Today I received a text message stating that Rs. 22 has been deducted for Fun Portal for my mobile number [protected]. I do not have net connectivity neither have I downloaded any such portal. Kindly refund my money back.

    Sim activation number 59059 is not working

    I am not able to reach the sim activation number 59059 from my new Vi sim. The call automatically disconnects. I called the activation number a few hours after buying the sim. I called at around 5 to 5:30 pm. I even tried inserting sim into multiple mobile devices and Sim slots. But nothing worked. I just can't reach that number. What to do?...

    I just got my post paid plan changed to prepaid SIM and was told to call 59059 for televerification. I got a SMS too for the same, with a code to enter. However every time I call 59059, I get message that this number cannot be used for voice and to check and redial. I am unable to tele-verify.

      Dear Sir/Madam,
      I am using Vodafone postpaid two numbers . Please note that i have not activated any VAS services but you have charged in my bill.

      Please note that why i have got the SMS as " Hello! Thank you for using 1000, You have been charged Rs. 10 " on my second Vodafone num [protected] . My primary num is [protected]

      Please deactivated same and revers back ASAP. and also reduce my bill amount.

        In the bill of February Month, Vodafone company added someone else pending bill (Vodafone number - [protected], ac no.[protected] into my postpaid number [protected].

        I am using vodafone number - [protected] since more than 10 years & have paid all bills on regular basis, but this no. [protected] not belongs to my account & not in my family relation, I will not accountable to pay someone else pending due.

        Request to remove amount Rs. 385.69/- (added as Adjustments) from my current bill amount.

          Main Balance Negative, Failed to send SMS prompt

          I'm a prepaid user. From past many plan recharges, I'm facing the issue of sms failed to send. I found my main balance was negative at Rs. - 0.78, I check this through Vi messages, both customer care numbers 199 as well as 198 and the Vi app, it cleary said and says and shows Rs. - 0.78. So I went and did a top up of Rs. 10 once and Rs. 12 twice. It still shows the same. I got connected with customer care executive, I was said my messages...

          Money deducted but recharge not done

          I had recharged for my phone with VI plan Rs 599 today at 9:24 am from Vi website. The amount got deducted from my account but the plan has not been activated.

          Vodafone used to be such a prestigious company and now they started doing robbery to survive. If you want 25 Rs ask me directly. Don’t cheat the few costumers who are with you even after providing the worst service.

            Yesterday I received a message on my Vodafone number - [protected] that rs 49 has been deducted for some value -added service. I tried reaching to Vodafone customer care that I did not activate it. I have not sent/ replied to any message to Vodafone but the customer care agents are saying you replied that's why money deducted. I have proofs. I have not sent any messages. I need refund.

                  Vodafone India fraud where they have charged 900 Rs against a special number 51717 saying the call was made thru my number at 1:19 am in Feb. This is fraud and I see already so many complaints raised. Pathetic customer care and I need action to be taken against such fraud billings.
                  Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  Attached is the image 714Rs charged to me and when spoke to customer care they are saying 51717 number which I didnt made call. So far spoke to Vodafone complaints department Priya and Sameer. No action on complete reversal on this total amount. No call arranged since morning after requesting ample of times and explaining this is wrongly charged. Need action!!

                    I've recharged my brothers vodafone number with work from home package of 100GB on 22feb.He was not able to access to internet Then I recharge his Idea number with the same package .The Idea sim Internet was not working first day but started working from next day.
                    I Raised complaint to customer care started to follow up on the vodafone internet issue, they are adamant to not refund the amount and they have told me that Outdoor coverage is moderate and have deep indoor coverage issue due to service is 310 meter.

                    There was not even a single byte data being used of 100GB and they are accepting that there is network coverage issue but not ready to refund.
                    Reference number KAR-V[protected][Complaint has all details]

                    I request for refund for the data recharged which is not usable!

                      Dear sir
                      This is to inform that i tried to activate rs 48, 3G data pack from my phone by using *121# self help on 21st and only once. Bit an amount of 48+48 has been deducted from my balance for no cause. CUSTOMER care executives are saying you have activated it so it cant be refunded. But i activated it only once not twice which has been forcefully deducted by Vodafone. Attaching screenshots for evidence.
                      Its not about a deduction of 48rs rather a cheat. And its not just once! Prior to this, an amount of rs 7 got deducted at 6:30am when i was sleeping and your CUSTOMER service is saying that i must have activated it. They don't know what I activated but Third party took the service and my balance got deducted and Vodafone doesn't know where it went and I don't know what did i activate when i was sleeping! Is this the kind of data security you are providing! Thrice I called up CUSTOMER care and they are doing time pass with me and then forwarding it to senior executives who take more than 30 min to take the call rather not take the call! Am i here to waste my whole day on ur stupid service! And now am i mad to activate the same data pack back to back and then call your CUSTOMER care to get gyan that i only activated the service!

                      Pl refund my rs. 48 and deactivate the second data pack as i didn't ask for the service which Vodafone is throwing up at me forcefully and i am not going to tolerate your ### all the time. Its not a matter of rs 48 and rs 7 rather a matter of CHEAT BY VODAFONE !

                                1st message on 18.02.21
                                Hello! Your 6T Seconds Videos - 15 Days is activated. Amount charged is Rs 21.00 /- for 1Week.

                                2nd message on 24.02.21
                                Hello! Your How to Videos - 7 Days is activated. Amount charged is Rs 14.00 /- for 2Days.

                                These services are not activated by me and Vodafone will have to return back the amount for unnecessary deductions.
