[Resolved]  Volkswagen India — Fraud Volkswagen Capital service center-Okhla Service Center

I have purchased volkawagen car (Brand Car) and using last 8 years but you have fraud and cheating with me and why are you maligning the name of the Volkawagen company. You have used my car 90 km without my permission and used my car full petrol second my car is running only approx 25000 km and you said your ECM was damaged and not working and you have changed my Volkawagen Polo ECM and charged 28000/-

But i want to know and ask to you and volkawagen company.

As per discussed with other volkawagen service center regarding Volkawagen Polo ECM damage/Breakdown, they said this is Volkswagen company part(ECM) and your car is running only approx 25000/ this is not possible that Your car ECM will be damage/breakdown, i think your service center cheating with you and why your Okhla service center didn't inform you same day and infront of you. Why they checked second day and why your service center handovered your car approx 1 month.

I request to volkawagen company please deeply investigation of my case and checked my Volkawagen polo car video from first day to my handover and also check my car running approx 90 km without my permission. If any accident or miss happening with my car then who are responsible for this.

I am using your volkawagen car last 8 years and want to purchase new car and take your new volkawagen car trial test from same okhla service center but i changed my plan and never purchase Volkswagen brand car due to this type of activities.
