I am a Customer of Vodafone for last 13 years. About 3 years ago, I changed my plan to Family plan of 4 persons. I paid all charges of individual numbers to get them in the plan.
6 months back, an executive called to share details of another plan of 3 persons which was claimed to be cheaper. I informed that I was not interested but would look into it.
I was surprised that he changed my plan to family plan of 3 without my consent. In the same month, Vodafone charged me an extra 171 Rs. for subsidiary member (which they claim was pending from when the number got added to earlier plan of Family of 4)
This is highly objectionable, because all charges had been paid prior to joining earlier plan.
I have been constantly interacting with them and on 17 November, their senior executive resolved the issue to my satisfaction and got a message:
Reversal of Rs. 165.2 is processed against against service request no. 4-[protected].
On the same day I got msg that pay Overdue VI bill of Rs. 172 to continue enjoying services.
In December bill Vodafone Idea have charged extra again.
The customer executives I talk are very polite and understand the issue. However, there is no resolution and everytime, I have to follow up with them. Kindly inform, what to do.
