But i didn't get any information in this regard from the authorized service center at kollam. My name is anu a a i hav given my car kl08bm5121, vin no ht131944, for accident claim on 14/8/2018. After work they deliverd the vehichle on 9/9/18 since then my vehichle is showing battery issues and battery is very low. Before giving the car for claim there was no issues related to battery or other parts apart from the affected areas. About a month my vehicle was in their showroom and they are not at all caring for the vehicle. Battery isssues have resulted as the staff did not care to start the vehicle when it was in their custody which lead to battrey leak. Before this issue also i hav already registered a complaint after my second routine check up of 30000 km. There was full dust inside tha car when i recived vehicle after the work. I hav registerd this complaint to your call centre also.in short the service provided from mannuthy service centre is not acceptable. Hope you will check to this matter

    I am extremely unhappy with your issue addressed for Oil Cooler Part replacement i did it at Volkwagen Apple Auto, Whitefield Bangalore authorized service centre.

    My car no: KA 03 MV 1757.

    Here is the detailed bad experience and still running now.

    13-Aug-2018:

    Last month i faced issue in my car getting overheated(95 degree) with warning lamp popped-up. I stopped the car and checked by opening the bonnet and noticed that the coolant was completely black as opposed to normal color. I towed the vehicle and dropped in Apple Auto, Whitefield last month 13th-Aug-2018. The service advisor named 'Bala' took my issue.

    After couple of days of diagnosis he told me that there was issue with 'Oil Cooler' and it need to be replaced. He also mentioned that they checked thoroughly and there was NO other issues. I agreed and he placed order for Oil Cooler and the wait started. He never updated the status even after 1 week and i had to call him regularly to check the status. And many times they won't even pick the phone call. Please note that even when i asked for spare car, it was not provided during that period

    After 2 weeks long wait finally the part arrived. Now they replaced the faulty part in my car. But they didn't deliver the car as another new issue popped up through "OIL-warning lamp is glowing"(not overhead warning). He told that the issue was due to Oil-Pressure flow was not proper. He admitted himself that, there could have been fault from their side while fitting oil-cooler and assembled the parts back in bonnet.

    After 3-4 days he called up and mentioned that "they refitted everything multiple times and finally the oil-warning lamp is not glowing". To me it looked like the root-cause was still not found and suddenly it went away out of nowhere. However since he assured that the issues are solved, i took the delivery of the car with a short test drive. I paid 28500/- Rs (approx) for this. The day after when i took the car some extra tickling noise coming from the bonnet. When i called up on Friday, the service advisor 'Bala' he mentioned that they will have a look and bring the car next Monday since they were busy. I kept the car in parking and left the car again to Service Center to address the tickling noise issue on 11th september. I am 100% sure there was no sound before giving my car to service. I strongly feel that my car is not analyzed and serviced properly or mishandled since there was some oil-warning issue popped up already due to them and they claimed its fixed.

    As usual they never updated any status and i had to call up regularly to get to know if the tickling noise issue got fixed.. He mentioned that the tickling noise issue was due to oil pressure again. And i am really surprised to hear this since he already admitted himself that there was some refitting issue from their side during oil-cooler replacement. Also they clearly mentioned on day-1 that the issue is only Oil-Cooler which got replaced now with brand new genuine part from Volkswagen and now that tickling sound coming from Bonnet due to oil-pressure was really shocking. Next day is an another shocker day. When i called up, he told that the issue was not due to oil-pressure and they have to open-up the Engine to see the tickling sound issue.

    I really lost confidence by now with their diagnosis now and told me give the car back to me so that i can check with other service center.

    15th-Setp-2018:

    The car got delivered to my house WITHOUT the tickling noise problem resolved. Again the next day when i started the car, i noticed that along with tickling noise, the Oil-Warning Lamp indication is also glowing. I really got pissed-off and called up 'Bala' and he mentioned that he will check on Monday.(17th Sep 2018). Please note that this Oil-Warning lamp issue i never faced till now. So far they(in service center) only faced while fixing the initial oil-cooler problem due to their faulty work.

