Vodafoneidea — not responding for partial payment of refund

I have not yet received the remaining balance of Rs.11.39p., as per the balance confirmation mail received on Friday, 19 July, 2019, 12:08:52 pm IST, wrote: "Although we have your outstanding amount of Rs.841.04 with us, hence we request you to wait for at list 90 days at the time number was disconnected." & "If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us quoting the following communication number C[protected]."

The fallowing refund cheques were received

1. Refund cheque no. - 291693 dated[protected], for Rs. 458.25p (After 157 days)

2. Refund cheque no. - 296619 dated[protected], for Rs.371.40p (after 309 days)

Totaling - Rs.829.65p,

There is a deficiency of Rs.11.39p.
