Issue with NEW CAR

Address: Ramani motors, Coimbatore MTP ROAD, tamilnadu

I bough a new virtus last month. First day it stopped working and contacted the local dealer for the same. Person 1 who attended this issue, said it’s a mother board issue, person 2 who received at service center said, it’s an airbag malfunction issue, person 3 who inspected said, it’s battery issue

After these pathetic response I visited the Ramani motors, MTP road branch, I surprised, they didn’t...

PPS Volkswagen hyderabad madeenaguda is not taking my Volkswagen vento car for any repairs. The only reason is they're saying the vehicle is not being serviced with us and they want me to get the repairs outside. Then why there is an authorized service for volkswagen if I have to do repairs outside one of the worst car companies I have ever seen please do not purchase it.

    Being the Volkswagen customer I want a help.
    As one of your financed vehicle from Volkswagen Financial Services vehicle no HR 812559 Owner name Surendra Singh Ahrodia. Registration year 2015. RTO Bawal, Haryana.
    Currently I want to purchase this vehicle from owner but owner has no confirmation regarding loan clearance or for NOC.

    So request you to please look into this matter and provide loan clearance letter, NOC or any outstanding amount do let me know for further process, or you can send it to the owner also.

    Looking forward to hear from you regarding this it will be highly appreciated

      Autobahn Mumbai - Poor quality painting and denting work

      I want to bring to your notice the malpractices happening at Volkswagen Authorised Workshop - Autobahn, Vidyavihar, Mumbai, India

      My vehicle VW Polo Petrol Highline having registration number MH03BS3834 has been going to this workshop since 2015 however every time it came back with additional complaints/issues.

      Around 3 years back I got denting and painting bodyshop work done at this workshop of the rear left...

        I purchased VW Taigun 1.0L MT, HIGHLINE, July 2022 Model from Tirunelveli (Tamilnadu) dealer through their Madurai, TN branch.
        The sales contract form signed and the vehicle was booked on 07th Feb 2023 at Tirunelveli VW Dealer.
        As per the sales contract form and also as agreed by TVL Branch Sales Manager, the final price for the vehicle was fixed to Rs. 15, 65, 000.00.
        I paid Rs. 15, 65, 000.00 digitally (65000+255000+500000+500000+245000) on 07th Feb, 10th Feb & 11th Feb '23. Since TVL Branch was not having 2022 Model, Candy White colour TAIGUN 1.0L MT HL, in their stock it was arranged from their Madurai Branch,
        The vehicle delivered formally at Madurai on 11th Feb '23 and subsequently at Tirunelveli on 14th Feb '23.
        Received Tax invoices and RTO e-fee receipt on 14th Feb & subsequent days. TCS is awaited.
        The dealer provided account for Rs. 15, 20, 924.00 by means of Tax invoices and RTO e-fee receipt.
        The account is short fall for Rs. 44076.00, when I checked with Dealer, they gave the response in the reply mails. Please go through the attached mails for better understanding.
        I have tried to explain them in long chain of emails. But the response was same. So I have taken into Customer Care in Cc and accordingly CCR 11491875 has been raised. Till this date, this CCR hasn't been closed.
        Please intervene effectively in this complaint and resolve it reasonably. Expecting your earlier action on this.

          I am a victim of bad and unauthorised service done on my vehicle. by @modyVolkswagen.

          I had dropped my vehicle VW AMEO (MH04 JB 16050) at VW service center Thane on Thursday evening 23rd February 2023 for bumper painting, ceramic coating and backseat noise issue work and received my vehicle back on 4th March 2023... I am completely dissatisfied with the work that was done in the service center. Infact there is something wrong happened with my vehicle in the workshop. VW Thane has taken the joint road test before dropping the vehicle to the workshop and it was never reported the suspension noise and later how can suddenly suspension issue arises.

          1. Back Seat noise (pending from several months.)
          - Within few days the noise has again come up... frustrating with quality of work done

          2. Bad Repainting on the back bumper
          - Painting was not done properly on the backside bumper, the surface is not at all smooth and it is dry and very badly done.

          3- Ceramic coat
          - I have got it verified with a ceramic expert and he confirmed there is no coat done recently on the vehicle. So much lies from VW

          4. Humming noise issue was observed later taking the delivery when I parked my vehicle at half ignition in the basement. This is the new issue which has come out after the work done in the workshop.

          5. I have also noticed the speakers output is now getting buzzing noise on a high bass. there is definitely some fishy thing happened with my vehicle,

          6. Changes in the bonnet area…. I have pics of before & after that clearly indicate something is wrong happened with my vehicle. I want to get it verified completely with a technical head and reasons of such modifications in my vehicle without my knowledge.