    After multiple attempt to reach Service advisor 'Bala' and i finally got hold of him through a call to Customer-Relationship person name 'Sasikala' . This time he mentioned that he would come and pick the car by afternoon. And not very surprised he never came neither picked my calls and finally i took the car myself to service center. And the next shocker came now is that he QUIT HIS JOB and that was last-working-day. And this was really giving mental agony to me and i blame it purely on the service center and Volkswagen for it. This shows never-bother attitude towards customer. They assigned a new service advisor 'named 'Jegan' and i explained everything from day-1 to him again. And he is investigating the issue now.

    Hope i come out of this horror experience soon.

    Week back Update on the Issue:

    As per their latest update, my car's piston part got broken due to oil-pressure flow was not proper. They are suggesting to replace the base engine of my car now for 3Lakh rupees.

    First of all, i gave the car for TEMPERATURE WARNING lamp glowing issue. They diagnosed and replaced the Oil-Cooler and i paid for the same. The OIL-WARNING problem was not there when i gave the car for repair. But now oil-warning problem + engine piston problem are new additions caused by the service engineers/mechanics.

    Now this is clearly in-line with the current observation of engine/piston damage in my car.

    When i gave the car:
    1. Car engine/piston were proper.
    2. There was no tickling noise.
    3. There was no Oil-Warning Lamp issue.

    All these issues were caused due to their mistake while fixing my temperature-warning lamp issue through oil-cooler. I want the above stated 3 issues to be fixed by them with due-diligence at their own expense.

    Important Note:
    They already admitted(3-4 weeks back as stated in my case raised last week) that they took a long test drive while fitting the new oil-cooler and also Oil-Warning lamp issue popped-up during that time in service centre. So they clearly damaged my car's engine/piston during this time of activity.

    I really feel CHEATED by them. This is not the kind of service anyone would expect from a world-renowned top-class automobile company like "Volkswagen".

    Please fix this issue by replacing with new engine in my car and making sure that all diagnosis were done properly OR give me a new CAR.
    Also, since the damage was caused by Volkswagen Apple Auto Service center, all charges / part-cost / labour should be borne by them completely and i am not going to spend even a single Rupee for this fix.

    Also they should pay me compensation for all the transit i am making on daily basis including my cab services/conveyance etc due to non-availability of my car because of "THEM".

    And till now even after causing this much damage to my car, they never bothered to provide a spare car for my transits.

    Also severe action should be taken on related stake holders for this negligent work.

    Latest UPDATE:=

    As per today's update, the piston got damaged since i didn't authorize to open the engine when i left the vehicle 2nd time for the ticking sound.

    According to them, a week back the tickling issue was due to the piston got damaged in engine.
    This means the issue was there from the time i took 1st delivery after oil-cooler replacement.
    So they broke piston already and now just playing a blame game on me saying the engine was not opened hence the piston got broken.

    Their statement itself is contradictory and i need honest solution on this.
    Please help on what would be ideal way to approach to this guys who want to hide a mistake they clearly did.

    After multiple iterations i had a 3 way discussion with volkwagen india, service center and myself to resolve the issue.
    Their claim is that since the piston got damaged which is internal there is no way to isolate the exact cause of the issue and cannot really say at what point the issue occurred. They mentioned that it "could have" happened when i drove the car or during the repair work in service center and the only resolution they are giving is to share the expense between me and service center to replace damaged piston with new a "complete new engine block+piston" with 2 years warranty..
    I have agreed to this as the issue is going 5months and also dont want to perform repair work which is the heart of the vehicle. They promised to do due diligence work this time and after delivery with new engine+piston the car is as good as new since there is no repair work and just new part replacement. Also told that it will run as equal to new car and will give life for 4-5lakh KM.
    The work is going on and im planning to take delivery next week. Will keep here posted.

    Took delivery of the vehicle and guess what, its back to service center again.

