I am Atanu panda, having Vodafone number [protected]. Currently, I am on international roaming. I am facing a problem regarding my account. Whenever I recharge my number, my main balance remains ZERO. I am staying abroad for nearly 5 years, never felt this problem. But last year I visited India and after that, this problem started. My iMessage stopped working. I would like to file a complaint regarding this. I talked to customer care, emailed many times, but it seems Vi is having the worst customer service. I can not use my Vodafone number for calls and messages, where in the same condition as me, another Indian operator is working smoothly.
