I have purchased a Volkswagen Polo in Oct2013 in Guwahati from the authorised dealer under a scheme named Fully Loaded which says : 1) 3 years of Road Side Assistance 2) 3 years of Insurance 3) 3 years maintainance free 4) Warranty of 3 years, i.e extended warranty And now when its time for me to avail the scheme benefits they are not providing me and backing out from it....

I went for the 3rd service of my car which was at 38000 kms. The next day in the morning I was told that I need to change the break pads when I already installed it previously from the service centre itself at 25875 kms. Secondly I was even told that I needed to change the lower guard which would cost me around 23k. Hi This is to bring to your notice that I contacted Shaman Motors from Parel for a small repair on 29th Sep, 2014 for my car no. MH01AX5282. They gave me a quote of Rs. 7000 + taxes and can be done in 2 days and the insurance processing fee is ~ Rs. 1000.