    Before taking the delivery, dealer manager offered testdrive. I have reported few niggle issues after that and all them was addressed and i took delivery 2 days back.
    But to my shock noticed oil leakage below the car everywhere i parked. Called the service advisor and they came with mechanic and confirmed that its Engine Oil leakeage :( due to engine block fitment issue. :'(
    Its a new engine and there is no repair work to be done. The fitment of new engine block in bonnet properly with related parts without any issues is the only work they were supposed to do and there is a problem in this fitting work also.
    I think they should start taking their work seriously now atleast after all these drama and i already made payment.
    They mentioned its a small issue and slight adjustment only. But hope they realise that this small fitment issue could again cause damage to this new engine due to complete oil leakage. Waiting for the update tomorrow after fixing the issue. (and another front shock obsorber sound issue).

      My car came back from servicing in june 2018.in two weeks, my brakes stoped working. When i send the car back, they said the abs has failed and we have to replace it. So we went ahead and replaced it. After paying almost 3 lakhs on completion of nstalling a imported system, they still did not return the car for almost two weeks!
      The car came back finally after full check and service. Wthin two days, i had all lights go up. This time they did not pick the car for three weeks!! Once they picked up now they are saying the right sensor of the abs has to be replaced!! It's a money making workshop!! Every time the car goes there, within a week, something is damaged or has to be replaced. Cost 8000. The car is a 2015 model, so we are not talking about some old car here!! Pls advise. My car no. Is mh12 lp 2565

        Repeat complaint my vento car, one month 3 times toaing to sevice section. First time service made by putting spares by goodwill, which is appriciatable, but still today complaint is same, now it is in hubli service from 3 days, respective person may help by guiding the service people, not to get repeat complaint, no hopes to go with family long drive..           Hi,
          Now a days sunroof in cars is becoming a must need among buyer.
          I would recommend to add a sunroof just like skoda octavia in polo as well as vento to attract more car enthusiasts and will hence increase the sale of the cars as it will be a usp for volkswagen from the current competitive cars in india.
          Safety features like six airbags, ebd, all wheel disk brake (For tsi variant), etc.
          Audio system should have have 8 speakers and addition of shark fin antenna to compete with its rivals.
          I would expect volkswagen to introduce these features in early 2019

Now it’s been 4 days that i didn’t get back my car. What to do now? Now they’re saying they will give my car on monday. Do they think i’m a fool and cheating me in this way?               We are really frustrated with the services of your volkswagen dealer maasheetla moradabad, their commitments are always fail, as per their below email they suppose to handover us the registration certificate on 22nd of this month and now today is 28th september and we have not yet received.

              We are continuously chasing almost every day on phone to their executives mr. Bilal / mr. Saurabh / miss priya but nobody is listening.

              It seems now that i should file a police complaint against them that they are holding our registration certificate of our vehicle and they are not providing to us, almost a month passed away and we are driving our car without registration certificate, and it might be checked anytime while regular checking of the vehicles on road and i will be fined and penalized for not providing it at that time.

              I am really helpless, unable to understand what i should do, nobody is serious.

              Please anybody look into this serious matter and help me.

                Respected sir/madam,
                I bought vw ameo comfortline car on 31 april 2018. The raj bhavan road, hyderabad show room delivered the car to my home without any test drive. After one week the show room driver train us and 3 hours kept driving in the city, at that time we observed that the ac was not working properly, that's why the back portion of the car was not getting cooled. This point we express that vw driver and show room staff also from that day to two months. They told that don't worry madam, it will be solved by our service center at free of cost within 6 months from the day of purchasing the car. They requested us not to give any written complaint on that issue. And also assured us that the problem regarding ac will be resolved soon. We were unable to take the car to service center from the date of purchase.
                On september 15th unfortunately my car volks wagan ameo met with an accident, immediately we put kept the car in kukat palli volks wagon service center, hyderabad. Now they raised a point that due the accident the ac in the car was not working which was the false statement moreover the service center authorities collected an amount of rs - 12, 866/- from me, stating that the written complaint was not received from the show room authorities regarding non working of ac right from the date of delivery of the car. Due to non communication in conveying the messages between the service center staff and show room staff, and inside the staff (I mean that the table to table staff, left over staff to presently working staff also), they are stating that "if the show room authorities had given the written complaint on non working of ac we would have done it for free". This message was given to me before the dispatch of car.
                In this regard, i would like to state that the service center authorities as well as show room authorities were very irresponsible and very rude in their behavior, with which customers are very much unsatisfied & hurt.
                I request to take immediate necessary action in this regard for which act of kindness i will be grateful to you in this matter.

