Hello Team,
I was using the Corporate Mobile No. [protected] since 2011 which was transferred on my name in 2014 when i left my company in 2014. i continue to use the same plan which my company offered me at time of joining,
But when i asked Vodafone to change my plan[protected] then they again asking me for my previous company letter head to change my plan. Few months later i asked to close my number but again they denied and want my company letter head.
Later in 2017, they sent me a Demand Notice of 747 Rs, which is late fee of every month amount. then i explained and asked for bill but they didn't provide anything to me.
But again after 4 years, i got again same amount of Demand Notice for same number.
Please suggest.
