I had bought Volkswagen Vento TDI DSG feb 2015 model and i am facing a fuel injector failure problem every now and then also in between long journeys which is causing a lot of problems. As of now, i have replaced 3 out of the four fuel injectors and I would like the replacement of the fourth injector as the quality of the existing injector is questionable.

    I am writing this mail for a request for a duplicate invoice copy of my vw polo, 2013 model 1199 cc diesel engine comfortline car, which i have purchased from Anubhav Sharma from Meerut.
    I actually require my car to be re registered to Hyderabad from Utaar pradesh. I am trying to get the noc from Ghaziabad. But the Hyderabad RTO is asking for the invoice of the car to analyse the then price of the car to prepare the tax amount here. And the bad luck is that, the show room at that time in Meerut is closed many years back.
    So, this is my request to you that please provide me the copy of invoice or a letter stating the then price of my car.

      I am from kerala wayanad i have vento. My vehicle ABS sensor got failure i serviced few months ago in 80000rupees inculding one of abs sensor and now the other sensor again failed. In this covid situation i have no money to change other sensors I said to company please help me i spend these much of money please clear it in small money but there is no excuse from comoany VW company cheating customers with abs sensor, it cost 5000 for one abs sensor😭😭😭

          Own a GT TSI VW that is 20 months old and has run 3000 km till date. A month ago I got the "EPS" message on the left and a "slippery slope" message on the right of the dashboard. The throttle stopped working and I had to pull out of the highway. I have enclosed a picture of the dashboard showing the issue.

          On July 16, 2021, I took the car to the service center - Volkswagen Palace Cross Service, Rajajinagar, Bangalore India 560010. The service adviser didn't have a clue. He told me that it doesn't normally happen and that I should turn off and turn back the engine when it happens.

          It happened to me today when I was driving on the highway. This incident is really dangerous since the throttle (accelerator) stops working and the engine is running at 3000 RPM when the car is moving at 45 kmph.

          Can you please let me know if this is solvable? Can you also send the repair instructions to your service center and help them understand how to fix these issues henceforth?

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            At the very beginning I would like to mention that I have been a loyal Volkswagen customer since 2012. In that year I had bought a Polo petrol and later in the year 2018 I had bought an Ameo petrol in the name of our firm ENGINEERS SERVICE STATION. After that being fully satisfied with both of the cars, I decided to buy a VW Ameo Dsg diesel in my personal name.

            This is to inform you with deep regret, that I Mr. Shaunak Nandi, owner of vehicle Volkswagen Ameo Diesel, Dsg bearing registration no WB02AN4993 had initially sent my car to VW OSL EXCLUSIVE SERVICE CENTRE located at 36A, Ghulam Jilani Khan Road, Kolkata 700039 on 26th of July, 2021.

            The main reason for sending my car to the service centre was an ABNORMAL NOISE COMING FROM THE CAR, which I initially suspected as noise coming from the fan belt and also a noise coming from the steering rack.

            After the inspection the service advisor assigned to me, Mr. Prithwish, told me that they thoroughly checked the car and found that there was no abnormal noise coming from the car, but there was a sound coming from the steering rack. He told me that if the noise comes again, to let him know and send the car to the workshop.

            The same day in the evening when the car came back from the workshop, that sound again started coming. I video recorded the sound, and send it to Mr. Prithwish Ghosh. After 2 days he told me to send the car to the workshop, which I did on 29th of August, 2021.

            After that Mr. Prithwish Ghosh told me that they need to open the gearbox and for that they need to send an email to Volkswagen India for getting the permission. He said that it will at least take 3 to 4 working days for Volkswagen India to revert back as this was an automatic gearbox. According to Mr. Prithwish Ghosh in a manual gearbox the permission comes in 1 working day.

            Therefore, I requested him to get permission from Volkswagen India at the earliest, as I did not have any other car to commute to my workplace.

            Then after 3 days, he said that they after the diagnostics, they found that there was a problem with the flywheel and also the steering rack (which he had also earlier acknowledged when I sent my car on 26th of July, 2021) .

