My name is manuj phone number [protected] i took a corporate plan from vodafone store green park new delhi the plan includes 1GB 3G data and after 1gb it will automatically take speed of 2g which is totally free but when i exceeded this 1gb another 650 rs was charged for 2g which was not told by the vodafone people i went to the store then manager said the plans has been revised so now onwards it will be charged but to resolve this issue i will not charge 650 rs this as you were not informed by us, now its been 2 months they did not take any action i went thrice with my friend to meet the manager so she knows this issue i stay far away from the store so today she had a word with the manager he behaved so badly as if he did not have a word with girl in his own life he is just a uneducated creep i do not know how vodafone has made him manager i request you to take a strict action against this person and please revert me on the same number i have mentioned in the complaint.

    I harpreet singh owner mobile no [protected] issued by vodafone hereby inform you that i m using this cell number from upto one year with 3G connection however last month i recharge woth 397 rs 3 G data pack but only 2 G internet service available and last week i rrcharge with 497 Rs know days service is very bad no network available, from last month their is no 3G network available. if they cant being able to provide service than why they charge to consumers therefore i request u plz inquire the same plz contact me on my cell i.e [protected] thanks & regards

      I am porting my postpaid mobile connection Aircel to Vodafone since 28.07.2015. And I am used New Vodafone Sim last 15 days. But today Vodafone Company barring my outgoing reason giving me my FI is negative. Why Vodafone start my connection last 15 days ? Vodafone Company cheat to customer.         Sir, My name is harish vachhani and I am using vodafone prepaid sim card few months ago one of the marketing executive of vodafone company called me and said that you are using prepaid services of vodafone and the same can be converted in post paid with 299/- plan and kept repeating this information every now and then. At last I agreed and I agreed and gave them my present address and documents they sent one executive to collect the documents and the executive issued me sim card bearing no.SIM NO.[protected] and IMSI NO. [protected] and told collected money from me and said that the sim will be activated within seven days. but the sim is still not activated and I contacted the company even to nodal officer but there is no positive response from them. I am harrassed and mentally tourtured by the company now I am not able to understand what should I do with the sim card for which I have been cheated.

          Sim deactivated since 15 days saying Negative Verification

          Hi, I have migrated my vodafone number [protected] from prepaid to postpaid 20 days back. This is from the TCS corporate offer and currently I am the permanent employee of TCS. Now due to some miscommunication in address verification my sim has been deactivated and Its been now 15 days that I am not able to use my postpaid services. I have sent all respective documents while migrating the number. I already called vodafone postpaid...

          I am using Vodafone corporate plan. we are using more than 10 postpaid connections where i found that I am being charged for VAS charges every month for each number that costs up to 105/- per month. when i approached to customer care, they told me it is because i clicked on the ads those are flashing on the phone app which i have never done. Its a cheating and TRAI should look in to it. i will write a mail to TRAI also so that this kind of fraud should not be happen again . Mo- [protected]

I am visited/Call to Custmer care No.[protected] Lot of Time Vodafone Store regarding to Dongal out of service but Vodafone Executive told me Dongal Expert NOT available after 48 Hours visited/Contact you. but NO body contact me & Visit My office. Last 15 days my work is pending. and i have lot of trouble without Internet my Job is in Notice period only for Vodafone NET Kindly Help This Matter.               I have activated the 300rs 2gb 3g data on 4th July through 121but some technical issues packs was not activated. i raise complaint then rs450 packs was activated. again i raise complain packs was deactivated and next day same pack again activated. as per my corporate plan i got 300MB data and 2gb data that was activated so total data was 2048+300MB. as per my bill total usage of data less then this. but i have charged more than 1000rs only for data. please help thanks & Regards Sunil Kumar 91 [protected]

              i hav paid the bill rs1754 on 4th august and within 8 days i am getting again 1200 as a billon 12 th august. i am not using that much money.i asked them to giv a clear detail bill then only i wil pay that money but u people not at all responding for my need.

                Respected sir/mam I Sushil Kumar am facing huge problem of 3g network of vodafone in north campus Delhi university.for this i have called to customer care on 198 at 11.19 pm and one person receive my call firstly told me that " why u donot portable to the other operator" then he told that " Vodafone k 3g k sath 2g v jane wala hai" and then i asked his name then he replied that my name is Amitabh bachchan then he starting misbehaving on phone.Here i cant write everything told by him because he added some rough word.After this he told me that dont complaint against me otherwise i loose my job and then he transfer the call to other person then he (new one) told me that their name is Rakesh who misbehave with me.the person who misbehave with me was in the group with some girls and all are laughing at that moment.please take a strong action against it.                   Dear sir Sub:- Fraud made by Vodafone Mobile/ According to matter, today, 11 August2015 at 12.46pm, I received a call from Vodafone ( [protected]). It offered me to provide all Local Call Rate at Rs 0.30 paisa/ minute for 90 days by paying Rs 50 one time today. It said me to recharge of Rs 50 to activate plan. It also promised me to give call me at 7pm to activate plan. I recharged my mobile Rs 100 but I did not received any call and information. Vodafone offered me this plan because I was leaving Vodafone mobile service joining another mobile company ( I was converting my Vodafone sim card into other company via PORTABILITY SCHEME). Vodafone stopped me to leave its company. Also I tried many times at Vodafone customer care number at 199 but Talk option is blocked i .e. I can't talk in anyways. It is fraud. Kindly help me and also I want to carry this matter to Supreme Court directly because Vodafone makes huge money by fraud. I wish to make good punishment to Vodafone and to refund me Rs 100 in cash payment and penalty money to make me disturbed and irritatation. My Vodafone complaint mobile number is [protected].                       Today I have recharged through online an amount of Rs. 125(Rupees one hundred twenty five only) to my Vodafone No. [protected]. Amount has been deducted from my bank .account . Even though 6 hours has already been completed till now not recharged to phone. I had informed the same matter to your office staff namely Mahesh M. over phone at 1.41 P.M.. He replied that the it will be re-charged with in 30 minutes, otherwise the amount will return to my account. No action is taken. . Please do the needful.

