I have registered the following complaint with VW india customer care.
So far no-one has contacted me and I contacted them few times via customer care phone no but no proper response.
Dear Sir/Madam,
The air conditioner in my Polo GT car (model 2018) was not working, so I took it to the service center at Thillaiganga Nagar, Chennai on the 1st of December 2022.
I was informed today(3/12) that the AC compressor and condenser failed after two days of diagnostics.
Furthermore, they told me the car was out of warranty, and the replacement would cost me about Rs.35000.The warranty on my car expired in July 2022, only four months ago, and I've only done 22000 kilometers so far. I therefore request that you replace the AC compressor and condenser free of charge.
Please prioritize this request before they start replacing the compressor & condenser.
I look forward to processing this request as soon as possible. My car has already been at the service centre for 3 days.
