Volkswagen India — belated service from service center kollam

I am the registered owner of an ameo bearing number kl 23 m 4123. I boat it two years ago and the due date of second service was in september 2018. But i didn't get any information in this regard from the authorized service center at kollam. So i my self contacted to the service center and an appointment was taken for servicing and it was on 6/10/2018. Accordingly my vehicle has picked from my home last evening and today i was informed that its abs system is complaint and due to the warranty was expired i have to make payment.
