      Now when I request to vodafone he is refused for cancel this recharge and refund.

      Please do the needful ASAP..

          Hi Team,

          Please Note that I have been living in my hometown (Mandapeta, 533308).

          Recently I've moved to my own house near to that town (Just 3KMs away).

          There is no strong signal strength for Vodafone Idea network.

          Even though I am facing these issues, I've been using the same Network without switching to other networks.
          Previously I raised many complaints, but no resolution was made

          So please consider this and resolve the issue ASAP.

            Fake call to cancel number porting

            Hello, I am trying to port my number to Airtel from Vodafone and have submitted my porting request. However I am getting fake call from Vodafone call center pretending to be Airtel call center and asking me to send cancel port message, saying that in order to port my number successfully I have to send this message.             Vodafone has been billing me for a family plan for 3 numbers from April when there are only two total numbers in the plan. They have accepted it's a store error . But the billing with 3 numbers continue even in the recent bill sent. Nobody from their team is resolving it. If I don't pay my number gets disconnected,

                  I am using VI sim. I was postpaid user.
                  The VI care representative created family circle and added few members in my Circle without informing to me. I requested him to remove these numbers from my Circle but he did not listened. I visited CUSTOMER care office and paid the bill( extra bill as I was primary member) and created circle of two members. But again CUSTOMER care representative added numbers in my Circle. Those users were not paying their bills, and hence my number shown always pending dues. In Jan/Feb 2021 I paid extra amount, as I wanted to change number to prepaid. I did it but even after the CUSTOMER care and third party people call me and asks for bill, they are saying they will take legal actions and I will have to go to court to settle down things. But I have paid all the bills, even extra amount than my bills only because of these CUSTOMER care representative and his ###.

                    Vodafone Vi changed rules and regulations without any notification or email from app
                    Today I have tried to send a message from my Vodafone number for bank purpose
                    I got to know that we have to recharge min of 128 rupees to send a text message after calling to customer care
                    Without text message, I can't get my bank account back and without bank account, I can't recharge the Vi.
                    This is not at all fair from Vodafone

                      Respected sir,

                      With due respect, I am writing this letter to inform you that my internet connection is disturbed from last 2/3/4/5 days. I am facing trouble as I am having online class and my most of the work is done online and for that, I need a proper internet connection. (Show your actual problem and situation).

                      I have already made a complaint but no one took any action upon it. I request you again to send someone from your office to check my connection. I expect a quick response as satisfying your customers should be your first priority.

                        I ported from Airtel to Vodafone in Jun'21 after paying all my dues with Airtel. On 26th Jul'21 i get a notification stating there's 24.42 Rs pending to be paid to Airtel and if not paid, my connection will be cancelled. I paid the amount to Airtel immediately and sent a screen shot of the payment successful notification on the same day, 26th Jul'21, to Vodafone customer service so my connection doesn't get barred. In spite of this i see that my connection is barred on 27th July. I've already spoken to 3-4 customer service agents and none of them could help me with a solution to this. They said mine is a kerala connection so id have to call to customer service from a Kerala number to get connected to Kerala circle customer service. How absurd is that? Vodafone barred my kerala number and expects me to seek help from someone else with a kerala number for a resolution?? I've already spent 3 hours on this and my work is getting disrupted. This is unacceptable and pathetic customer service. Who can help, please? Makes me think it was a wrong decision to port to Vodafone.

                          My another no [protected] got due bill about 674.80. which was paid online to Vi online payment two times. i have told to phone 199 about this. they said they have solve the issue, but still i am getting whats up call to pay the due, the nos from which i am getting calls are...[protected], ...[protected], ...[protected]..., ...[protected], ..

                            I am currently enrolled in a postpaid family plan with 5 numbers and wish to switch to prepaid plan for all the 5 numbers. They are not allowing me to switch to prepaid by citing reasons like I dont have a primary number in the plan and this request can only be made by the primary number. They have delayed my request by several months now.

                              However i am able to make outgoing calls and also i can use internet.

                                I had raised a port out request from Vodafone to Airtel on 21st July. After raising the request I received several calls on the same day to understand the reason for porting out which I patiently explained to several different executives. But since then I have been getting continuous calls from Vodafon for the same reason, amounting to 20-25 calls a day. This is even after explaining to them multiple times that there is no point in convincing me to cancel the port out request. One executive even tried to trick me saying that I need to send a “Cancel” request to cancel my mobile number (this code is actually used for cancelling the port out request).

                                  Tele-verification number (59059) not working

                                  The number for Tele-verification i.e. 59059 is not working at all. The call is getting dropped and I am unable to carry out the Tele-verification process.                                     Without subscribing to any services, every time I recharge my balance is deducted either for some games and videos or juice up videos. This is very frustrating and also there's no sms pack available. I am switching to some other network ASAP. Very disappointed
