Pre embed games

Even though I did not subscribe for any services, I have not subscribed for any value added services and pre embedded games. But amount is getting deducted for pre embedded games without my permission. Rs.25 is deducted from account. Pls stop this. Aslo vodafone customer care dont know about pre embedded games....

Caller tunes activated without my knowledge

This is for the third consecutive month Vi caller tune got activated automatically without my knowledge, even though every time I called customer care and stressed them to cancel all VAS and asked not to repeat this. Everytime they ensured that it won't happen again. In spite of that it is still getting deducted again. Can a company charge money for something that I don't need and without my permission? Is this the kind of service they give...

Wrongly charged for games

I've been charged Rs. 25 for pre-embedded games which I didn't even selected. This amount has been deducted from my balance which is wrong I did not selected this games.
I received the message today, here it is:

Hello!
Thank you for choosing to access Pre Embedded Games,
You have been charged Rs. 25
Your balance is Rs. 36.51.

Please do something about. This is pure cheating....

Cheating money from balance

Vodafone has deducted ₹10 from my account on 5 may, 2021 without authorisation on my prepaid sim. When contacted on 198 they are saying games pack was activated through 'advertisement'. I don't understand how this got activated as i have not authorised any such payments. Kindly take strong action against this type of cheating...

Hi, I received multiple messages from VZ-ViCMS and the money from my main balance was deducted unnecessarily.

1) I downloaded FUN PORTAL from CARBUN8 and Rs.15 was charged
2) I downloaded video from PlutoMobile and Rs.15 was charged
3) I chose to access FUNPORTAL and was charged Rs.22.

December 29th, 2019 I Visited Bomanahalli Vodafone Stores And Paid The Outstanding Bill And Asked For Disconnection Postpaid Plan, And Took New Sim, After 24 Hours Sim Didn't Get Activated. Amount deduction from my talk time balance

An amount of rs15/- was deducted from my talk time balance, stating that I have accessed FUN PORTAL which I never did.I received the message through VZ-ViCMS.This kind stealing money from customers is nothing less than criminal offence.Please add deducted amount to my balance....

Recharge unsuccessful

Payment of Rs. 368/- was done on 03/05/2021 from SBI vide TXN No-[protected]IGALBIMVO0 for mobile no - [protected] But regret to inform that it is not yet recharged.

Activation and Money fraud

Invalid card status

The sim card was operational when suddenly after sometime we noticed the invalid card signal. We tried everything from removing sim and putting it back. In another phone also we tried but still shows as invalid. The number is in brother’s name who is settled abroad and there’s no scene of him coming to India anytime soon due to covid situations here. Unfair balance deduction

Vodafone claims that I chose to have access to "Pre Embedded games" . I have been charged twice for the service, once on MARCH 26 and one on 3rd of MAY. I have never made any such choice on my own and Vodafone keeps on charging me without my consent. Mobile Phone Tower

Hi, A mobile phone tower was installed many years back and we need to remove the tower. there are still 4 years to go as per the contract.
My father passed away due to aneurysms and our building is slowly succumbing to damages being in a highly earthquake prone area.
We need to get the tower removed on priority.

Mobile Data Services Disrupted

Hi

My mobile data services stopped all of a sudden. The sim shows 4g signals but the internet is not working. I keep on getting a notification to sign in to vodafone in and when i try doing so it redirects me to "sign in to network" screen with this url: http://180.179.77.11/data-usage-alert.And even if i have lodged complain in customer services they are least bothered to fix the issue.
