Volkswagen India — Bad customer experience in car service centre

I have given Polo car for service in Volkswagen service center in Salem on 28th July at 9 AM IST and was assured that vehicle will be given back with all the service completed by afternoon but after that no one approached us on the status of the vehicle and we were waiting on the service center itself till the evening.

At 6 PM they informed us that car self start is faulty and needs to be replaced and can deliver the vehicle only the next day.
My hometown is 100kms away from the service center and my father was there with me from morning till evening waiting for the vehicle to be delivered and he has some medical complications and needs to have medicine, which is available only in home. Inspite of requesting them no one was ready to hear us and had no intention of listening to it and closed the showroom by 6PM.
We got proper appointment before giving the vehicle for service and informed about the travel distance from hometown to service center but customer service was pathetic and ambiance on the service center was totally bad and from morning 2 employees had issues within and had arguments between them infornt of the customers, making the place insecure.

No body was ready help us during the service and no care was taken to provide proper timely update to the customers.
