    Wrt my number [protected] i am stating a complaint of cheating in bill amount
    On 2nd june : request placed to change my plan to 299 from 1299

    Call attended by sheetal, executive.[protected] complaint
    Reference no : 18th june call:[protected] request number
    I was informed that my bill will be readjusted but it has still not happened. I am being charged 1299 instead of 299 base plan. After several complaints and requests they are still not adjusting the bill amount and charging me on a base plan of 1299.

    My services have been discontinued which is causing me inconvenience
    I will not be able to pay this bill till my bill is adjusted according to my request
    This is clearly a case of cheating

      I am using vodafone delhi sim [protected]. Vodafone has ilegally deducted my 45 rupees by starting desitube service today on 10/8/16, i never activated such kind of service. I request you to pl help me. I want my 45 rupees back. I have also sent you the message of service that is activated on my number by vodafone illegally and deducted my 45 rupees balance. Message is below:
      Hello! Desitube pack is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and a 15 days rental of rs.45 has been deducted. Your current balance post service activation is rs.20.81. To deactivate sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free).

      VERY SLOW SPEED FOR VODAFONE 3G IN KIRLOSKARVADI, TAL - PLAUS, DIST- SANGLI .

      INSTEAD OF PAYING ALL THE MONEY NEEDED i.e.almost 500 Rs. for 28 days, network for data connection is not responding even at 2G Speed.

          I've activated the an addon plan for internet and i received a confirmation message on 29july2016 as follows

          "offer 300mb red add-on pack @ rs100 has been activated for you effective from 29/07/2016 09:20:28"

          And reconfirmed the same with another message on 01aug16. By assuming that, i was using the internet, but when i checked with customer care on 04thaug16, they deny this pack was deactivated on 01aug16 will be charged on standard rate. I asked for any communication regarding deactivation, their reply is "sorry for the inconvenience".

          By that time i already consumed 170mb which will cost me more than 800 rupees, so i asked for the waiver of the charges and raised a request[protected] due to their mistake. Discussion was for nearly 30min with two customer care executive. Still they asked me to call again once the bill is generated which is on 05aug16.

          I called customer care again on 09aug16 and asked for the status of the request and now they deny there is no such request.

          Kindly take appropriate strict action against such service provider to avoid such incidents and resolve this conflict.

          After more than 7 year of association, i decided to port out.

          Customer care asked me to visit vodafone store with documents to port out from the service then only i will be receiving upc, is it really the process?

              I had recharge my net pack on data 08.08.16 of rs. 189/- net is pack day+night combo 400 day + extra 400 mb night but i had received sms on my mobile no. [protected] preview it is in relianance but converted it in to vodafone that your net pack is recharge it that your night plan been activated and now you have 400 mb valid between 12 to 6 am till 04.09.16 but have recharge both day and night so please recharge my day pack to other vies refund my money back. I had recharge it on online

              Your office is cheating me. I had complaint you on dated 09.08.16 regarding not recharging my net pack of rs. 186/- properly so they said that you give your card number from which the payment is deduct but they are deducted in my account of rs. 2000/- i want my money in cheque or cash in my home address

                I have requested to a number port agency to port my number from reliance to vodafone that is [protected] on 23rd of july, 2016. And i have also paid rupees 250 to the agent on the same date. i have received the confirmation call from number porting agent & vodafone service agent but still my number is not port.

                            Some "vip" games pack has been activated on my vodafone number: [protected] without any prior information to me about this pack. I chose vodafone as my network because of its wide network spread and now i have to undergo such problems. I want the pack to be deactivated and the amount credited as soon as possible. I hope that no such mistakes are going to take place any more. Please take the action as soon as possible and confirm.

                            On august 1 2016, gamifive service was activated in my phone automatically and an amount of rupees 75 was deducted.it occured with out my consent.i didn't activate any Vodafone service...

                              From yesterday morning, i. e. 7th august 2016 till the registration of this complaints, i. e. 8th august 2016, 5:30 pm, no calls can be dialed or received for the vodafone network for two of my postpaid connections. i have complained to them multiple times and the response is very slow.in a way i am cut off from my entire organization and other family members when i am at home. i will have to come around half a kilometer to one kilometer to either complain to the vodafone customer care or to make or receive calls on my phone. so in a way being without connectivity for more than 36 hours on two postpaid numbers has been very painful. kindly register a complaint for the deficiency of service against the vodafone service providers. the vodafone service registration number for my complaint is:[protected] registered on 7th aug 201 at 03:17 pm. kindly request you to initiate action against this deficient service and take necessary actions.

                                Hi,
                                I have a number of vodafone +91+[protected].
                                They sent a message to me about a plan of 499inr where i will get 2000 minutes free and 1.5 gb 3g and there after unlimited internet and 300 messages free.
                                When i called vodafone that give me this plan since my current plan is of 666inr where it is giving me 1500minutes, 1.5 gb 3g. The executive said it is for customers to port from other operator to vodafone. I was really shocked to hear that they are giving the plan to outsiders and not giving to already existing customers.
                                Then i decided to port out my number, the executive then called me up and said that they will give me plan of 499inr and requested me not to port. I said okay.
                                Later when i confirmed that they have converted my plan, they said it is not yet done and that i will be compensated for that. But today i received a call that they will not be giving me the plan.
                                This is really unprofessional and disgusting as to what vodafone did.

                                    My number is [protected]. I accidentally recharged to number [protected] on 08/08/2016 at 3 pm through paytm mobile application. When such a mistake happens from the customer side usually the customer care reverse the amount and credit back to the person.In my case the other party has agreed to reverse the amount and credit back to my number. But the operator stubbornly said that they cannot do it. They have reversed amount in many cases but for my case they respond indifferently and harshly. Kindly resolve the issue and do the needful at the earliest

                                      I am a Vodafone customer . I am using my mobile internet pack of Rs.189 regularly as the same I recharged it on I received a message regarding your pack will be activated within two hours, but it was not activated till now.I have filed the complaint against them but they aren't responding.The worst part is that they've blocked me against calling the customer care. REALLY A WORST ATTITUTE SHOWN TOWARDS CUSTOMER. DIUDNT EXPECT IT FROM VODAFONE NETWORK !!!

                                        According to trai, i gave stop sms to 1925 on 07.08.2016 to deactivate my internet service. You did not deactivate my internet service, instead u deactivated my internet pack. When i activated it back my balance around 800 mb in my data pack has gone. According to trai, start or stop is meant for internet usage in main balance & not for data packs. For using data packs, its deemed to be restricted to the specified data volume or the specified period. But u r against the trai regln & u r cutting down the data pack & u r looting the data balance. I kindly request u to revert the data balance in my account. Now time being i recharged again for my internet usage. My mobile no [protected]
