    Please yaar I am pissed off with your service. I m not able to hear anything while on call. I thought there is prob in my phone, but 5 people are using vodafone, everyone is getting same problem, there is no support from you, if the concern is not resolved in 24 hours then will raise port request, I will escalte to next level.. such a ### netwrok. In mail and complains in app are useless no support.

      I got much higher bill then the normal amount I am getting usually. When I asked Vodafone customer care for the details, they told me that I have made call to some special number 56000 and talked for 1 hour and 8 minutes. In fact, I haven't made any call and I don't know what number they are referring to. They charged me for 9 RS per minute. I am hoping to get some help to resolve this issue. I will appreciate your efforts.

        I have been charged from 5 to 10rupees every month for ppu game. There is no such VAS active for my account. My account balance is becoming 0 day by day because o[censored]nnecessary charges. I need immediate attention for this issue causing mental harrassment and looting me.

          I have a 4gb data pack which hardly gets used due to intolerably slow 4g internet speeds. youtube buffers at 480p!!! i dont have social media apps or goofy apps which use bandwidth in the background. vodafone just sucks. i get full signal range ffs. dont fix and i switch and believe me to influence other people to switch too; even if i have to buy them a new sim. so be it before destroying the vodafone sim. rascals keep increasing the prices and throttling data speeds.

                    My Voda No. is [protected]
                    Last time .. i recharge my number & i pay 700rs
                    Vodafone gave me 4gb data daily
                    But many time its network fluctuate & data speed is also very low
                    I am complaining this 3rd or 4th time
                    Please resolve my problem otherwise i have to change my network .

                      Hi,
                      This is very much disappointed that I have tried so may times to send the massage on 1900 from my mobile no-[protected], but the massage is not delivered, However others massage are delivering fine.
                      That means its intentionally block to deliver the 1900 massage to provide the hassle to customers.

                      I have also logged the complaint but did not get the resolution.
                      Kindly look into and resolve the issue ASAP.

                        Hi,

                        I received my last bill where amount was some 650, i raised query regarding this and called customer care and they were unable to explain why this much amount of bill has came. (as per them it was for internet usage where i was having 20 gb data plan before switching my circle from feb 2021, and also i was having carry forward service as well. I was having enoigh data and just because i was not able to use my data due to extremly slow internet service i swicthed my circle.

                        When i asked them to send me details of bill and data usage then they said they dont have it now.

                        then i got call from them and they mailed me and confirmed that this bill will be waived off and i just have to pay the remaining amount which is 193.52.

                        Now they are not replying and have blocked my outgoing call.

                        Please resolve this issue.

                          I was trying to order Vodafone prepaid sim through online and payment is success.But again while delivering the sim asking for payment and Sim didnt got activated because of that.

                          But transaction has been marked success in Paytm

                          Order ID [protected] paid to VPRKARNeo amount 401 INR

                          Neither The amount has been not reversed yet nor the sim has been activated.
                          Worst service ever. They are not even replying.

                              - Any call i do it says number invalid
                              - Any calls i receive, after 10 seconds other side wont be able to hear
                              - Customer call calls me and after 5-10 seconds they cant listen to me
                              - i changed mobile and got to know its only issue with network
                              - got sim changed 2 days back, the issue still persists.
                              - The network is pathetic to say the least

                                Anyone I call it says Number is invalid

                                Poor Network.
                                If i call anyone, it says - Number is invalid
                                Any call i receive - after ten seconds other side cant hear me.

                                Customer care calls me and after 5 seconds even they start saying we cant hear you, although i can hear them...

                                  I hadpaid all outstanding bill and converted from postpaid to prepaid in last billing cycle of 2017 only.
                                  And later i had done enough follow up about the post paid conversion status but because of delay from Vodafone side it took time to convert post paid to pre paid because they did not want to convert from Post paid to prepaid .

                                  During that time i never used the old sim because it was not working and i had already inserted the new non-activated sim to the phone.

                                  In that case how can they generate the bill of 176 because they were playing with the costumer for money and sent to my mail to pay the bill?

                                  After this i sent several mail to Vodafone care and there was no response.

                                  After that they disconnected the number and given the number to someone else.

                                  It is 176 INR fake bill but they harass customer by sending the legal notice to the mail.

                                    Prepaid balance suddenly reduced to zero or less than Rs.10 without making any calls or SMS. There is no deduction history in the App as well. Since balance deducted without any reason I'm not able to make any calls. I tried to reach customer care but they don't have any clue, always told me wait in the call and disconnect the call. I started feeling like Vodafone want us to keep spending to recharge by showing no or less balance in the account. Cheap trick and worst customer service.

                                    Vodafone app show only recharge history, active packs and benefit.. but they dont show deduction history because customer will come to know how much deducted and easy vodafone will get caught they money cheating.
