My balance was keep on changed for, pre embedded game. Which I never activated. I tried different ways to deactivate. But impossible. I tried opening app called VI, But unable to get.
My humble request to Vodafone, kindly please remove this kind of programs. Please...

Vodafone is activating services and portals without my consent and taking money off my account.

The issue of getting ZERO NETWORK and ZERO data has continued in my contact number [protected] despite almost four months.
My residence location is
104, Geetas Waves, Sai Satyam Park, Wagholi- 412207
The problem did not get resolved so far....

I have two connections from Vodafone. In both of them they have themselves activated caller tunes and charged 99 each. When I call them for refund customer care guy says no option for refund. How can you activate yourselves, deduct and give us 25 hours to deactivate. Please respond and look into the matter falling which I will be filing a compliant though consumer court.

I have cleared all pending dues in post paid. And ported my number from postpaid to prepaid on 15/4/2021 by paying porting charges aswell. But a bill generated on next month ie 16/ 5/ 2021. Now my calls barred and the company is demanding to pay the amount for which I didn't use any service of postpaid after 15/4/2021.

I have raised a complaint and calling customer care but they are making me to run poll and post. Please do...

I haven't activated any games portal in my phone.. I had recharged my number few days back and it had more than rs. 8 as balance and now the balance is rs.3. Your customer care is the worst service i have come across.. Im never able to contact your executive for any of my complaints.. If this goes on, i'll need to port my sim.. Deactivate the games portal as soon as possible....

Vodafone has deducted money from my account balance claiming as following:

"Hello! Thank you for choosing to access BattleQuiz, You have been charged Rs.xx
You balance is Rs. xx"

I haven't access any but still was charged. This happened twice already....

I made an accidental payment of 52982/- instead of 529.82/- for my monthly vodafone bill for number [protected]. Now Vodafone is making me run in circles and not returning me the money. There is no way to reach Vodafone team on call, since its IVR driven and there is no option to speak to the executive . There app is useless as has no tracking option. Emails from different teams with no proper response on refund status keeps coming back?...

Got a message saying Rs. 30 was deducted for accessing Telesync games which I have not accessed....

I had Rs 15 deducted from my account without my consent or subscription to any service. Please investigate and have the charge reversed to my account...

Since Vodafone is not able to provide quality data service to my location i am trying to port my number to another cellular network service provider. When i am trying to generate porting code i am getting below message.
"upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider"

After repeated discussion with Vodafone idea helpdesk still not able to generate upc code. I am still...

I stared using VI postpaid in Feb 2021 because the Vodafone store manager went adamant to update my number to 4G postpaid, after 2 months when i tried to recharge my number 250/- Rs, it straight went to someone else's number when asked that manager replied that he added my number to a postpaid family pack, that amount never returned, then 456/- Rs he took from me to recharge my number which never happened after 1 week when i asked him about...

I have been using VI prepaid for quite some time. Since my usage is low I have been recharging with lower denomination amounts every month be it 49 or 94 Rs or so.

Now I find that for such lower denomination amounts VI has stopped offering very basic services like Outgoing SMS?

This is clearly cheating and looting on part of VI.
Tomorrow they will say, no outgoing calls for smaller amounts!!

Every time I recharge, I get a message after a day or two that almost all of my balance is deducted for the different different services that I have never heard of or not opted for.

I had categorically specified no VAS services to be activated on my phone then why Content Download VAS is active ? there is a game 50HHgame is also downloaded by kids using this service . can you deactivate it immediately? Account number[protected] and phone number ending with 9XXXXXXX55...
