Ncr east sahibabad ghaziabad) the behaviour of that person is very unapropriate i requeste tou to do a legal action with that person so that they never repeat this again, i am a very old customer of vokswagen and i feel very bad after this incident, thanks

    Our car is a 15 months old car. We were traveling first time on a holy trip with family from kumbakonam to tirupathi. While returning from there nearing virudhachalam tamilnadu, our car battery is dead by early morning 1.30am. Volkswagen ameo 1.5tdi comfortline. We were with family and stranded at the road by early morning in the dark road of highway where there was zero safety. What if something happened to my family? When we approached rsa, they informed that they will take to the nearest showroom which is pondicherry 80kms. We told to take to the thanjavur showroom which is 108kms. Just 20kms difference. But they told they will charge for the excess kms for up and down and which is 3500rs nearly. Then we spoke and took the car to our home. But the rsa arrived by 3.5hrs hours delay. Come on. Alternator failure is not my fault, it's a manufacturing defect and why should i pay for it for this rsa services. If your quality is good, then i would not be subjected to this. We paid 3500 for cab for taking them from that place to home which is in kumabakonam. Volkswagen has to give a reply for this! If your alternator not works for the standard warranty period of 2yrs and if i should spend for the failure of your product means then whats the use of warranty? My money is wasted, my night was wasted. I accept that you will rectify the issue with car. But what about the money i paid to cab? What about the frustration of wasting my time without sleeping and stranded in road for 5 hours? We will never accept this product quality from a world global leader like you! We are totally frustrated with the first time outstation trip because of the technical failure of your product. I cannot spend my money for your product failure during your normal warranty period. Need a reply!

      I had purchased vw vento highline dsg (Dl14cc1919) in august 2015.in feb 2018 (Almost 2.5 years later), there was failure in dsg gearbox. I got that repaired from vw ncr east and expected that such issue will not happen again.

      On 20th jan, 2018 (Almost 2 years later), there was some issue with the dsg gearbox due to which car can't move at all. Due to this, i'm facing a lot of problem while commuting to office and extra money is spent for cabs.

      I don’t understand if vw parts/ services are any good? Because dsg gearbox failure should not happen twice to a customers who is getting his car serviced regularly.
      Some stats: i have totally driven ~96, 000 kms in 4.5 years tenure.
      1st failure (Total kms driven: 55k): feb 2018
      2nd failure (Total kms driven: 96k): jan 2020

      I was a big vw fan since their cars have great build quality but i never expected this.

        My polo comfortline is hardly a year old and engine sensors are flashing light in the cluster. The service center replaced the sensor in the service, but again it is flashing now and the car is not running on full throttle. How can i rely on such a poorly manufactured car for long drives? I am very upset with the poor quality from volkswagen and absolutely careless attitude of volkswagen hesargatta main road service center. The work experience one would ever have in any car service center. I strongly recommend not to buy volkswagen.

          I took my son’s volkswagen vento car, once to volkswagen service station in ambattur industrial estate, chennai 600058, more than 1.5 years back. I was not happy with their service team at all. I took the car to their vellore service centre and resolved it.

          About 6 months back, this vehicle was sold.

          But, the ambattur service center continues to harass me by service reminders, despite repeatedly telling them, that i am not with them for past 2 years. Went to the service center, and was surprised to see an iso certified company does not have a complaint register. The people refused to provide one too.

          I sold the car about 6 months back.

          Suggestions:

          All vehicles have a service schedule in months or mileage. After 2 or 3 cycles the contact number can be removed from the data bank system.

          I want a reply on implementation from service head in mumbai on this. Want the corrective, preventive action taken, also the horizontal deployment action taken.

          I see the customer satisfaction index is only 43 %. Extremely poor. With in competent managers in the service stations, nothing better can be expected.

            I reported this complaint to Balaji on 19th Jan'20 (Monday) and he accepted that the subject complaint was not there in the record when he booked my car for service. I am not here to make false claim. I called him couple of times today to find out the status and he did not pick up my call.

            I have great regards and confidence on TVS quality but this type abrupt lie/bluff is really shocking to me.

              I had purchased a volkswagen polo car from kerala on 20th october, 2014. Along with the car i had also subscribed to the roadside assistance program which was purchased from volkswagen raipur. The vehicle was covered under roadside assistance program, as per the details defined under benefits, terms and conditions of the program. The same was purchased on 20th december, 2017 and certificate number is vw41502a00004700. The certificate of enrolment is enclosed herewith.

              On 14th september, 2019 around 11.00 am on nh27, near village sirsaud chouraha, i had an accident. A complaint was lodged under police station amola of shivpuri district of madhya pradesh. The copy of the complaint is enclosed herewith.

              That the accident occurred within first 2 years of the certificate of enrolment with cover start date of 23rd december, 2017 and cover end date of 22nd december, 2019, and therefore my vehicle is covered under the volkswagen roadside assistance program.

              I communicated with rsa on the day of accident, and called them up, and they very kindly arranged my vehicle to be towed to the volkswagen workshop in gwalior. I reluctantly agreed the vehicle to be towed to gwalior vw workshop as rsa demanded 24, 000 inr for the car to be towed to the workshop nearest to my residence. I respected the terms of the rsa policy which states that the car will be towed to the nearest workshop only, although it is a logistical nightmare for me to travel to gwalior for claim related issues.

