Being employee of Indian Bank, Vodafone has corporate tie-up for post paid connection (Postpaid 4 business-Essential plan). Accordingly one of your agent/marketing staff Mr. Koushik Adhikary (contact no [protected]) approached to our branch for converting connection on 16 Oct 2020. With a promise, he had given post paid sim. But on 01 Nov 2020 we received bill for post paid plan of 399/-.
While query with him, he expressed that it is a mistake from corporate office & will be rectified. Again on 01 Dec 2020 we received bill of 399/- & same excuse on query. on date he has advised to exit/port from Vodafone as rectification is not possible.It's a service what your staff is offering for.
Kindly let us know, is it possible to convert the existing plan or we should port to other service provider. our number are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Very pathetic to make money of customers in a fraud manner.
