On 1 Jul i recharged my mob [protected] for a plan of Rs 30/- for the talk time validity of 28 days through RECHARGRE Agency . The amount was paid on line from my SBI Saving Bank Account. But to date my mob is not recharged and I am being denied to call on account of that sufficient balance is not in my account.
Please look into the issue and resolve.

    Delink one of the number from family postpaid plan

    I have filed a complaint to delink my secondary number from the family group plan, they took almost about 10 days to work on the process and after which they have delinked the primary number. When we called the customer service they are not ready to listen our issue and solve it, without even hearing the problem, they told my problem will be resolved in 48 hours and cut the call. None of the issue has been solved.

    Vodafone idea's 4G data network is not available on my Redmi Note 4 device since last 2 months. I have called there customer care more than 10 times. I have written to customer care email and appellate authority also. But as of date no solution. As usual, they say that unfortunately we do not have coverage in your area. I have paid for 3 months. This is total unjustified that even after making payment for services, Vodafone Idea is failed to provide the services.
    Please help.

        From past 2 day I am trying to port my SIM but I am not able to send a message only to PORT I have done all type of alrounder recharge but still I am getting error as failed.

        Kindly get this fixed asap. So that the message works fine while sending SMS to PORT

          I can't connect internet... internet speed showing 1kb/s ... showing signal full and 4G but there is no internet... internet speed is very poor... loading time is too much... one more thing... if one person calling to my mobile I can hear that person sound but he couldn't catch my words... after 2second call cut

            I recharged with RC 49. I got talktime of 37.5 and still unable to send SMS. When I called the customer care, they told that i[censored] recharge with unlimited plan then only u will get outgoing SMS services. This is ridiculous. For SMS services we have to recharge with Rs. 199 even if you dont need the unlimited plan.

            Customer should be provided with minimum relative information of what are benefits which are not included in the pack clearly. This is clearly a cheating from VODAFINE-IDEA. They will sure lose the customers with this type cheating.

                15 Indian Rupees is being deducted for bcafe portal by vodafone without my consent.I have not opted for any such services. Same thing was happened in May and June month. This is open loot.

                        I have received a Bill bearing No.KLI[protected] dt 11.06.2021 amounting to Rs. 920.46. Out of the above amount, an amount of Rs.376/- + Taxes have been included which is for the usage of International Text messages made on 19th May 2021 between 19.42.52 Hrs and 19.17.56 Hrs which is approximately 3-4 minutes duration. The total SMS made were 72 Nos. which is impossible for a human being.

                        This is a system disorder reading and to be refunded. Made complaints to Customer Care, but in vain.

                        A small portion of the bill is appended.

                        Need your urgent intervention and expect your order in my favour.

                          Very worst network . Past 5month my father facing lot of billing issue ... He is a auto driver. Past 5month Rs.2000/- bill came even he doesn't use internet also he has Nokia basic button phone ... For this Reason he had complained to Madurai branch . But there is no proper response . He can't change his mobile Number that mobile number is very much important for him for his work. Please do something on it . It's very humble request ... Please consider on it ...

                            I have been noticing that unnecessary balance is being deducted from my account.Please see the attached screenshot of the messages that I am receiving.I have not requested to activate any value added services. I tried to contact customer care number of times, every time they said that no amount has been deducted from my account. So kindly help me out to get me refund of all the amount deducted.                               I arrived in Bengaluru on 26 June 2021. I am located in Malleswaram West near the World Trade Centre. There is no network coverage for vodafone in this area.
                              Consequently I am unable to use the services for which I have paid in advance.
                              I want a full refund immediately.

                                  Vodafone - Idea is now deducting money from my number without my knowledge. This is happening so many times these days. I have tried every way to opt out of their VAS promo messages, and even if they don't send any such offers, I'm being charged for various stuff that I never used. This seems like a robbery.

                                    Iam Rajat from Khanna city punjab.sir iam lost my phone date-29/06/2021 in market place.date-30/06/2021 compliant file in police station khanna.when iam carry the compliant copy and to go GTB market khanna Vodafone office to issue new sim his no.[protected] and Vodafone office attendent charged me 100/-rupees for new sim.iam say where is the bill receipt, attendent says sorry sir bill not give to customer.sir/madam how the Vodafone valuable customer to know the amount paid is correct or not.please I requested to take an action to vadafone store and give to receipt to customer