          7. Steering jerk and noise on the bumping roads

          8. Speakers - also noticed the speakers output is now getting buzzing noise on a high bass. there is definitely some fishy thing happened with my vehicle,

          my vehicle was @ThaneVolkswagen or a week, after the given job done, there are many issues have come out that were not there earlier. I WANT TO SEE CCTV FOOTAGES TO KNOW WHAT EXACTLY HAPPENED WITH MY VEHICLE IN THE WORKSHOP and FULL JOB DETAILS.

              Dear Sir,
              I am Amin Chowhan I have your Volkswagen Taigun car. I send my car on 6th March 2023 for servicing at B U Bhandari service center at Shivaji Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra.
              In service center they told me that the car high pressure part is damage and they have to replace it. But the part is not currently available with them. They told to wait till 22nd March 2023. But I can not hold so long time. Because it is very inconvenient for me to travel without my car.
              So please do check in this matter and solve my problem.

                To day it is almost three months and after so many times reminding your customer care my complaint No. CCR10636845 for non existence of Auto Fold ORVM in my above mentioned car purchased from your Dealer M/s. Volkswagen Ahmedabad wide their bill no. AHDN/223/0710 dt. 30/11/2022 is still unresolved.(MEXA22CW9NT016978)
                An important and most desirable feature in today's time, is eliminated without any reason and without informing the customer at the time of finalising the sale deal, inspite of it's very existence in your three consecutive product brochures, Octo. 2021, May 2022 and recently issued in Dec. 2022 it is prominently shown as a standard feature. WHY IT IS NOT THERE IN MY CAR?
                I would request you to please look in to the matter and arranger to get it fixed in my Taigun as soon as possible.

                Writing so many mails to Volkswagen India customer care and their Dealer Partner M/s. Automark Motors Ahmedabad. and approaching the company through this portal, but nothing has bee done to resolve my complain No. CCR10636845 dated 7th Dec. 2022. It seems that Vokswagen does not care for their customers they are only concern to sale the vehicle and nothing else. This is a clear incidence of cheating. Charging full price and not providing an important Feature like Electrically folding door Mirror and ORVM folding Function. Please look in to the matter and provide the above feature. Cheating the customer will lead you no where.

                  I'm using Vento since 2016, purchased a brand-new vehicle from the showroom. All the service was done at the company garage at Volkswagen service center in Coimbatore & Bangalore. Every service I used to spend around 20K. I left my vehicle for the regular service, and I was shocked when I received the call from the Service Manager stating that my vehicle has t undergo Coolant leakage, Engine oil leakage, replace brake pads, and so many other things. The work estimation cost gave a panic attack which is around 65K. My vehicle has no history of accident, run only 48K kms in 6 years. I couldn't get a proper response from the service manager regarding these issues arising in my vehicle and its causes. When i purchased the vehicle in Dec 2016, i faced a break down issue within a month and since the vehicle was in warranty, they rectified it. I am writing this to ensure the is complaint reaches the right hands and my concern is addressed. I request the higher officials of Volkswagen Service team to look into this matter and provide me a reasonable service cost. For no fault on my side, I do not want to pay huge cost for service and i completely believe this is a manufacturing defect.

                    Hi Team,

                    I need the Volkswagen India service support team to give the following problem the necessary attention.
                    Currently, my car AMEO - Ameo 1.2L MPI 55kW MT is being with at BU Bhandari Pune West to fix the EPC error light that rendered it inoperable. The service order for Pune West with ticket ID CCR11051091 is SOA2221713.
                    There have been two significant instances where an EPC issue was brought up while the car was still under warranty. In my best judgment, VW and respective service centers responded in accordance with Volkswagen's standards by referring to the Terms & Conditions but I am pushed to take up the cost of part replacement post expiry of warranty this time when the car is out of warranty
                    First EPC Instance reported during servicing – 03-Jul-2020 - SOA2002439 – car run KM - 21930
                    Second EPC Instance report (car broke stopped on the highway to EPC) – 12-Nov 2020 - CCR06229286, RSA -TI00502416 – Car run – 23000 KM
                    Appropriate Treatment/replacement of the throttle body to permanently resolve the EPC error during the Car Warranty Period procrastinated hence I wish Volkswagen India takes the responsibility for the problem and owns the cost of replacing the throttle body after the warranty period had expired.