                          I am Radhakrishna from bangalore . i have been using a vodafone number ([protected]) from April 2015. i had opted for 499 tariff plan, but every month my plan is changing without my request to change the plan, regarding this i have contacted customer care many times but they are replying saying that i have placed a request to change the plan, i have asked them to produce the proof that i have place a request to change, even i have mailed regarding this issues 3 times to the vodafone care. every time i get a response saying will get back to you, continuously i am facing this problem with vodafone service. now this month i have received a bill of 3999. i have decided to file a complaint regarding the same .

I have immediately lodged a complaint with my Banker SBI and informed them this is a fraudulent transaction.I request you to kindly refund this amount as early as possible

                                R/s I am mayank gupta and my number is [protected], [protected] these two premium numbers i am having in vodafone...these both numbers are of my name mayank gupta.. This [protected] was with BSNL HIMACHAL PARDESH..some day back I visited mini store in Rajpura PB to port my number with vodafone punjab..after some day verification done but my number didnt activated many days..then i contacted mini store they said 2yrs back u were having [protected] no. With vodafone postpaid and ur last bill is pending of amount Rs.310..i was shocked to kno that how it can be possible..as i cleared my all dues and gave request for porting my number to prepaid..My number was in prepaid easily and i had been using my number from last 2YEARS in prepaid.. Then i contacted customer care that what bill is this they said we cant help mini store will only tell..then i contacted mini store they said u have to pay this amount only then ur [protected]no. Will be ported in punjab vodafone otherwise your prepaid number [protected] will also be closed..means how can vodafone close my number..i paid the amount 310rs..and reciept is attached..as u can guess me from my numbers..i[censored] wana contact call at [protected]..I had been chasing so many days for this issue.. A simple reason if the client hadn't paid the bill then why company will transfer his number to prepaid.and when a client ports a new no.                                   I wanted a micro sim for my smart phone and Vodafone office in Bengaluru issued me a micro sim card which they said will be activated within 2 hours. However, this has not happened even after 10 days. The issue is that Vodafone is unable to sort out why the old sim card is still active when they have deactivated it. It shows as "deactivated" on their computer screen.

                                    I am customer of Vodafone with mobile no [protected] since sometime. I had 3G services activated on this number and it was working fine till sometime back. Now all of a sudden my mobile internet has stopped. On inquiring I was informed that my GPRS services are barred. I donot understand when I am existing customer paying my bills on time, why all of sudden my mobile internet has been stopped. Further I am really disappointed with their pathetic customer service. 1. I had initially mailed my problem on corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com wherein I have clearly mentioned my Mobile no. [protected], BUT BRILLIANT GUYS FROM VODAFONE HAVE REPLIED BACK THEY NEED EMAIL FROM REGISTERED ID FOR VODAFONE MOBILE NUMBER [protected]. I DONOT KNOW FROM WHERE THE HELL THIS NUMBER HAS COME. 2. I called up 199 for this problem and after apathetic long wait and so many menus in IVR, I was finally informed that this SIM being under corporate plan the problem will be handled by 55666. 3. After similar agonizing wait on calling 55666, I was informed that 199 followed by 4, 2 and 9 will only handle the problem. 4. On again calling[protected], I was informed there is some technical issue and same will be resolved in half an hour and I need not call again. 5. After waiting more than 3 hours when nothing happened, I called[protected] again and now I have been informed that I have to mail on corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com (which I HAD ALREADY DONE) again for rectification of my problem. Needless to say I am thoroughly disappointed with THEIR PATHETIC SERVICE and careless attitude. I hope after this mail something about this problem is done and error is rectified. I WILL MAKE SURE THIS PROBLEM IS BROUGHT TO THE NOTICE OF MY COMPANY OFFICIALS AND WE HOPEFULLY SWITCH SERVICES TO SOME BETTER SERVICE PROVIDER WHO VALUE THEIR CUSTOMER.

                                      I had made an application for disconnection of no. to customer care as well as vodafone mini store in mayur vihar. they said that the no. will be disconnected within 24 hours. but the no. had not been terminated and they keep on generating bills. now they everday offering for settlement. and nw they are threatening me by terminating the service of my other no.
