My number is [protected]. I frequent use internet pack of vodafone. This time i activate my pack with 126 rs at 3aug2016 which was valid upto 30aug2016 and company given me 1249mb data for use till above mentioned date.

Today at 10aug2016 i called at 1925 to stop my internet because i don't want to deduct my main balance amount. According to trai notification number pr-43=07082015 every customer can stop internet with use of 1925 but my data pack also deactivated from company.

I want to know what is the use of 1925. According to trai we can stop internet but we can use internet via data pack...

So why you deactivate my data pack.

I kindly request you to take necessary action on this and get my data pack back to me as soon as possible.

Hello...I got a message of activation of some value added services and my balance has been reduced after the message.I called to toll free number given for deactivation of the services...but I didn't get my balance back.Please do help me as soon as possible

    Hi, myself chimmon from kolkata, my number is [protected]. I have submitted my document on 9th august, 2016 against my missing sim card issue, they provide a new sim card and incoming outgoing call start, but incoming outgoing sms blocked. When i call customer care, they told me that i have to go the vodafone store again, i asked for what but they told that they don't know for what.

      The bill of my mobile nos [protected], [protected] & [protected] has been coming out excessively higher since i have ported out these numbers in this company & despite the repeated request to the said company no one appears to be caring about the said complaints. They simply forward the reply that what ever has been charged in their bill is the correct amount.

          Had taken sim [protected] last wed

          first visti came on last thursdayy...said that will reach by 5 mins and reached after 5 hours and send negative report

          second visit..mondayy...met my brother...showed all documents...executive said all done..will start tomorrow

          called tuesdayy...customer support said will start at midnight..


          called today..wednesday...said that data is incomplete of verification...again visit at company address...


          Then also not started yett.

          Is anyone responsible for this????

            Im prithvi mobile number is : [protected] from the date[protected] messages not sent from my number, error message is service not available, iam also contact nearest vodafone store, store manager replaced my sim, why because he tell me sim to old so messeges not sent, then manager replaced new sim, and he informed me after 2 hrs . Ur able to send messages, but still same problem, please solve my problem

                  According to trai, i gave stop sms to 1925 on 010.08.2016 to deactivate my internet service. You did not deactivate my internet service, instead u deactivated my internet pack. When i activated it back my balance around 1800 mb in my data pack has gone. According to trai, start or stop is meant for internet usage in main balance & not for data packs. For using data packs, its deemed to be restricted to the specified data volume or the specified period. But u r against the trai regln & u r cutting down the data pack & u r looting the data balance. I kindly request u to revert the data balance in my account. Now time being i recharged again for my internet usage. My mobile no [protected]

                        I was informed that my bill will be readjusted but it has still not happened. I am being charged 1299 instead of 299 base plan. After several complaints and requests they are still not adjusting the bill amount and charging me on a base plan of 1299.

                        My services have been discontinued which is causing me inconvenience
                        I will not be able to pay this bill till my bill is adjusted according to my request
                        This is clearly a case of cheating

                          I am using vodafone delhi sim [protected]. Vodafone has ilegally deducted my 45 rupees by starting desitube service today on 10/8/16, i never activated such kind of service. I request you to pl help me. I want my 45 rupees back. I have also sent you the message of service that is activated on my number by vodafone illegally and deducted my 45 rupees balance. Message is below:
                          Hello! Desitube pack is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and a 15 days rental of rs.45 has been deducted. Your current balance post service activation is rs.20.81. To deactivate sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free).

                              I've activated the an addon plan for internet and i received a confirmation message on 29july2016 as follows

                              "offer 300mb red add-on pack @ rs100 has been activated for you effective from 29/07/2016 09:20:28"

                              And reconfirmed the same with another message on 01aug16. By assuming that, i was using the internet, but when i checked with customer care on 04thaug16, they deny this pack was deactivated on 01aug16 will be charged on standard rate. I asked for any communication regarding deactivation, their reply is "sorry for the inconvenience".

                              By that time i already consumed 170mb which will cost me more than 800 rupees, so i asked for the waiver of the charges and raised a request[protected] due to their mistake. Discussion was for nearly 30min with two customer care executive. Still they asked me to call again once the bill is generated which is on 05aug16.

                              I called customer care again on 09aug16 and asked for the status of the request and now they deny there is no such request.

                              Kindly take appropriate strict action against such service provider to avoid such incidents and resolve this conflict.

                              After more than 7 year of association, i decided to port out.

                              Customer care asked me to visit vodafone store with documents to port out from the service then only i will be receiving upc, is it really the process?

                                  I had recharge my net pack on data 08.08.16 of rs. 189/- net is pack day+night combo 400 day + extra 400 mb night but i had received sms on my mobile no.                                   Your office is cheating me. I had complaint you on dated 09.08.16 regarding not recharging my net pack of rs. 186/- properly so they said that you give your card number from which the payment is deduct but they are deducted in my account of rs. 2000/- i want my money in cheque or cash in my home address