                  My volkswagen vento 1.4 tdi highline model 2015 breakdown last year. My vehicle runs only 24500km at that time. I was travelling kollam to kannoor, in between koratty near chalakkudi the vehicle suddenly shows some missing and the speed was come down, one warning coil lamp was displayed on dash board. The time was 12.30 at mid night, there was no shops and street lamp there. I am totally confused. I just contacted the road assistance, but none of them respond my call. Finally i contacted the towing service, they replayed me service available only at 8.00am on wards. They towed the vehicle to thrissur service center. They examined it and inform me that the reason for breakdown was the failure of one fuel injector that is around 22000 and gst, that i replaced it. This was happened last year september. Again the same complaint was registered this year july, another injector shows the same error and displayed the warning lamp. Is this complaint a regular one for all the volkswagen vehicles.                       I own a Volkswagen vento (KL-35-C-2525) 1.6L diesel purchased on May 2011. Car runs only 40, 000 kilometers. And it is a well maintained car.

                      Car showed jerking issue on 18 Aug 2018 during travelling and towed to the authorized Workshop EVM Volkswagen Kottayam, Kerala. They inspected the car today and informed like have to replace 4 fuel injectors. Total cost is more than 1 Lac.

                      I asked them to check for support from VW, then they informed like they already contacted VW but VW refused it.

                      I have few questions about VW cars

                      1) I am regularly doing period service in VW workshop and last service done on Jun 2018. No issue there at that time

                      2) Car runs only 40k kilometers. So whats the quality of VW cars as 4 injectors failing within 40k kilometers.

                      3) Workshop team saying like it is due to bad fuel, but it is not acceptable.
                      All cars running in India using same fuel and but these kind of complaint are more for VW vehicles.
                      Even BMW, Benz running without issue using same fuel, but these kind of complaint ratio is very higher for VW cars.

                      4) Can see several thread/forum in internet about same issue with VS vehicles which is specifically manufactured in 2011 and beginning of 2012.
                      But VW never recalled this cars to do free replacement. If it fails in warranty period then those customers are lucky as they get free replacement .
                      But if it fails after warranty period customers has to suffer. VW is aware about this but not doing anything for customers.


                      Please see below the wordings from technical product information of VW.

                      "Production change
                      Improved injectors are implemented in series production at VWIPL from CW03/13. Cut-Off VIN - TMBBLANA9DG035155.

                      Defective injector must be replaced by improved injector as per following guidelines:
                      All injectors which are produced after 15th Jun.2012 are improved & should be used for replacement of defective injectors."

                      I am totally disappointed and regretted the decision which I taken on 2011 to purchase VW car.

                      It is very painful to replace 4 injectors for a 40k kilometers run only car...

                      They replaced 1 injector which is completely dead in goodwill warranty. They told like they erased the error with other injectors and it is working. Need to wait and see that fix is reliable. Planning to scan the injectors again within few days..Really appreciate the actions from VW.

