Its been more than 7 months and still my car is under repair at VW Guwahati service centre. There has been multiple changes on the date of completion. And still it is not clear the estimated date completion.

The repair at the service centre has been very slow and the entire team is highly unprofessional. I do not foresee the completion of the work in near future.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

I have been facing serious inconvenience due to this.

    SVP - Service issues

    Hi Team,

    I bought 2 years SVP plan last year in Mumbai with Mody Auto Corp Mira road, at the time of selling SVP, I was told its valid across India.

    Now I am in Hyderabad and given my Vento (MHQ3628) at PSS motors Manikonda for yearly service.

    At the time of giving service they confirmed that the SVP is valid and will do service as per standards.

        Polo GT Mechatronics not available since 1.5 month

          Team Volkswagen India,

          I would like to bring to your notice a fraud committed by your employees by delivering a faulty Taigun Car to me that is running at an average of 4.5 Km/litre.
          I purchased a Taigun Highline 1.0 from Noida (Viraj Automobiles), all relevant documents attached for your reference. I live in Kanpur city and have been using the vehicle in this city. I purchased it from Noida because of the lesser waiting time.
          Abysmally, since day 1 I have been getting a mileage of 4.5 Km/Litre on Highway. I have highlighted the same to the Kanpur dealership and service centre and the car has been checked multiple times by the team. However, till date no resolution has been provided to me. The car is still at the service centre.
          Mileage of 4.5 Km/Litre has been testified by the Kanpur dealership as well when their technician drove the vehicle on PSIT highway along with me. We filled the tank(auto cut) at 2, 414 Km and again refilled it at 2, 454 Km(auto cut). 8.96 Litres of petrol was used by the car during this journey.
          Volkswagen claims a mileage of 17-19 Km/litre and I am thoroughly disappointed by this behavior and commitment from the team.

          I am completely fed up with this vehicle and this is not what one expects after paying INR 16, 00, 000 and from a brand like Volkwagen.
          Please refund my money on priority basis. I do not want this vehicle even if you can fix the problem. Also, please compensate me for the extra fuel that has been consumed so far. I have lost complete faith and trust on Taigun and on the brand Volkswagen as well.

            I've brought the VW Taigun 1.0 car and given it for annual or 15, 000/- KMS service but didn't resolved the complaints. Also, not responsive or not skilled labour, after service getting the car performance got down.

              I did one mistake that I choosen Ahmednagar service center for my accidental car repair. It took almost more than 3 months to handover my vehicle but after 2-3 days I observed multiple issues like alignment, pending work and all.

              Can I register complaint against consumer right ? As I already paid 2 lakhs for repair and it's just a waste of money and time for me.

              This is very bad experience i had in my entire life. I mentally got harrassed as well as spend a lot of money for nothing.

                1. My name is Sujith S, owner of a Volkswagen Polo 1L MPI Comfortline petrol. I have purchased the above mentioned vehicle on Mar 2021 from Volkswagen Ahemednagar, Maharashtra.
                2. My car completed 14k kilometres and did its first service on Mar 2022 from Volkswagen service centre Nashik. Now I am facing an issue with the paint damage on the bonnet of the car since last 1 month. The paint has been damaged on the bonnet in different spots. Then on 9th July 2022 I sent an email to customer.[protected]@volkswagen.co.in about the issue with photographs, and went to VW Nashik service centre for the same . After seeing the paint damage the service centre staff told me that the damage is due to bird drop.
                They couldn't do anything and also they told me that it wont comes under paint warranty.
                3. Then on 16 July 2022 I again sent an email to customer.[protected]@volkswagen.co.in for the same issue as a reminder. because I did not get any response from VW India about the particular issue. But I didn't get any response for that email too. Then on 17 July 2022 I contacted VW Customer care telephonically through toll free number [protected].
                I explained the issue with Customer care representative and they told me that the problem will get solved soon. you will get a positive feedback from VW India with in 48 Hours.
                4. After the call I waited about 72 Hours for their response. But I did not get any reply form their end, and again I contacted them on 21 July 2022. Then the representative said the same thing about the issue and told me to wait for another 48 Hours. Then again no response from VW India.
                On 25 July 2022 again I called VW India for the same. again same answer and no response from VW India till now.
                5. Volkswagen India giving absolutely no value for their customers. I need the solution for the issue. The paint damage should be repaired by VW India on paint warranty. And the poor quality of paint of Volkswagen needs to be changed for their customer satisfaction.
                6. If the paint is getting damaged due to bird drop then the customer will not able to use the vehicle on roads because while driving if some bird drop happens and the driver didn't notice the bird drop the paint will get damaged. So better we should park the vehicles inside the parking shed itself.
                7. Attached herewith please find the Photographs and the copy of emails which I have sent to Volkswagen India.

