I am one from the list o[censored]nfortunate customer of Vodafone. My mobile no is [protected] Relationship no. 5.28722.00.00.100727. Coming to the issue I received my vodafone bill and a part of the bill stats that I have subscribed for the service d2c_ndtv_valuepk_9 and got charged for Rs 99. I have few queries regarding the same: 1) When did I subscribed for the service. 2) From which website/forum I subscribed for the service. 3) Did I confirmed that I requested to subscribe for the service, If yes Why didn't vodafone send me any confirmation message as this service is provided by Vodafone only. As I called your customer care executive for the same problem and the way I got response I just do not want to get into that. If you go through google and search for d2c_ndtv_valuepk_9, its a shame that the whole page comes up with the customers complains against Vodafone in various ConsumerForum. Which itself stats that how much vodafone care about its Brand value. I just want to get this subscription removed from the plan. And secondly give me the above requested details and resolve this problem as I did not subscribe for this service.

    I have been charged Rs.99 two times (today - 28/01/2015) within a day for god knows what website. I talked with customer care and they replied that I have been charged for some download but the point is I have not downloaded any such thing to pay for. This is such a ridiculous way of charging us for something that we have not used. Vodafone services should improve their securities so that we are not charged for such things. I do a recharge of about Rs.500 every month with Rs.200 3g net booster still there is no kind of good response from the company side. This is for vodafone company that if I am not refunded with the full amount I will make sure to port out of your company or buy a new sim of some other company. Make sure that you respond to me soon. I am not being rude but it's just that I am not willing to pay for some popup virus or website or whatsoever. Thank You

      Hi, I am Rakesh Kumar, using number [protected]. Its regarding wrong vodafone plan information shared with me to port my number in vodafone. Earlier, i was using aircel networks and i was very much satisfied with services provided by Aircel. On 6th Jan-2015, Gurgaon, i got call from Veracity Connect (Vodafone distributor), to port my number into Vodafone networks and they said, Vodafone is offering Rs 199/- plan in which i will get 900 mins free STD/Local, 300 messages, 512 MB 3G data and after that 2G unlimites, one vodafone local number for which i can make free unlimited calls. And for that, they have charged me Rs 250/- with recipt number 5315 and said this amount will get adjusted in my first bill. After few days, i had words with vodafone customercare, and they confirmed they dont have such plans. Then i requested to them, please do not port my number into vodafone. They said OK, they will not pass the request to my previous service provider to port my number. And on 17-Jan-15, i visited to nearby vodafone store and requested them, not to port my number. They raise the concern to their team and advised them not to port my number into Vodafone. I have also raised the same concern to Delhi Nodal team, they came up with reply that, Please consider this as an exception and they will not be able to help me. And finally, my number got port in vodafone. And now, there is no Rs 199/- plan and other benefits which are confirmed to me. And they are not ready to adjust/refund my money. Its very shameful for such a big organisation to ditch their customers just to increase the sale of vodafone connections.

      Veracity connect, vendour of vodafone, who convert prepaid to post paid
      number, they took 250/- on dated 18-1-15, from malviya nagar, they took
      my photo id and address id proof including one passport size photo
      person name was naved. they told within 36hours number will be active,
      after one day guy called and said your verification is been cancelled,
      and said payment will be refunded by cheque itself. it took one month no
      cheque not a single call has been arrived when i called, guy name
      gitesh said refund will be conduct by vodafone store not by us. his
      manager name he told javed. Till now no solid assurance is been given
      for the payment of 250/- . So i am raising a complaint so that these
      fraud can turn agianst jail. and it can be stop also vodafone should
      take into consideration as i mailed them also many time but action has
      been taken.

          sir/madam i am a vodafone postpaid customer since 15 days before my no is [protected] but it has not been activated i make complaints around 6 to 7 times at your 198 customer helpline no bt i could not get solution from here every time your erxecutive told me that your verification will be done with in 24 hrs after that your no will be activated but i am waiting for that 24 hrs from 15 days. so please help me in this regard and activate...

          sir/madam i am a vodafone postpaid customer since 15 days before my no is [protected] but it has not been activated i make complaints around 6 to 7 times at your 198 customer helpline no bt i could not get solution from here every time your erxecutive told me that your verification will be done with in 24 hrs after that your no will be activated but i am waiting for that 24 hrs from 15 days. so please help me in this regard and activate my number as soon as possible.

