Billing cycle date changed without prior notice

Deactivating my internet pack worth RS 33 after dialing 1925

According to TRAI, I dialed 1925 and clicked on 2 to deactivate internet service. It did not deactivate my internet instead deactivated my internet pack for vodafone mobile no [protected]. Fraudulent Commitment on PRI Installation Timeline

Not changing plan and network issue from 18th Jul 2015

From 18th Jul 2015 there is a network issue in Hinjewadi phase 3, Pune area . It shows full network coverage but I have not been able to make a single call. Even if Call is connect We are unable to hear voice. Also My postpaid plain has 3G benfits, but my internet is also not working. They have been charging but not providing service. Un-necessary caller tune deactivation

Dear Vodafone this is my number [protected] yesterday i had called regarding balance deduction.. your one of the associate picked the call his name.. RAKESH. see i have not at all browsed anything and download. simply mine 50 rs has been deducted... thats ok... but why caller tune has been deactivated without my permission. just i called for balance deduction query purpose only.. i havnt given any request to deactivate my caller......

Excess Billing