            He said that I did not need to worry as these defective parts were covered under extended warranty. He told there would be a physical inspection of the damaged parts and that the concerned person would come on 03.08.2021 for the inspection of the parts.

            Then later that evening (03.08.2021) Ms. Surupa Dey (Customer Relationship Manager) called me up and said that the inspector could not come that day and the service centre will try to schedule a video call with the inspector the very same day.

            Then yesterday, (04.08.2021), I called up Ms. Surupa Dey and she told me that the extended warranty claim was rejected by Volkswagen India as I did not have a proper service history.

            Just to let you know that both Mr. Prithwish Ghosh and Ms. Surupa Dey told me on earlier occasions that the extended warranty claim might get rejected, as I did not have a proper service history.

            Yesterday she sent me a warranty or claim rejection letter via email and told me to reply on that mail stating that why I could not send my car as per my service period schedule and after that they could fight on behalf of me for getting the extended warranty claim.

            Now, in between all these incidents, I got a call on two consecutive days i.e on on Saturday (31.07.2021) & Sunday (01.08.2021) from their workshop regarding my car's servicing which they said was due.

            To make myself very clear I want to state that in this last two and a half years i.e from December 2018 to 30.07.2021, I have never ever received a call from their workshop, so why did they suddenly call on both these days. Is this a part of a cover -up for their failure ?
            I really do not know, but it seems so. I had sent my car for servicing after calling their workshop. They never called me up. And now, when there is a question of an extended warranty claim they are trying to play it safe and squarely putting the blame on the customer.

            Isn'it the duty of the service workshop to inform the customer that a service is due in ten days or five days or a month ??

            Its not the customer's duty, but I, in spite of my busy schedule I tried to send the car for periodic service.

            The entire service workshop team from day1 has kept me in the dark. There has been absolutely no communication from either Mr. Prithwish Ghosh or Ms. Surupa Dey from Day 1. It was me who was always initiating a discussion. Most of the time Mr. Prithwish Ghosh does not even care to pick up my phone.

            Thus, it is with deep regret that I am writing this letter and it pains me as a customer as to how Volkswagen dealer OSL Exclusive Kolkata is handling customers. They treat customers like an animal. This is destroying the image of Volkswagen brand in India, the integrity, values and good corporate and ethical practices that they follow worldwide as well as in India.

            I would request the senior management at Volkswagen India to please look into this matter on a very serious note so that no customers in the near future have to go through this ordeal and to please provide me with justice after having gone through all this.

            For your reference I am attaching the email from OSL Exclusive Kolkata where they have rejected the extended warranty claim.

              Dear sir/Mam .

              I have loan account with Volkswagen finance . My loan account is on auto debit . Last month July21 i was unable to maintain balance for auto emi.

              I received call to pay emi by another method and i paid it by google pay,
              But after that when i keep balance in my auto debit account, again emi cut for the same month,
              i have raised complaint and asked for the refund,

              Volkswagen finance admit the emi cut twice and will refund
              but till tym no refund received . One month gone again emi cut but still old money not refunded.

                      Bad customer experience in car service centre

                      I have given Polo car for service in Volkswagen service center in Salem on 28th July at 9 AM IST and was assured that vehicle will be given back with all the service completed by afternoon but after that no one approached us on the status of the vehicle and we were waiting on the service center itself till the evening.

                      At 6 PM they informed us that car self start is faulty and needs to be replaced and can deliver the vehicle...

The service person didn't filled the gas and has charged the amount of the gas. The service center doesn't have gas and said that they have filled the gas. The service is worst and the manager is also not a responsible person.                             VW Team!,
                            I own a VW Vento, though the car has an amazing road stability, drive comfort, it has a very poor electrical system. I vehicle has only run 20000 kms, and i have replaced the ABS sensors multiple times spending unecessary charges.