                    Hi VW, I have given conditional approval to the VW team to replace the throttle body with discounted price on their claims of error code report during the warranty period now are distinct and not related throttle body, however, have asked for copies of all the scanned copies. Upon finding the reason for rejecting VW owning the total cost of repairs I shall keep the option of contesting my case with consume court and this has been informed to them. Request the VW team to look in to investigate the case unbiasedly and help me here

                      On Jan 17 2023, I went to kun volkswagen kottivakkam branch, for general service, oil change, they does not change my car engine oil, suddenly 4/2/2023 my car engine was stop working engine oil light was started blinking, then I went near by shell petrol pump near by they told engine was not fraud done on company, checked oil was not changed very bad, they changed my car engine oil, car started working, how dare kun volkswagen, does change engine oil, given the car to delivery, fraud they put 21000bill

                        Issues with brand new VW Taigun

                        I brought a brand new Taigun from a dealership in Gurgaon couple of months back. The overall experience with the dealership has been very poor including after sales support and service support. Below are few examples -

                        1. VW Connect was activated couple of weeks after the car was delivered (30th Nov) and stopped working 6 weeks later (24th Jan). Despite multiple follow-ups, the issue has not been resolved and keep getting...

                        I had purchased VW taigun on 2nd Jan 2023. The dealer is KUN Volkswagen Madras. I had paid for framed number plates and seat covers. When I went to install number plates, they person has already drilled holes wherein i had asked for plates with frame without any holes drilled. They simply asked me to install elsewhere. Next i went to install seat covers. The staff gave me a degrading look and asked me why have I come in the evening. I told him I wasn't informed of any timing for which staff was rude and didn't install seat covers. Why are you not concentrating on customer service. Staff can be polite and we'll co ordinated. I want the number in plate fixed and seat covers installed at the earliest.

                          This is in regards to the BRREAK NOISE ISSUE registered with Volkswagen.
                          My car has been making break noise since 15 months, Volkswagen has tried fixing the issue multiple times.
                          Even they have tried changing the rare breaking system with drums, plates, break shoe and break pads.
                          But still the issue is not resolved.
                          I have been visiting service center multiple times and connecting with Volkswagen india service team, but i have not received any concluded response.
                          They are ready to fix the issue once again, but they are not confident if they will be able to resolve this permanently, i am very scared of driving such a faulty vehicle and with the issue which VOLKSWGEN is also not confident to resolve it permanently.
                          Finally I have parked my vehicle at service Center premise and VOLKSWAGEN INDIA has not been able to assure the solution to the issue reported which they have not been able to resolve since 15 months.
                          It’s a Humiliation from a braand which customer has invested.
                          I have tried reaching out to the country service head, still there is no solution to the issue.
                          I have also filed a complain in the consumer court with the complain no.4155050 on 3rd jan 2023.
                          Still brand has not been able to propose a solution.
                          Volkswagen India is hardly concerns about consumers.

                            Greetings for the day ..!

                            Power Window Issue is still persistent since June 2022(Almost 9 Month and every month service team is conveying the same 2 months. I don’t see any progress on the resolution of the issue.

                            So, Please keep this ticket open until the issue resolved.

                            I don’t know what’s going on with this issue.
                            Could you please check the resolution provided to the customers.

                            Can I expect the response on this post.

                            Also, Please share the exact timeline of the campaign as this issue is annoying a lot.

                              Dear Sir,
                              I am having a Vento car 2011 model and regn. No. UP16CE4739.The lower front grill was found missing of my car. Hence, I approached Volkswagen service centre( Frontier Auto world Pvt Ltd) at Indl. Estate, Mathura road, Delhi today i.e. on 30.12.2022 for procurement of the grill.
                              But inadvertently, upper grill(show grill) has been delivered to me in place of lower grill.
                              I again approached the service centre to exchange the grill and provide me the correct grill. Moreover, I visited the service centre after due confirmation on phone.But inspite of my repeated request, the spare part incharge and GM( Mr. Ajay) did not exchange the grill and conveyed that they don’t have lower grill.
                              I am Volkswagen customer since 2011 and never expected such behaviour from your esteemed company.Invoice no. of the grill supplied is PSIPA2200393 dated 30.12.2022 of Rs. 3653.00.
                              You are requested to get the supplied grill exchanged with the correct grill and advise the concerned for the same.

                                Last month November 14th i delivered my Polo Tsi to Volkswagen Nagawara Branch Bangalore north regarding Engine Temperature issues.

                                Till now the Vehicle is in the service center they changed wrong part they charged for that again they changed Another part without my permission.

                                I Paid
                                INR.4000/- (Inspection & test drive petrol)
                                INR. 21000/- (Thermostat Part)

                                Multiple times in past one half month they delivered the car every time I returned the car to thm because they dint fix the issue.

                                They charged me for petrol for test drive in inspection & after thermostat part changed they drove only 4KM each time I can submit the invoice copy in that u can find KM In & KmM out.

                                Raised multiple complaints in Volkswagen customer care & sent multiple emails to customer.[protected]@volkswagen.co.in.
