    This is my 2nd complaint this month! I have a been loyal vodafone user for a while now and have been using the same number from so many years but from last year you have been deducting money from my balance without a reason which honestly very frustrating and unfair! Although i have already complained once last year again you guys are back at your unreasonable deductions! Kindly resolve this asap!!

    Below are attachments of something I have never subscribed to but you have unreasonably stealing my balance so that i will recharge repeatedly?? Is this a new way to do business?

      Hi Team,

      I am Advocate Gyan Prakash Pandey, I visited to Naraina Vodafone Store in connection to my friend who wanted to some information related to number port.

      I met there a person name called Tarun Kumar having contact number[protected] working in Vodafone Store. He assisted us and we came back to our home, in night around 11.15 PM he called me and misbehaved and also demanded 20, 000 for giving such assistence at Vodafone Store. I do have all recording and the what's app message clip in which it is clearly evident that he has asked 20000 rupies.

      I will also file police complain for using slang and derogatory comments in the call conversation also he called 3-4 time in night and also send provoking what's app messages.

      Hence with this complain I will ask from the concern department to take strict action who spoiling the brand name of the reputed company like yours.

        I applied for Sim Port (MNP) on 26 December 2020 from Airtel To Vodafone. My Airtel network stops working on 29 Dec at 11 pm. Then I inserted my New Vi sim in my phone. Network is there but I can't make any calls and messages as Tele verification number (59059) is not responding. They kept declining calls and not responding at all. I am in a big problem right now. Please Help

          For the last three to four months three of my Vodafone numbers have been blocked (one fully blocked and 2 incoming blocked) even after paying all my bills. I have launced multiple complaints as well as talked to multiple Vodafone agents but no action has been taken. Even after blocking the numbers bill was given to us and we paid it before due time. We are trying to port out of this ### network but they are not letting us do so as it requires OTP which is not possible because of the blocked numbers. I have attached the payment details as well as the complainant details. This ordeal has caused a lot of inconvenience and loss for me. Hoping to get it resolved asap.

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            With due respect I would like to know that my both the nos. [protected] and [protected] are on Postpaid plans. From past two months I am jobless and couldn't paid the bill of 2500/- and for that you have deactivated both the numbers on which those are not at all functional now. So, my question is how you people have sent a bill of 3500/- this month where I do not have any functions on those nos. Have you lost your humanity also in this pandemic situation. You people have increased the Postpaid plan, you people are charging the late fines on bill payments. How is the service you people are giving in this situation? And you people are saying that you are with people.

            This is my humble request to you that please stop those rentals on my both the nos.and dont send the further Bill's from next month. And I will pay 2500/- of the previous bill which I have used but rest of the money which I didnt used I will not pay at all. You people have deactivated the nos.and asking for rentals also. Is this a joke?? I surrender my rentals and stop all the connections with Vodafone. I even wont suggest anyone for going on Vodafone also.

            Please do the needful. Reply awaited.

                I have not requested any caller tune service activation.
                On 26.12.20, I received an sms stating Rs 99 is deducted from my account and the caller tune service is activated. The sms is received from their service number 54300.
                Without my request why is money cut ? who authorized that ?
                I want my money back and compensation also for this trouble.

                  Before any unauthorize activity performed by this two number please close this Number and stop service for this Number or delink my mail ID from this two Number.

                    I received two texts from Vi saying they deducted Rs.22 and Rs.7 for FUN PORTAL and contentDesc. I have never asked for these services nor availed them. I did not even know they were active. This is just plain stealing. Their customer complaint bot is saying that the services are not active. But then why did they deduct money? They are not even processing my request to stop these service.

                    It happened again today. I can't believe stuff like this is happening. Today 10 Rs was deducted. I think I will port to another network. This is just unbelievable from Vi.

                      I am a Customer of Vodafone for last 13 years. About 3 years ago, I changed my plan to Family plan of 4 persons. I paid all charges of individual numbers to get them in the plan.

                      6 months back, an executive called to share details of another plan of 3 persons which was claimed to be cheaper. I informed that I was not interested but would look into it.

                      I was surprised that he changed my plan to family plan of 3 without my consent. In the same month, Vodafone charged me an extra 171 Rs. for subsidiary member (which they claim was pending from when the number got added to earlier plan of Family of 4)

                      This is highly objectionable, because all charges had been paid prior to joining earlier plan.

                      I have been constantly interacting with them and on 17 November, their senior executive resolved the issue to my satisfaction and got a message:

                      Reversal of Rs. 165.2 is processed against against service request no. 4-[protected].

                      On the same day I got msg that pay Overdue VI bill of Rs. 172 to continue enjoying services.

                      In December bill Vodafone Idea have charged extra again.

                      The customer executives I talk are very polite and understand the issue. However, there is no resolution and everytime, I have to follow up with them. Kindly inform, what to do.

                        I am vasant kunj New Delhi 110070, I have prepaid Idea SIM card, since yesterday I am not getting any signal on my sim. Though manual search could detect the vodaphone IN but it is not getting selected. I use iPhone 10. Whey suddenly it isn’t Working. I did recharge it for six month also.

                          Hello, Sir/mam I Bhavin Kuvadia was using the vodafone service on my number ie [protected].

                          As I was unable to make payment of my pending postpaid bill due some difficulty the disconnected my number and after which I visited the vodafone store which is located in our nearby area, the executive told me that your number has been permanently discontinued from our end, then I asked them is there any possible way out, they completely ignored me and said that (time pe bill bharo) and refused me and told you won't get your this number back, as I was ready to pay the whole bill with the panelty than too they refused me..

                          Now what to do

                                Vodafone had activates Nysa Cine zone subscription on my number. I didn't even request but this is being charged to me since 2018, inr 150 per month

                                When now realizing this I called up the customer service
                                They even don't know what is this charge for, they just mentioned it is third party subscription. It is a big surprise that they are not aware of what they are charging in their bill and can't explain the value add service provider
                                I asked them to provide me details of third party, on apps or on website.. surprisingly they don't know

                                And still they charged me all these years

                                They don't have right to charge anything which they are not aware or have right legal contract with third party

                                I asked refund for all the charges, they denied

                                Please help to resolve and get my refund
                                Also they have wasted my time and cause a huge dissatisfaction for coordination

                                  I am on international roaming and my SMS services are not working. Despite getting recharged for approx.Rs. 1000.Have sent them complaints but nothing is resolved. My international Roaming is active.Its is also were difficult to talk to their representative and no justification given explaining the reasons.

                                    VI : Not able to send sms for porting to 1900

                                    Hello,
                                    I am not satisfied with your Internet Network & coverage.
                                    Hence, I thought to move to Jio...So, I tried to get the MNP code by sending SMS to 1900 for Porting..
                                    But, Whenever I send message to 1900... I get message
                                    "Incorrect request, Please send the request with correct format."
                                    I have tried this numerous time. Every time I get the same message.

                                    Please note that there is nothing wrong...

                                    Worst telecom provider in India. Period.
                                    The amount of call drops, fluctuating data services and as well as abrupt network blackouts, is unimaginable. Being a Vodafone user is like a torture nowadays, it tests your patience and interrupts your important daily work and calls. I'm done with this provider, time to move on.

                                      I have been receiving legal threats regarding bill payment from Vodafone recently. I had ported my number to Jio earlier this year and before porting, i had cleared all the outstanding dues. Now after few months they are sending me notice for paying 162 rupees. Why should i pay if i have not used their services