                            This is causing serious safety issues, when my vehicle is in idle position, the speedometer and RPM keeps rising and doors get locked automatically. While on road, the vehicle automatically accelerates and jerks, breaks do not work efficiently followed by gearbox issue just because of this so called ABS sensor.

                            I have escalated to the VW management, yet there is no response. When i addressed my concern, the manager agreed the problem and accepted he is not in position to help as the so called VW has not come up with a solution. This is embarrassing and disappointing as we customers have to go through such situations with no solution. None of the VW service centers are in position to provide a clear explanation as to why this issue keeps repeating.

                            This will be my first and the last VW product to ever use in India, and i will never recommend to anyone to purchase this prestigious brand who do not value customer feedback nor provide solution to such persistent issues.

                            - I have been regularly servicing my car at VW authorized service center.
                            - Out of 4 sensors, if any one of the sensors are down, parallely it will affect the remaining sensors resulting in additional costs.

                              In 2019, i have replaced the windshield and 2 days back for the first time in 2 years i have taken the car for a drive on a highway that would go beyond 90 KMS.

                              When I reach 95 KMS the wind and water comes up from the top and when I went to service center they have charged 8000 for their mistake.

                              I understand that the warranty is 6 months but that does not excuse the irresponsibility taken by the vendor.

                              I would like to express my depest regret getting it services and repaired by authorized service center as they do not take responsibility for their mistakes.

                              The trust factor is now 0. If you would like to reclaim this trust then you would need to make an effort to make things right

                              I have just received the car and for the first time I have noticed a lack Seal surrounding the Front Windshield. Guess, I have not seen any black such black seal then the last time it was replaced.

                              This should help you identify the cause of the issue.

                                Product quality complaint and post sale service

                                Suddenly my vehicle boot opening stops working and i drove it to Volkswagen service. As they told complete module replacement required which is cost around 15K INR.
                                I am surprised and shocked that with in 2.5 years span non-consumable part become defective. When i raise quality complaint they denied to take responsibility. Very worst and no user friendly and value add choice.

                                We all love cars. It's not just a means of transport, it's part of our life. I was always fascinated and excited to buy a volkswagen car. The feeling of luxury, the special driving experience was the reason i bought my first car as volkswagen polo from volkswagen showroom in mangalore. But now i am disappointed to say that i regret doing so. I had a lot of expectations from volkswagen but my disappointment is immeasurable and my life is ruined.

                                Just after 1 year of buying the car, all 4 abs sensors failed, engine pully belt got freaking cut!!!, this is not supposed to happen at all to a car, this is like a huge safety hazard. Brakes started vibrating, petrol speedometer not working, petrol gauge not working, locking system not working!!!

                                After getting it fixed with the hefty service charges, again this happened after 1 year. And this has been happening for 4 years since i bought car. I did some research and talked to customers who have bought volkswagen cars and i am shocked to say all of them had exactly the same problem.( jetta, polo, vento all models, with faulty abs sensors, so the company can charge us service every time) this is fraud and cheating to customers, we have paid lakhs of rupees for not faulty cars which keeps breaking all the time, i regret buying this car . Pls fix abs sensor system and i want compensation for same.

                                Yes, I agree. All VW customer, including myself is a victim of systemized looting by VW by breaking ABS every now and then. Then make the customers pay hefty charges to fix it.

                                The ticket has been marked as resolved. How is that possible ? The VW cars still keeps looting the customers with faulty ABS.

                                  Subject:-Regarding voiding the warranty of my VW polo car.