            The company had updated the wrong email id in their database due to which I never got the soft copy or the hard copy ever delivered to any of my addresses. It's after the due date I get a call from the Customer service that your due date is over please pay the bill. This has happened two consecutive months, i.e in the month of December 14 my due date was 27th Dec 2014, and they inform me through call in the second week of Jan that my outstanding amount was on 27th Dec. Now, How am I supposed to know the details without getting any soft copy or the hard copy. The least I can expect from the company is at least a reminder call before due date or an SMS which the company failed to do so. This was repeated again in the month of Jan 15. In spite of telling them and sending an SMS for change in email address it was repeated again. I got call after the due date with a fine. For no fault of mine I refuse to pay the fine levied upon me. It is absolute carelessness on part of the company, I need a compensation of the fine charged on me. Bill Levied on [protected]

              vodafone number activation problem

              My number had been ported from postpaid to prepaid. Firstly, it took one week to change to prepaid during which my number was deactivated for 2 days without any explanatiion and after the process my number had been deactivated thrice now even after submitting to the company all the required documentation. Every time I go to the vodafone office to get the issue sorted out, all they ask, is to wait for sometime but no solution provided as yet....

              Vodafone is doing fraud month after month. This is the 4th continuous month the Vodafone has charged me with RS 49 for the package “d2c_mgossip_pack49″, similar different type of Downloading charges . This is fraud on part of Vodafone. I have never authorized Vodafone . The customer care executive isn't responding properly, simply they said as you have downloaded the app. I'm explaining clearly that normally my bill used to be 350 to 400 max but last 4 month It seems porting out like 800 to 1300 due to downloading app cost around 200 to 500 alone . if this issue isn't resolved this month, then I'm going to switch my network & update in my all social media, so people can be aware of number one fraud company as Vodaphone.

                This mail regarding my complaints against Vodafone. I am Mr. Sachin from Mumbai. My Mob. No. [protected], I am using your service since from I start using my Mobile last 2 to 3 years... One by one all numbers are converted in to billing to prepaid / converted to other service providers... but I observed that Vodafone has no courtesy to listen our issues and no business mind about WHY CUSTOMERS CONVERTED FROM BILLING TO OTHER SERVICES. If you saw my billing of last two years, you will know my Billing amount. You converted all my plan without any intimation and charge me whatever you want. I also complaining in Grahak Seva for the same.. Hope you may survive in this competitive world... Sincerely but not yours, Mr. Sachin [protected]

                  Hi Team, I am not sure if this is the right platform to raise this issue. However, Vodafone is still fooling people in INDIA. I am from Bangalore and use their 3G plan. Note: Vodafone does not have 3G services in India but they borrow it from Airtel (As far as I know). Now 99% places Vodafone 3G does not work and secondly, you need to go into Roaming to avail this 3G services. Speed is worst not in 3G but also in 2G plans. One more important thing, Vodafone has a fake service which installs NDTV/downloader apps etc without confirming with you. If you check your monthly bill, you will sure find these charges. (Check online you will thousand of customers who are facing such issues). I do not will this complain would impact anyone but I feel someone should take an action against these cheaters.                     Dear Concern My Name is shanmugam S.I am using vodafone post paid connection([protected]) from FEB 2014- Till date and this last 10 months I am having a problem in ISD SMS charges on every month bills and your information I am not using any ISD SMS and they charge for local tamilnadu airtel no for regarding I gave lot of complaints and they done wavier for three months and wavier also i am got partial only .Now my last month bill i have a Rs683 for Isd SMS charges again i gave a complaint through your RM Miss Pushpa Valli she told me Once clear the problem call me back but still I am not receiving any call for solutation before that i had call barring and network suspended in many times .Now also from yesterday my Network was in suspended .If i call vodafone call center peoples they not give proper response .I don't now what i have to do please help me

                      Vodafone is doing fraud month after month. This is the 3rd continuous month the Vodafone has charged me with Rs 49 for the package “d2c_mgossip_pack49″ twice. This is fraud on part of Vodafone. I have never authorized Vodafone for any such services. The customer care executive told me to google about this pack to know more and deactivate from my end only. It seems porting out is the only way out but would like to spread the message about Vodafone fraud.

