Being employee of Indian Bank, Vodafone has corporate tie-up for post paid connection (Postpaid 4 business-Essential plan). Accordingly one of your agent/marketing staff Mr. Koushik Adhikary (contact no [protected]) approached to our branch for converting connection on 16 Oct 2020. With a promise, he had given post paid sim. But on 01 Nov 2020 we received bill for post paid plan of 399/-.
While query with him, he expressed that it is a mistake from corporate office & will be rectified. Again on 01 Dec 2020 we received bill of 399/- & same excuse on query. on date he has advised to exit/port from Vodafone as rectification is not possible.It's a service what your staff is offering for.
Kindly let us know, is it possible to convert the existing plan or we should port to other service provider. our number are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]
This also has the reference of Docket 3-[protected]

      Vodafone is taking my money by saying my dala powered something, this issue have been raised my times in the site but still they are doing it .
      This is a fraud and even vodafone such a big company is doing using it .
      I want my money back .

          I am not being allowed to switch from postpaid to prepaid on one pretext or the other. I have visited vodafone store which is 90 kms apart and was told to come back after 5 days as their system was down when i insisted they suggested me to port out, also the call quality is pathetic, call droping very frequent, data coverage is very poor.my postpaid number is [protected]. i cannot change my number since it is linked to various utility services. vodafone is harassing its customer and holding them to ransom

            For the last one year, Vodafone has been harassing me about paying a postpaid bill every month when I have requested multiple times for closure of account. The sim is not in use, the person is not in the country for the last 1 year+ and yet, they don't do anything to close the account but harass us to make the payment every single month and threaten to press charges. When we ask them to cancel, they simply ask us to make the payment and send an email which we do every month.

              I have 2 numbers with a corporate discount. The plan was 399 and had corporate discount of 150 with final bill of 294.

              The plan for one of my numbers has changed to 499 without me requesting it and now i am told it cannot be reverted back because no such plan exists. Meanwhile my other phone continues to get the earlier discount,

              Calls to customer care (4 in total) with average call times of more than 30 mins... have only got one response -i will highlight your number so that you receive a call back - first within 2 hours and then within 24 hours. Haven't received any call so far. As i write this complaint, I have been on hold for more than 10 mins with a promise that a senior will connect with me.

              Guess it's an intimation to move to another company as Vodafone does not care about its customers.

                  I have an iPhone 5s. in which only 1 Vodafone SIM is not working.. all other SIM is working even I tried to use my another Vodafone SIM which is working fine.

                  I tried to change the SIM replacement also not working.

                  SIM which is not working on the iPhone 5s that is working in another device...
                  I have also attached the Image...

                  This is quite strange.. for me.

                    I have been charged Rs22 for Vodafone FUN Portal on December 9, 2020.
                    I have never subscribed for this service and Vodafone Idea have deducted this amount from my account without any prior notification.

                    I would like to receive this amount back and ideally, I would like to avoid these situations in the future. This is not the first time that Vodafone has been charging for random services without consent.

                      Each month vodafone is charging Rs 49 as VAS service. On checking by calling and SMS, no VAS active on your line is the reply. Then why Rs 49 is charged, today got sms saying i used mydala powered dela and charged Rs 49, what is mydala do not know never used. Then checked vi app and yes Rs 49 added as VAS in Bill. Fraud and cheating both by vi (vodafone and idea) and mydala (what is this?). They have been looting Rs 49 for past some months on my bill and this SMS opened the real reason for extra charge.
                      Very pathetic to make money of customers in a fraud manner.

                      Rs 49 have been deducted for the last two months via the mydala scam. From a very old Nokia handset that does not have an internet facility in the first place. Need a reimbursement of Rs 98.

                        I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Post Paid Plans

                        The issue that I have experienced was: Inspite of settling down complete payment for the Vodafone Postpaid bill by visiting Vodafone Store before closing connection. Vodafone is again and again sending me for extra Bill of 610.89 Rs. Here is excerpt of the message "Closing Postpaid account for mobile number [protected] Ac ID:[protected] post complete settlement. Still bill is coming for Rs 610.89. Even closed this number now. Very shame and worst services." Please help me with this trauma of settling down.

                        It occurred on: 9/12/2020

                        Settle my bill immediately and close this connection with immediate effect.

                        I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                          Dear Consumer Forum, I am Sudip Mukhopadhyay, Last November My Mother had some serious issues regarding her health so it was impossible for me to pay my due Vodafone bills of Rs 1150 and after I had a chat with one of there executive they said ok for this. Now today i.e 9th December 2020 another executive called from this number [protected] and was charging me and my dad like anything means I was in Bathroom when she called me and my dad picked up the phone to talk to her and she was talking in such a rude manner that my dad kept the phone down, after that, I came to my dad told me all about these things and I called her up and she was talking of some legal notice against me for not paying the leftover dues and she was like trashing me from that side of the phone, she moreover told me that if I can't pay and I don't have money in my bank account then why did I take the sim. If I can't pay then, why did I take 3 Sims for me and my family? They don't know how to behave with their fellow customer I am quitting Vodafone and will be porting my Sims to Jio because no one can tolerate such rude behaviour from a company's employee.

                            In our building, totally 11 people are using the Vodafone network all o[censored]s facing network issues.
                            Unable to hear the calls clearly. We raised so many complaints regarding this for the past four months.
                            Till now no one has taken responsibility. Very worst.

                              I am not receiving OTP on my Vodafone mobile number. I am not getting OTP's even from Vodafone India. Have complaint at their centres without any resolution. I get no complaint number from them it's been two months and this problem. Worst of all there is no way of registering the complaint through their complaint number over the phone. Pathetic customer service.

                                To Whom It May Concern,

                                Good evening. My name is Sukhwant Kaur of Moga, Punjab.

                                I just found out that one of my business mobile numbers has been changed to another person's name WITHOUT my permission.

                                Can you please assist me to find out how someone can change my mobile number to his name without my authorization. This is outright fraud and I have emailed Vodafone to investigate but no reply. The SIM card is with my staff who changed the number fraudulently without my consent.

                                It is next to impossible to speak to any Customer Care representative since everything is automated. I need assistance to investigate this matter urgently and I need my number back as I am dealing with a fraud ex-employee who is trying to steal my business by changing my business mobile number to his name through illegal means

                                  Amount of Rs. 35 is deducted from my account and received SMS from VZ-ViCMS = Hello! Thank you for using Value Pack, You have been charged Rs. 35.
                                  I tried to check my VAS but I have no VAS activated. Then I called customer care and he talked very rudely and said that you have downloaded paid game that is why it is deducted, which I haven't downloaded. Is this some kind of scam of money ?

                                  Please refund my money.

                                    Vodafone has deducted 10 RS and then 7rs from the main balance without my consent. Why did this happen it happened twice.

                                    I cannot recharge my number fearing Vodafone will deduct some amount from the balance. Please look into this and I want my money back which was taken without my consent. Feel free to reach out if you need any further information.
