Volkswagen India — injector failure again

I own a vento kl-35-c-2525.

My car manufactured in may 2011. I am regularly doing all periodic services with vw workshops and maintains my car in very good condition. Car covered only 50, 000 kms.

I faced several complaints during these years of ownership like fuel injector failure, starter motor failure, coolant leakage, alternator complaint, multiple abs sensor failures, ac water leakage to the passenger cabin two times, suspension complaints, steering rack complaint.. Etc.
Car got break-down 3 times during this period and towed to vw workshops. I owned some other cars but facing these kind of
Bad experiences only with vw manufactured cars.

Earlier, my car injector failed on sep 2018 and towed to the workshop.
Vw workshop inspected the car and told like need to replace all 4 injectors. They told like 1 injector completely dead and getting errors with other injectors too. They asked to replace all 4, otherwise they told like "you will face same issue
Again". I contacted vw and after lot of discussion with vw, vw agreed to replace completely dead injector
In goodwill. Vw told like it is only required to clear the errors with other injectors and it is not required
To replace the other three injectors.

But now my car again got break down on[protected] and towed to vw workshop. They inspected the car and told that
1 injector dead and need to replace that. I asked them to contact vw to get good replacement will but they told like vw denied the same
By telling the age of the car. Actually my car showed 4 injectors issue in 2018 itself but vw denied replacement at that time by saying just need to clear
The error only and no replacement required.

It is well known that, injector electrical fault is a common issue with vw cars especially manufactured before 15th jun 2012 and my car belongs to that period. It is known that vw introduced improved injectors by 15 jun 2012.
Attached the screenshot of technical doc of vw where they mentioned about faulty injectors.
But vw never recalled the affected car for a replacement
With improved one. Vw put all burden to the customers. So vw cars are getting break down by putting customers on the road and huge loss to customer pocket. It is not an expected thing from a company like vw. I am fed up with my car.
Vw should replace the injectors as good will as it a manufacturing defect

Existing issue is resolved as they replaced failed injector. But that is not a permanent solution.

Please assign this to Volkswagen, Cochin as this workshop is nearer to me. I purchased my car from there and doing all periodic services with Volkswagen, Cochin.

I am afraid to take car for long or night drive as the same issue can happen again with remaining injectors at any time. So I am using the car for short journey only on day time.

First I faced injector failure on Sep 2018 during a long journey and stranded on road with family. Next time on Jan 2020 and again stranded on the road with family. So total of 2 out of 4 failed and replace yet.

Total breakdown faced during last 17 months are 4 . Please see below

1) Sep 2018 due to injector failure - stranded on road and towed to VW Kottayam
2) Nov 2018 due to abs sensor failure (faced jerking issue and car was not moving) - stranded on road and towed to VW Kottayam
3) Jan 2020 due to injector failure - stranded on road and towed to VW Kottayam
4) Jan 2020 the very next day car received from VW Kottayam - due to wiring complaint to starter(car was not starting once I stopped the car on the road) - stranded on road and towed to VW Cochin

It is very disappointing that facing 4 breakdowns in last 17 months.

By researching, it is understood that, Fuel injector electrical fault is a common issue with VW cars especially manufactured before 15th jun 2012 and my car belongs to that period (my car is May 2011). It is known that VW introduced improved injectors after 15 jun 2012. But VW never recalled the affected car for a replacement with improved one.

Two injectors already failed and replaced. And can expect the failure with remaining 2 at any time, So I am really afraid to use my car. So my request is to replace the reaming two with improved injectors. Actually VW should recall and replace it with improved one, once they identified this manufacturing defect but they never did that. Anyway I want to avoid breakdowns and stranding on the road in future so I need to replace the remaining 2 injectors with improved one. I am ready to pay 50 % of total amount to avoid future burdens, and I request VW to provide 50% discount for the replacement as a gesture of honor as this issue is a manufacturing defect.

Attached the screenshot of technical doc of VW where they mentioned about these faulty injectors manufactured before 15 jun 2012.

As I mentioned, please assign this toVolkswagen, Cochin