                        My car, vw polo 1.2 was not starting and it was towed to bharat volkswagen service center, mangalore, karnataka, on 31st august 2018. After examining the vehicle i was told that the wiring harness was rat bitten and must be replaced. I was asked to pay an advance of 20, 000 inr the very next day. They said they have placed an order for the wiring harness assembly and guaranteed the vehicle delivery within 12 days. On 3rd september when i contacted them, the service adviser said that they had received the part from bangalore and that they are assembling it onto the vehicle. Then for a week i did not hear from them. I tried contacting them but the service adviser would constantly cut my call without answering. I rang up the service manager, who informed me that they had not received any harness and that they are yet to place the order, and it will take another 10-15 days to receive the item. They even tried to assemble the wiring harness intended for another vehicle on to mine but it did not fit. I am thoroughly fed up of ringing up the service center and asking for the status. They seem least bothered and do not even feel obliged to inform me about the repair status. Constantly cutting my calls, not answering, giving false assurances, lying, it's all very unprofessional. I have raised a complaint with vw but even that doesn't seem to help. I need the vehicle to be delivered asap else i might have to raise a complaint in some other forums as well and request the concerned authorities to take action against the company.

                          I had given my vehicle for oil changing with change of mandatory filters, as advised by service eng. I had asked to replace the clutch plate and brake linings. The car was handed over on 7th sept '18 and as there was sound coming when clutch was released i refused to accept the car, but iwas asked to drive for few days as they told me the adjustment takes time, but when the sound persisted it was sent to work shop, and it was handed over to me, with added problem of engine light and coil indicators flashing, on enquiry and by paying additional rs 1000, iwas told to replace egr assy. I am regretting by sending my car to such authorised dealer of yours, i am a senior citizen and its not possible for me to run around after paying rs 37000 for the work to bangalore motors pvt ltd vehicle no ka04mj5515

                              Today had my vento 1.6tdi checked at palace cross service center in rajajinagar bangalore and give scan indicated v that the egr needs to be replaced and the cost of the same is 48000rs. Ihad a great deal of admiration fro the vw quality but i think its definitely be manufacturing defect as i have serviced my car from the last 6 years at vw service centre within 12 months.
                              I request u to check why should this break down at 73, k kms.
                              Request you to change the part at no cost as i have not come across such an issue with hynduai or maruti.

                                I have planned to buy a vento & visited the near by showrrom on sept 1st week 2018, and checked for test drive & mr. Dinesh sales person who handled me quite un-professional way, where as i didnt took it serious, it was quite sarcastic manner with him that i might not buy a car, i just walked in for a test drive. & he finally explained very basic about the car & told me there is no vehicle available at momement & i got surprised that kun is the big dealer of vw and how its possible there is no car at store. And then he asked for me to call back next day morning to get the test drive at my door step. I finally agreed and left out dispointing.

                                And the next day morning i called the kun alandur showroom for test drive & the people out there told me we will call you back immediately, but there was no response till eve 5 pm on 8th sept and me & frd walked-in and asked for the td, and the reception lady made me to wait for 1 hr hardly, and then rajesh came from some where and finally they gave me test drive, and i drove the vehicle & had a good experience & when i asked the sales person why you didn't call me in the morning nor pick my call, he replied that he was busy with some work, & he thought of calling but he forgot to call back. & i again left it and didn't take it serious. And when i asked for the features etc about the car he him self doesn't have idea about it & he was just bluffing me where myself was well aware of the model & the spec. And he was not in the position to explain me & he walks away here & there without proper response. And i just left the place with irriatation.

                                After couple of dates on 10th i dicussed with my family & due to some reasons i just changed my mind & shifted to polo and i called rajesh & told that i need to do test drive polo kindly arrange the same. Immediately he said i will check & call you in the morning on 10th sept 2018, and he just called me at night 8:30 and ordering me that sir you can come & do the test drive now, i was like wtf how can you ask me in this time & i told him that next day morg i will come & he was telling some stories again for calling late.

                                And then the next day which is 11th sept 2018, no on called i just got pissed off and directly went to showroom and yelled the reception person one lady that, whats happening i asked for test drive polo but no response till now and the rajesh is not responding properly & it was like i'm following you up to buy the car, thats your job, and the lady was like too harsh & telling me that i was so friendly with rajesh & its my fault she can't help, and where it crossed the limit and again they were like no car for test drive. I just walked away and decided not to walkin anymore in our life to kun vw where they doesn't have basic sense how to take care of new customer.. And i blocked the numbers and walked-in to other vw showroom and booked.

