wrong information given by service centre

The next day in the morning I was told that I need to change the break pads when I already installed it previously from the service centre itself at 25875 kms. Poor Service at the service centre with respect to handling of the vehicle

Bluffed by replacing our working A/C Fan advising as worn out one.

Hi, I am writing with deep disappointment with the Customer services I have received at VolksWagen Sales and Service Centre at Faridabad (Metropolitan).