                                  श्रीमान,

                                  मैं एक VW POLO कार का मालिक हुं जो फरवरी 2019 में ASHIANA MOTOR PVT LTD.PATNA

                                  से खरीदा था जिसका नम्बर BR01-**-1884 है जो अभी वारंटी में है।लगभग 15 दिन पहले मेरी कार कि डिक्की में कुछ खराबी आई थी जिसकी वजह से मेरा डिक्क खुल नहीं रहा था।मैंनें कार को Ashiana motor के हीं निचे स्थित Service सेंटर में ले गया।वहाँ कार कि जांच करने के बाद मुझे बताया गया कि इसमें पार्ट खराब है।जिसे बदलना पडेगा।तब मैंने उनसे पुछा कि मेरी कार तो वांरटी में है।तब उन्होंने कहा कि हां वारंटी है पार्टस कंपनी बदल देगी।लेकिन ये पार्ट अभी मेरे पास उप्लब्ध नहीं है।लगभग दस दिन बाद आ जायेगा।तब कार लेकर आ जायेगा और दो दिन का समय देना पडेगा।

                                  कुछ दिन बाद फोन कर के मुझे कार लेकर बुलाया गया।

                                  मैंने कार को SERVICE CENTER पहुंचा दिया।फिर मुझे दुसरे दिन Service centre से फोन आया कि सर आपके कार के पार्ट पर वारंटी नहीं मिल सकती है।क्योंकि उस पर पेंट का कुछ बुंदों का निशान पडा हुआ है आपने गाडी को बाहर मार्केट में पेंट कराया है।

                                  हमनें पुछा कि श्रीमान क्या कार के बॉडी के उपर पेंट का निशान मिलने से या पेंट करने से  इंजन कि वारंटी खत्म हो जायेगी ?

                                  दरअसल श्रीमान कार के पिछले हिस्से मे लगभग एक साल पहले थोडी खरोंच लग थी जिसका हमने लोकल पेंटर से पेंट कराया था लेकिन जो पार्ट खराब हुआ है उसे कोई भी फिजिकल नुकसान या उसमें कोई भी खराबी नहीं आई थी लेकिन उसी आधार पर हमारी कार कि वारंटी को अवैध बताया गया।उनका कहना था कि ये दुर्घटना के अंतर्गत आता है इस लिए वारंटी नहीं मिल सकती।जबकि उस कार में सिर्फ खरोंच आई थी, इसलिए मुझे INSURANCE CLAIM लेना भी उंचित नहीं लगा।और नही मिल पाता।फिर उन्होंने कहा कि पेंट करने वालों नें जरुर इसमें कुछ छेड-छाड किया होगा तभी ये काम नहीं कर रहा है देखिये इसमें कुछ ऑयल का छिडकाब भी किया गया है।जिसके वजह से ये खराब हो गया है।जब कि श्रीमान डिक्की का ना खुलने से परेशान होकर हमने Service Center से हीं दिया गया ‍ऑयल का छडकाब किया था।फिर उन्होंने कहा कि कंपनी का

                                  यही नियम है इसलिए हम कुछ नहीं कर सकते।

                                  इस प्रकार से मेरी कार कि वारंटी होते हुए भी मुझसे उस पार्ट का पुरा पैसा बसुल किया गया।और मुझे मेरी कार को बना कर दिया गया।

                                  जब हमने उस बदले हुए पार्ट को देखा तो यह पता चला कि ना तो उस पार्ट को कोई फिजिकल नुकशान हुआ था और ना उस पार्ट को कोई टेक्निकल छेड-छाड किया जा सकता है। क्यु किं वह पार्ट पुरी तरह से हीं पैक किया हुआ रहता है जिसे छेड-छाड करना लगभग असंभव है और ना हीं कोई फिजिक नुकशान है। फिर भी Service center के कर्मचारी नें मुझ पर जबरदस्ती दबाब बनाया ताकि मुझे लगे कि सारी गलती मेरी हीं है इसलिए ये वारंटी मुझे नहीं मिल पाई और श्रीमान वही हुआ भी।

                                  श्रीमान इसी तरह से ना जाने लाखों ग्राहकों के साथ कई सालों से धोखा-धडी किया जा रहा होगा।

                                            अतः श्रीमान से अनुरोध है कि इसकि गंभीरता पुर्वक जांच किया जाय और मेरी वारंटी को वैध किया जाय। अन्यथा मैं कोर्ट के दरबारजे तक जाने को मजबुर रहुंगा।
