[Resolved]  Volkswagen India — Duplicate invoice copy

I want to request a duplicate invoice copy of my vw vento, bearing below details:

I actually require my car to be re registered to banglore from mumbai. I have taken the noc from mumbai and submitted to my rto office. They now ask for the invoice of the car to analyse the then price of the car to prepare the tax amount here. And to my bad luck i have miss placed it.

My request is, can i receive a copy of my invoice. I have been informed from the vw sales office that they are unable to provide me the invoice as the software used in 2018 is corrupted. Of further request they inform that they are trying something, but I am less hopeful based on their earlier response (I had to do daily followup for over a week to hear that the softerware is corrupted and so they are unable to provide invoice copy).

Please help me.