I was concerning my problem of Wrong Information and wrong plan activated on my vadafone no.Vodafone executives my Call on hold 21 Minutes and don't reply me back..and my call disconnected.                             Hi, My Number is [protected] I am one of the customer in vodafone network for last 7 years. I am really feel so sad abt my outgoing sms has been blocked by trai. I couldnt send sms to any one from my mobile number even customer care also. I am not doing bulk sms business in chennai. I use it only for personal SMS purpose. On the first week of Jan 2015 Outgoing sms blocked. I didnt get any single warning sms from TRAI and vodafone. I never expected suddenly they blocked my outgoing sms. So, kindly accept my request to resolve my outgoing sms issue as soon as possible.. Tony

                              On Wednesday, 21st Jan, called customer care (111) and asked to activate international roaming. Talked to Mr. Sujit Dilip Bharambe and he promised he will place a request which will get activated in 2 days. I've travelled out of Iindia in the weekend, and found that internation roaming is not activated. E-mailed to 'corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com' about this incident. Initially asked me to provide a security deposit of 5000. After I re-narrated the incident, I was told “as per age on network we unable to activation International roaming on your number". I don't even understand what they mean. However, this is extremely unprofessional. Vodafone is not understaning the pain it is causing to its customers by making promises that they can't keep. If not solved within a day or two, I'll go to highest of levels to raise this issue. Please take this commitment seriously and activate the international roaming on my number as soon as possible.[protected].

                                Hi, I am using Vodafone postpaid service since i was shifted to Delhi. My Mobile number is: [protected]. From last two month, they are charging me approx Rs.1000 extra saying that its your surfing charged. My plan contains is of monthly Rs.375 which contains Internet of 1GB-3G post 64kbps unlimited. And as per my usage i dont surf any of these website which is chargeable, on my cellphone i frequently use my Email, and sometime Facebook and WhatsApp. Last month when i raised and high complaint then they waived-off my extra amount. Now again in my current bill they have charged my extra of Rs.1094. I am totally pissed off from their service and their response. Kindly help.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam, I Have Vodafone Postpaid connection since one month. I purchased 6 numbers and they said to me that all the numbers are in CUG(Closed User Group) and there no charges applicable for those 6 numbers for calling. Now I got bill and they charged me for CUG. They are not giving any response to us. Kindly do the needful. Thanks & Regards Wasim Rawani

                                    Mam/Sir, this is to inform you that a number [protected] has been started under my name on basis of only an ID (which i have no idea how got to vodafone, may be its a work of some vodafone insider) and without any verification and wrong photo and signatures. And now vodafone is blaming me for the unbilled amount of rs13103 for a number(connection) which is not mine and they are calling me again and again daily. Vodafone executive has already come to my home and my sister has verified to him that the photo and sign. are clearly not mine and the connection is fake but still no step is been taken by Vodafone to solve this issue and now they have blocked my outgoing calls and data on my current number [protected] which is also of vodafone postpaid, stating 'no payment of bill' whereas i have already paid for the number [protected], but Vodafone is blaming me for the number [protected] and is blocking my Professional number [protected] due to which my business is getting affected as it is my official number and number on visiting cards and i am running a business hence i require to call many people from this number. Vodafone is literally harassing me by calling me again and again blaming me for a bill of a number which is not mine and blocking my official number, also coming to home without calling and stating that i have not paid my bill even when they have wrong photo and sign on the documents. I have gone to Vodafone centre in Ansal Plaza mall - Palam Vihar and they have filed the complaint of request no[protected] and they said that my outgoing will be open i couple of hours but nothing is being done even after all this.