                                Rajesh from kun immediately started calling me from various numbers & i just blocked it to avoid it. Next day morning was in function i recieved the call from unkn numb & the person from kun rajesh, started shouting at me very badly that how dare you talk & complaint me, i know what i'm doing & he was literally threating me and i just kept the call & blocked, i'm really pissed off with kun alandur where i really came to the showroom with full of joys and your people spoiled it and the brand value & love with i had in kun.

                                Very much dissappointed with kun alandur chennai, i will never or ever recommend to my friends & family, i can even give a complaint and take it legal but i dont want to! Kindly please ensure that customer satisfaction is everything... Seriously didnt expected this kinda hospitality very pathetic...

                                  I am extremely unhappy with your service which i did it at thrissur authorized volkswagen service centre – pheonix car india pvt ltd, thrissur - kerala. After doing the car service, i am getting a noise from the front side of my car when i drive. I am 100% sure there was no sound before giving my car to service.. Rajesh kumar was the service manger
                                  I am keep asking why this sound is coming after service, what is the root cause but i am not getting any answer till now for my question.
                                  I registered a complaint and dropped my car second time for thorough checking as requested by customer relationship manager. Polo petrol car 1.6 c, highline car number: ka51mb3758. Complaint number: ccr136879
                                  I have dropped my car second time on sept 8th night. I was informed about what needs to be changed but till now i didn’t get any answer to my question. I strongly feel that my car is not analyzed and serviced properly or mishandled.
                                  Also was unable to open my car dicky. From another volkswagen car service center, i was informed that it will cost 3500/- rs to repair, but due to non-availability of spare part i couldn’t do. But at thrissur volkswagen service center gave an estimation of 15, 000 to resolve the issue. Strongly feeling that either no proper analyzing is done or not trustworthy. I dint get any reply for this query also.

                                  Still I am not able to get a response for my request and complaint. I have given my car for the second time on 8th of Sep till now (Sept 13th) also my complaint is not addressed. They said I will get a reply to my email or call back yesterday, but I didnt get any call back either yesterday or today. Allotted Custom Relationship manager is also not picking my calls. No progress is happening on my issue. This is really horrible customer care service. Was able to reach Service manager today and he said the noise is coming because of the replacement of Shock absorber Mount bush. If a new component is giving more noise then what was the need for replacing that component. I wanted their reason to be sent as an email to me, but since yesterday I dint get any reply.

                                    I own a polo highline plus petrol variant in 2018 march.
                                    In my last 4 months driving experience this car is so comfortable in driving plain roads and also i have gone through very difficult situations while driving in steep roads.
                                    If i have a situation to stop the car in steep roads and to move the car forward in half clutch i am getting zero acceleration even after fully pressing the accelerator. I complained about this to my showroom and i am not getting a proper response. Their response are not satisfactory even after buying this car with this much price.

                                    Lot of times my car got collided with other vehicles just behind my car in this short span of 4 months. I have gone through different difficulties while driving this car.

                                    I kept a minimum guarantee in volkswagen as this is a german manufacturer. At the time of delivery your sales team explained about this 1 litre engine but that was against my expectation only on that situation as i mentioned above.

                                      I bought a new car 3 months before. After few days i found out there is a problem with music system. If suppose i will connect with speaker and call someone the voice will repeat from the other side. Those who received my phone call connected with car speaker, they get irritated and cut my call while talking with them. Its sounds weird but this is the fact what i am facing. Couple of time i complained in the service center they took my car and after a week they returned back but i didn't found my issue were resolved. They don't have any idea how to find out the snag. Initially they changed the music system but still my problem was not resolved. And now they don't know how to deal with this problem. This is really annoying i paid 14 lakhs for this machine and am facing these kinds of #. Could you please help me out.
