Balance deducted for fun portal

Though I have not accepted anything, I was charged Rs.22 for fun portal access by Vodafone.this happened today morning.please return my money.this is cheating....

I hadpaid all outstanding bill and converted from postpaid to prepaid in last billing cycle of 2017 only.
And later i had done enough follow up about the post paid conversion status but because of delay from Vodafone side it took time to convert post paid to pre paid because they did not want to convert from Post paid to prepaid .

During that time i never used the old sim because it was not working and i had already inserted the new non-activated sim to the phone.

In that case how can they generate the bill of 176 because they were playing with the costumer for money and sent to my mail to pay the bill?

After this i sent several mail to Vodafone care and there was no response.

After that they disconnected the number and given the number to someone else.

It is 176 INR fake bill but they harass customer by sending the legal notice to the mail.

    Prepaid balance suddenly reduced to zero or less than Rs.10 without making any calls or SMS. There is no deduction history in the App as well. Since balance deducted without any reason I'm not able to make any calls. I tried to reach customer care but they don't have any clue, always told me wait in the call and disconnect the call. I started feeling like Vodafone want us to keep spending to recharge by showing no or less balance in the account. Cheap trick and worst customer service.

    Vodafone app show only recharge history, active packs and benefit.. but they dont show deduction history because customer will come to know how much deducted and easy vodafone will get caught they money cheating.

      I HAVE NOT APPLIED FOR THIS PACK AND WOULD LIKE IT TO BE DISABLE. ALSO I WOULD LIKE THE REFUND FOR THE AMOUNT DEDUCTED UNNECESSARILY

        After every 2 to 3 days gap I am receiving messages from viCMS that your balance has been deducted by rupees 3 for participation in a contest and my balance is deducted by rs 3 everytime, but I haven't participated in any such kind of frivolous contest. Till now rs 3 are deducted upto 6-7 times from my balance.please stop such kind of deduction.

            As I couldnt send sms to bank and when I checked the balance it found -103.47 .I recharged with 10 rs and it also got added to the existing and balance became 96... Something.. how it happened?

            When i contacted your office they says the money was deducted because i used the mobile near border.i didn't go near any border and i have purchased a data pack which has a validity till April.Then how you turn the balance negative?we re using the mobile not only for calling, it is connected to financial institutions also.due to this I was not able to send sms to transfer money using UPI and i faced a loss.Please correct the issue and credit back the amount which i recharge to perform my needs,

              Vodafone has too much confusing recharge schemes, I had recharged with 39 Rs. Where they have indicated that they will provide 39 Rs. full talk time 28 days validity and 100 mb data, but after recharging they provided 30 Rs. o[censored]nknown secondary talk time which is useless 100 mb data and no validity for talk time. My services are still barred after recharging.

                On 19 th March 2021 morning I got a message that 15 rs has been deducted from my account for fun portal which haven't been subscribed at all.They are deducting amount without asking any consent. It's fraud and cheating

                  This is the second time this is happening. I got a sms saying the a balance of rs 45 has been deducted from my account to access value pack, although i had deactivated it.
                  When i go to the ivr, it reports there are no VAS active on my account. However my balance is still the deducted amount.
                  It would be give for VI India to give an explanation and refund all amout that has been deducted without authorisation.

                    My cellphone [protected] is getting monthly charge for callertune service that I never opted. Have complained service center but they are no help. After long fight I got refunded last month. And again i received messages today that service got activated today without any acceptance from my side. This is very unprofessional from Vodafone. They are looting or not stopping such illegal charges. Please help

                      Vodfane since last Dec2020 has been activating caller tunes on their own and deducting 30rs automatically. This has been going on for a while. That these are of senior citizens number who dont really understand when and why have they been charged for.
                      I have visited customer care center spoken on phone added all numbers on DND and no ads calls/Services yet the same is happening regularly.
                      We are tired of this smart thieving activity by Vodafone and targeting senior citizens number as they wouldnt notice in time and thus unable to claim for refund also.

                        Hello Team,

                        I was using the Corporate Mobile No. [protected] since 2011 which was transferred on my name in 2014 when i left my company in 2014. i continue to use the same plan which my company offered me at time of joining,

                        But when i asked Vodafone to change my plan[protected] then they again asking me for my previous company letter head to change my plan. Few months later i asked to close my number but again they denied and want my company letter head.

                        Later in 2017, they sent me a Demand Notice of 747 Rs, which is late fee of every month amount. then i explained and asked for bill but they didn't provide anything to me.

                        But again after 4 years, i got again same amount of Demand Notice for same number.

                        Please suggest.

                          I ported my number from Vodafone to Airtel years back and paid extra amount as well as suggested by customer care as there won’t be any outstanding amount. Now they are asking to pay un billed amount which is not true and they have been sending texts to pay and aIso I haven’t received invoice o[censored]n billed amount. Can this be verified at the earliest please.

                              I am getting the following message from the "Vodafone idea" in when requesting for UPC for MNP by sending SMS "PORT 890xxxxxxx" to 1909. Tried multiple time. Getting same error as below SMS response

                              1st Message
                              "Your request for UPC Chas been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed."

                              2nd Message
                              "Request for UPC for your mobile no. 890xxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time."

                              When trying to call support 198 number.
                              Welcome automated message saying. Then, "thank you for calling vi"
                              Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              I got it after 3rd try. Tried twice in the morning Got the same message. But, it worked in the evening. Thank you. Please close

                                I have received sms from VZ-ViCMS where they have wrongly attributed accessing of Startalk by me for which I have been charged Rs. 49. I have not accessed any such service. The IVR platform of Vodafone on enquiry has also confirmed that there is no VAS activated on my mobile number. The charge and attribution of access are palpably wrong and illegal. The company needs to address this issue as from the internet search I have found that a lot of its customers having complained of such wrongful charges.

                                  About one weak ago I received a message on my vodaphone mobile number [protected] for deduction of 35 Rs. Now today i received a message deduction of 20 Rupees for selection of songs. I am surprised now when I can not selected any thing then why vodaphone deduct amount time to time and doing fraud with customer. You all will be go in hell.
                                  If you can not refund my money, I will be free to go court.

                                    My VI number is [protected]. I recharged 39 rupees on March 5 but did not get validity.
                                    Before I did the recharge I checked best offer on my number, it was seen that I will get 28 days validity and 100MB DATA for recharge 39 rupees then I did the recharge. But I did not get the offer what was I seen.
                                    I talked to VI customer care executives but they said my number was not such an offer.
                                    I gave photos of the offer which I was seen on my number for verification purpose.
