[Resolved]  Volkswagen India — Failed Injector problems 3 times Volkswagon Vento TDI

Good day all, Vehicle Registration number KA –12MC-4488. This is the third time i am facing this problem, and it's annoying. The first time i had a failed injector was in Kerala, we were towed by flatbed to the Kannur VW service center. They said the reason for the failed injector was adultrated fuel, and the same was changed on warranty. I was with my Mother and my brother on the road for nearly 4 hours until the Flat bed truck arrived, and when you don’t know the language of another state it becomes a pain. From that time the problem of the car worsened. The second time i had a injector fail was in Mysore, me and my sister went for a shopping. and on the way i had the same issue, " VIBRATION OF THE ENGINE, DASHBOARD ENGINE INIDCATION AND COIL INDICATION", Immediately called up the Mysore showroom, who helped us get the car fixed in just a day, ie changing of the injector. i also had break problems. It would just not stop at times. they said faulty break disks and changed it for around 4000 rupees. I have all the bills to justify the expenses. After that i have changed the disks another time along with the break pads. The vehicle had run just 12000 km at that time. Till date the vehicle is running on the fourth set of brake pads and disks and still the same problem persists .Now the service advisor has asked us to change the whole hub unit at our own cost. Imagine the vehicle has done only 17500km and is about to be three years old in December 2014. The third time i had the injector problem was again in kerala on Oct 2nd 2014. Was going to attend my cousins wedding with family. at around 3 in the afternoon i had this problem ie Vibration on the engine and the dash board lights. I immediately stopped near a hotel. The place was kunnamkulam. Called up my service center in mysore. who gave me the toll free number. when i asked them about the complaint, instead of giving me a solution he was talking about how many VW cars he own. Imagine it is the GM of Mysore VW speaking like this. He had nothing to say other than adultrated fuel. He even said that they would charge me for getting an injector replaced though i have a extended warranty on my car till 2015. Mine is not the only car running with the same fuel from the same bunk .I also happened to refer VW cars to many of my friends, but not anymore .Anyhow i called up the Toll free number provided. spoke to a representative. who was not even knowing what she was saying or doing. She gave me the same reason Adultrated fuel. i asked for a Flatbed truck to get it towed to the nearest VW service center that was Trissur. She was not able to find me a truck or even call and keep me informed about what she was doing to get the car to the service center. I knew it was a lost cause depending on VW anymore .It was just waste of time and numerous phone calls. I got contacts from the hotel where i had stopped for a local flatbed to tow the car till Trissur who charged me 4500 rupees. but atleast they helped. Just before we were being towed that was around 8 pm i get a call from the customer care saying there is a tow truck in Mallapuram which is another 50 km from where i was, she also told me that i would be charged 9000 rupees for the tow truck service. I was so frustrated. Being on the road with my mom and my sister. in another state.I said no thank you for your service and hung up, and got the local tow truck to tow my car for 4500rupees. My Car was assigned to a specialist named Ashwath in VW Trissur. Who managed to get the injector replaced under parts warranty in about 10 days. My work could not wait for so long, so had to leave to Bangalore soon after my cousins wedding. My Brother who is the Owner of the car took delivery of the car on the 16th of october 2014. The Fuel was not the problem, but the injector was. I have changed Injector number 1, 2 and 4 till date. I have never got such worst service anywhere. I have driven many cars of different models, but never driven a car so bad. This car is not fit for the Indian roads and u cannot complete your journey with this car. We have lost our confidence in Volkswagen. As of now the vehicle is having ignition problems and still the engine is vibrating a lot. If my complaint is not being attended to, on top most priority, I will take my complaint to the consumer court and the Indian automobile association till i get an answer. Thanks in advance.
