Not getting UPC code

Since Vodafoneidea is not able to provide data service to my location i am trying to port my number to another cellular network service provider. When i am trying to generate porting code i am getting below message.
"upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider"
After discussion with vi helpdesk they asked me to visit Vodafone showroom. Showroom people saying that i have plan with discount so they discontinued that plan too but still not able to generate upc code. I am still getting same issue.
Vodafone service desk is unable to provide any solution and there network service is worst after there coloration with idea.
Please help me to get out of Vodafoneidea network.

WORST, CHEATING, LYING, FAKE, FRAUD, GREEDY, DISGUSTING AND SHAMELESS SILLY STUPID replies from vodafoneidea and their complaint number.
It's VERY VERY DISGUSTING, DISSAPOINTING and SHAMELESS from vodafoneidea for not taking any action against the customer's complaint. And there are some SILLY STUPID replies from the customercare, complaint no. 198 and vodafoneidea agents for not resolving customer's complaint.
The vodafoneidea is CARELESS, NEGLIGENT, BOTHERLESS and IGNORANT to the customer's complaint and their complaint no.198 gives a SILLY STUPID IDIOTIC replies that the low coverage is there on my numbers([protected] / [protected]). They say they are unable to resolve the complaint and has no CALIBRE to provide a better coverage on my numbers.
The vodafoneidea is HELPLESS and network issue cannot be resolved and a better coverage can't be provide by them. The vodafoneidea people and technicians are so DISGUSTING, DISTURBING and SHAMELESS that without contacting or informing the customer the complaint is closed on their own without any action.
Neverever TRUST or BELIEVE vodafoneidea for their better coverage, they only FOOL the customers FALSELY advertising that of strong network but in reality is it's a FOOLING, LYING, FAKE and FRAUD network provider.
More than one and half year or more I am complaining for the network problem but they are so CARELESS, BOTHERLESS, IGNORANT and NEGLIGENT and at present too vodafoneidea is a WORST, CHEATING, LYING, GREEDY, FAKE, FRAUD, DISGUSTING AND SHAMELESS network provider and there is no help from vodafoneidea plus their customercare is so SHAMELESS SILLY STUPID GREEDY agents gives some FAKE and FRAUD replies that vodafoneidea can't give us better coverage.

Recharge faild and refund issue

I am Escalating!
It's more then 15 days they is no proper response from the concern team, keep on has been following with team along with the all supportings, please refer how many emails sent in the trail
I had recharged for Rs 479 ([protected])on 7th July 22 at 10:05AM, recharged with CRED app payment done successfully and deducted amount but not yet updated in VI account, waiting up to 30minuts and call to customer care, they said that your recharge not successful it will refund 7working day's again you can recharge around 4pm recharge it was sucessful and updated VI account.Even I had connected with cred team, they confirmed that we have done payment successful please check with your biller
After 7working days also not yet refund again called to customer care they were given this email [protected]@vodafoneidea.com and send me Latest bank statement and along with CRED Team confirmation screenshot, recharge reference number & time all had sent
More then 8 emails sent they is no response even again called to customer care again and again asking latest Bank statement recharge reference number.
How many time need to send the supporting documents ? Please find the attached supporting documents.
They don't know TAT resolved the issue.

I recharged today morning with Rs. 50/- and to my utter surprise, I am denied calling from the above number just to realize that my balance is zero. When called your customer care service 198, I was informed that my entire amount got exhausted as I have used Internet, which is false.

This [protected] number was ported to other service provider from Vodafone almost 2 years back, with all payments cleared.
Last time i had paid in month of september the balance settlement amount of 125/- receipt is with me.
Every time you come with this kind of mail is not proper way.
Kindly provide all details.