                        Hello Team,
                        I have booked Volkswagen Taigun 1.5 Ltr GT Plus on 04/08/2022 at Volkswagen Deccan Mody Uppal branch and got a quotation of 20, 38, 200/- on road.
                        The sales person Shiva and Ashok convinced me a lot for booking this vehicle at 20, 38, 200/- by saying they kept very less margin with dealer price just to sent the vehicle to the market.
                        I have called them multiple times before delivery confirmed on the price they quoted, even on the sales agreement form and WhatsApp communications they have mentioned 20, 38, 200/- as on road price.
                        I was on the way to pick my vehicle on 13th Aug 2022 and received a call from Shiva saying that my price has been increased to 22, 45, 000/-
                        I was shocked and surprised of their behaviour at last moment ( by then I have already paid them 5 lacks as down payment ) and questioned them on the price hike. They have involved their sales manager Ravi ( I haven’t spoken to this person from booking time to delivery time ) on the call who used abusive language and also said when you can’t afford 2 lacks extra why do you have to buy a car.
                        That day was my anniversary and It was a surprise gift for my wife. I wanted to take delivery on that day and don’t want to disappoint my wife since it is our first car.
                        At last after many discussions and arguments the dealer said they will fire the employees whoever involved in this matter on immediate basis ( but they have not taken any action on them till date ) I had to take the car for 22, 00, 000/- with no other option left.
                        I have seen many scratches on my new car at the time of delivery while going out from showroom and questioned them about it. Later they tried removing the scratches which dint work and they have agreed for replacement.
                        The major scratches were on dashboard and hornpad.
                        Now a week back they have confirmed that they have procured the replacement and I have sent the vehicle.
                        They took a whole week time for changing the dashboard alone and the new dashboard is also having scratches and hornpad is unchanged without any intimation.
                        Also there are some other minor issues which I have highlighted while giving vehicle and they were not addressed at all.
                        I am surprised that I never got any feedback call from Volkswagen even at the time of sales or at the time of service.
                        I am very disappointed and feel like I am betrayed. Worst ever experience from Volkswagen and I really want someone from Volkswagen to address the issue on priority.

                          I have bought Taigun TSI Top end model on NOV 2021, since then I am facing issue with driver seat window glass and the Volkswagen team hasn't fixed it yet.

                          Issue description:
                          The driver seat window doesn't work well. If the window is closed and when I try to slide down the window and again try to slide up, it doesn't slide up immediately. It slides up halfway and sides down automatically, this happens twice every time I try to side up the window.

                          I reported the issue to the sales rep immediately after the delivery and I was told that the issue will be fixed during my first service checkup of 500Kms.
                          Unfortunately, the issue was not fixed after my first service. I was told that it's a known issue and will be fixed during my next visit which is at 5000 Kms.

                          The issue went unfixed even after the second check up at 5000 Kms, I was told that the part is not in stock. Later, I made multiple calls (Feb, June, July, Aug 2022) to the service center requesting to fix the issue, but It is still not resolved. Everytime I call them, they say they will revert back once they have the part in stock.

                          I am wondering about Volkswagen being such a highly reputed automobile manufacturer that is not able to source the required parts even after waiting for such a long time. I am really disappointed with the quality of customer support that I am getting from this service center. I am urging Volkswagen to fix this issue as soon as possible.

                            I paid advance for 2 year service package and key (roughly around 32000) i have recently purchased my car and i did tell them that my transfer is in process, but after paying then they were not ready to give invoice on my name, so i asked them to refund the money on 17th September, which they said ahould be done in 8-10 days, today is 28th September and still they have no update and excuses like HOD is not there, cheque will get signed, more 2-3 days.. they should treat more carefully with customers who are willing to take service in the future, but this way how can i trust their words or any commitments?

                              Address: Apple Auto , White Field , Bangalore

                              Dear Sir/Madam,
                              I gave the VW Vento Desiel vehicle at VW Apple Auto, Whitefield due to a water clog problem on 18th June 2022.
                              The Service Advisor advised the need to replace the wire harness part and placed the order for the part.

                              So far NO ETA for the part availability and insurance was not waiting since its an unknown time. I need the vehicle to commute purpose.

                              Neither Apple Auto service centre nor VW India doesn't take responsibility to resolve the issue and not guarantee the service centre for part repair.

                              Volkswagen India Service is very bad and tolerate,

                                Dealership Name: Volkswagen Whitefield apple auto
                                Vehicle number: KA 03 MY 5342

                                After following up for 3 months the said service center is not providing me the duplicate invoice copy of my vehicle.
                                I have lost it and now required while transferring vehicle to another state.

                                Please don't mark this as resolved after just redirecting to said dealer
                                This is another complaint I'm raising as you guys have closed the other
                                Volkswagen India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
