Rs. 45 or maybe even more got deducted from my balance in the name of some 6T second videos, when I did not even subscribe to it. This is not the first time that Vodafone first subscribed me to a service unasked for, then deducted whatever amount I had recharged my sim with.

    I was deducted 5rs from my balance for 'access handset inbuilt games' without my consent. This has happened to me a lot of times in the past, and just 2 days after that I was charged for callertunes which i didn't opt in for as well.

      I have recharged by Rs.49.00 to my Vodafone No.[protected] on 17/07/2021. Amount was debited from my account. But till now I didn't get recharge successful message. And unable to call.

          I visited VI at mahakali caves road andheri east the service by the representative nikhil there was disgusting
          Sad such terrible staff he gave me no info of sms will stop for 24hours on sim change and when asked came up with an answer since my otp came on my other phone which was in car and i fetched it

          He was distracted and hence did not give me info
          The other staff was being colleague friendly and asking me...

          Amit Agarwal, Please do not charge incorrect ISD calls to customers account. Especially women.

          Request you to look into the matter and revise it. Instead of deleting the review.

            Several times my account was debited without my knowledge. For eg. I was getting msgs like that for selecting videogames etc. Whenever they find any money in my account they are taking it as it happened 5 - 6 time. Pls arrange to stop this looing of my money.

                After I switched to prepaid service, my SMS service was not working properly. I was unable to send text messages. After chaining SMSC, the problem sometimes got resolved. Yet, while reactivating BHIM, google pay, I am getting an error of SMS times out.

                Receiving OTP is working flawless, but sending SMS still is unresolved. Appealate doesn't respond....

                Vodafone india has harassing me repeatedly for 4 months by illegal deduction of money from my account in the name of battle quiz activation.
                They won't refund after 24 hours of activation. I tried calling within the 24 hours, but my call never connected to the customer care service.
                This is highly disappointing and frustrating to do numerous follow up for my money. I feel extremely harassed and finding it hard to reach for help to resolve. I even wrote to their email [protected]@vodafoneidea.com.
                Plz help me file a case against Vodafone india.

                  For the past three months I'm facing deduction of money from my account without any approval from my side. And they dont refund the amount after 24 hours of deduction.
                  Im feeling harassed by the vodafone company bcoz of all the follow up calls i have to make to the customer care and fight for my money.
                  Plz tell me how to sue them.

                    You have been charged Rs. 7
                    Your balance is Rs. Xxxx

                    This is completely false. I did not choose any access of Games and Videos

                    If you don’t fix this problem for now and in future, this matter will be complained in consumer court and circulated on social media.

                        Please arrange for daily Garbage collection in Hastinapuram weekly twice or thrice only they are coming..that too they have no time one day n morning another day afternoon they are coming..how could a work going can put garbage..i[censored] can’t arrange for this atleast you should keep bins n each street

                              Hi,

                              I am a vodofone post paid user for past 7 years and paying my bills regularly on time.

                              But this month bill amount was mentioned as RS. 1603.62 which was supposed to be received by 1st week of July, 2021.

                              All of sudden on 16-July-2021, I have received a SMS mentioned the bill amount as RS. 1603.62 due on 16-July-2021.

                              1. Why the sms was sent delayed by a week?
                              2. It has mentioned as 960 against national roaming in the bill summary but the detail of national roaming is mentioned as 0.00 where as ISD is mentioned as RS.960 by mentioning an international number for which the outgoing had happened twice on 10-June-2021 6 PM and 7 PM for 1 hour twice (so, 2 hours in total).

                              The bill details are not consistent:
                              1. The summary is mentioned with national roaming but the details are mentioned with ISD.
                              2. When I had contacted the customer care, they were telling that an ISD call was made. But I havent done any ISD calls. And I have been in the same city for past 7 months. So, there are no chance of national roaming either.

                              Hence, I would request to void this extra charges made in this billing cycle.