Wrongly Charged ISD Bill
Wrongly ISD Call charged on my sim from June21 to Oct21, without any pre information for ISD call activation.
I asked to share handset details with IMEI no for made ISD Call., don't provide for cross checked. So that how to cross verified these call are Genuine.
No any evidence provide for cross checked to all ISD call performed from my Handset from my SIM
No details provide by VI team whom to give permission to activate ISD Call from this Sim, which have to provide under RS 399/Monthly Plan by Corporate office.

vodafone porting fraudulent practice - corporate mobile postpaid plan
I had taken a corporate mobile postpaid plan. The services were pathetic from the beginning and started deteriorating after January 2021. The data was not loading and the VODOFONE store & callcenter gave a workaround of 2G, 3G changing of Mobile, SIM cards and bizzare fixes. After that, the sending and receiving of international calls and international SMS also stopped. I decieded to port to a new operator.
Before giving the request, the VODOFONE mobile app did not show the due amount. I had paid 450 INR/- on 09-Apr-2021 which is not reflected in their system. When I contacted the customer care, I was told that there was no due amount and it had already been settled.
I got a call from KOLKATTA at 4:00 PM from XX31358614 to to cancel the port request which I came to know later that VODOFONE was doing FRAUDULANT practices to distract customers and cancel existing requests (PIC attached).
Now on the top, I am being asked to pay additional 245 INR/-. Relationship_Num: XXXXXX20

The fallowing refund cheques were received
1. Refund cheque no. - 291693 dated[protected], for Rs. 458.25p (After 157 days)
2. Refund cheque no. - 296619 dated[protected], for Rs.371.40p (after 309 days)
Totaling - Rs.829.65p,
There is a deficiency of Rs.11.39p.

I am vodafoneidea subscriber my balance cut twice a day and third time total amount rupees 45.
Today they cut my balance two times 1st 21 rupees, 2nd 3 rupees, before this 22 march they also cut balance. After my complaint against vodafoneidea, again today 14:30 pm cut my balance 3 rupees.
They have no see about my complain and carry on cut my balance.

deducting excess amount by changing plas before disconnection

On regular follow ups since 12th february 19, now they blunty deny that my number doesn't belongs to them.
Please see the gist of my communication —
Dear sir,
The vodofone ha eaten away my money, mobile # [protected].
Please see my requests and in return actions received from vodafone.
1. [protected]:36pm – request mail sent to disconnect mobile number [protected], with a request to not to change plan or not to continue.
2. [protected], 5:19pm - request mail sent to discontinue with a statement that the phone is not in use since long time.
3. [protected], 9:01am - mail received with bill showing a balance amount of rs.343.38p.
4. [protected], 11:41am-mailed for early action for closure.
5. [protected], 12:53am-re-mailed for early action for closure.
6. [protected], 5:30pm - re-mailed – “hope you have fallowed my request and attached previous mails”.
7. [protected], 3:51pm-re-mailed – request to close the service and deactivate sim.
8. [protected], 7:35pm - received bill for rs.293.82 and my balance shown as rs.47.22, this bill for nil use. No reasons received for this bill. Plan was changed without my knowledge, dis-obeying my requests dated[protected].
9. [protected], 7:57pm – re-mailed with request to close and confirmed that no more payment from my end.
10. [protected], 5:34pm – mail sent – for immediate closure of number.
11. [protected], 8:33pm – mail sent for immediate closure of number.
12. [protected], 7:25pm – mail received from idea that “the mobile connection was disconnected”.
13. [protected], 1:45pm – bill received for rs.88.97 with a due rs.41.75. Changed plan was continued without my knowledge, dis-obeying my requests dated[protected].
14. The amount due to receive as per bill dated[protected], the balance amount rs.341.04p and also the opening balance of bill dated[protected] is rs.341.04p, along with deposit amount rs.500/-. The total amount due from vodofone as on[protected] is rs. 841.04p.
It understood that vodafone never honoured customer requests and never bothered to give proper reply about the deduction they did and forcefully deducts amount from customer balances even for vodafone faults and even though customer not using the phone since a long time, they change the plan ignoring customer requests and without consent and never reply’s properly for customer requests or enquiries. They simply copy paste the standard matter “your service is disconnected from — “.
It seems vodafone is money oriented not customer friendly.
Hence i request to look into it do justice to customers.

wrong vas charges on my bill
Dear team,
I visted store and drop email to them for wrong vas charge mentioned in the bill. But no assistance was provided by them. I ahave attcahted the bill copy.
They have charged 735 as vas charges which they state 147 sms have been sent to 567899 which have been sent on 12th, 14th & 21st apr’19. There are few charges which have been mentioned in current bill as well. Details mentioned below mrs. Stella lewis vodafone no : [protected]

I visted store and drop email to them for wrong vas charge mentioned in the bill. But no assistance was provided by them. I ahave attcahted the bill copy.