              Although the accident happened at around 11:00 am, i had to wait near the accident site for the rsa recovery until around 4:30 pm or so.

              After that, i hired a taxi from jhansi orchha to bagh villas jungle camp and spa, kanha, for which i booked a vehicle of the company ajmeri tour and travels which cost me 19, 845 inr. The copy of the bill is enclosed herewith.

              I had to stay at orchha, as i was still under shock of the accident, where i could find a decent accommodation and on 15th september, 2019, i paid the stay expenses of hotel bundelkhand riverside of 3, 200 inr and food expenses of 1, 260 inr (Total of 4, 460 inr). The copy of the bills is enclosed herewith.

              On 17th september, 2019, i sent an email to the reimbursement assistance of volkswagen informing them about the accident and requesting them to reimburse me for my stay and transportation back to my original destination from the accident site, as was mentioned in the terms and conditions of the ras enrolment document and gave them details of my bank account.

              Since i did not receive any response from the reimbursement assistance of volkswagen within 10 days from 17th september, 2019, i once again addressed a reminder email on 28th september, 2019 to the reimbursement assistance, pursuant to which one of the customer care executives called me and informed me that they will send me a reply by email.

              By 30th september, 2019, i had not received any reply and therefore, i once again sent an email requesting them to amicably sort it out or else i would be left with no option but to approach the consumer court.

              That thereafter i was verbally offered 6, 000 inr as compensation, which is unacceptable as i have the right to get atleast the taxi and stay fare reimbursed, according to the contract i had signed and the total expenses had cost me 24, 305 inr.

              That clause c of the terms and conditions of the certificate of enrollment mentions about the benefits to vehicle’s occupants during outstation breakdown and states that the occupant will be entitled to receive stay or travelling expenses due to immobilization of vehicle. The terms and conditions of the certificate of enrollment are enclosed herewith.

              I, therefore, called upon a company to reimburse my taxi fare as per clause c of the terms and conditions of the certificate of enrollment within 15 days from the date of receipt of notice dated 19th october, 2019 which i sent through my advocate but there is no response therefore i am filing this consumer complaint.

                I have a vw vento from 2015. Have noticed from last 2 year that the abs sensor is keep on failing and it been already 5 or 6 time it replaced. The same issue has reoccured day before yesterday and the car is now with vw muvattupuzha, kerala service centre.

                I request vw india service team to look in to it and fix my car problem permenently.

                  I have owned VW Bento car purchased in Nov 19 Since intial stage facing issues in brakes and disk, also inform and complained in channel partner auto mark Ahmedabad and VW customer care but no action has been taken as techinical reasons are there in manufacturing workmanship during one year almost RS 50 k has been expended in service and spare .it is very disappointing for me to purchase VW car as it is leading car brand.

                    injector failure again

                    I own a vento kl-35-c-2525.

                    My car manufactured in may 2011. I am regularly doing all periodic services with vw workshops and maintains my car in very good condition. Car covered only 50, 000 kms.

                    I faced several complaints during these years of ownership like fuel injector failure, starter motor failure, coolant leakage, alternator complaint, multiple abs sensor failures, ac water leakage to the passenger cabin...

                    Hello, my volkswagen polo (Kl 58 u 746) had an issue with the battery and the car broke down i took it to the showroom as the battery was on warranty period. It was checked on 23-12-19 and a week has passed and still they haven't processed the claim i. E the vehicle is lying in the showroom for more than a week for a pity issue. This is not the first time i am encountering the issue. Last month (November) i had to wait for more than 3 weeks to replace a abs sensor (That too the second time) which was also on warranty.
                    The dealership's attitude towards the customers in the issue is very frustrating and i plan to proceed legally.

                      Pl note i had booked a volkswagen polo highline 1.5 tdi on 23-nov-19, with your dealership m/s pps motors pvt ltd, nagawara, bangalore. I availed a bank loan and the total amount has been remitted by my banker to m/s. Pps motors.
                      Now the dealership is informing me to that they cannot deliver the vehicle of my choice. This is amounts to cheating by the dealership

                      Request your immediate intervention to get the vehicle of my choice - volkswagen polo highline plus 1.5 tdi, candy white, as i have started paying my emi to bank and not got the vehicle.

                      The said dealership looks to be fraudulent and customer unfriendly. This will damage the your brand/company reputation beyond thought.

                        I had purchased new volkswagen polo from (Mody auto corp pvt. Ltd mumbai north showroom mahavir nagar, kandivali w) and have the invoice dated 11th january 2019 with me. I had also purchased the extended warranty while purchasing the car.

                        As per volkswagen, my car warranty starts from 29th sep 2018 in-spite of me purchasing the car and having the invoice date as[protected].

                        I have already raised a complaint ccr04526706 with volkswagen, india on 11th dec 2019, yet they are not correcting and cheating us on warranty. As per volkswagen mumbai north sales and service executives we have to bear with this as system is fed with date 29th sep 2018 for their sales conveniences.
                        In the volkswagen service center, they were charging us for extended warranty saying that service is overdue and informing us that car is of sep 2018. We are surprised and this is fraud done with us if warranty issue is not resolved. Volkswagen, mahavir nagar, kandivali were providing wrong information of battery is not covered in warranty and are not at all supportive during this issue.

                        Ms. Divya poojari from volkswagen miraroad, told that warranty started from 29th sep 2018 and this cannot be changed irrespective of what the invoice date (11th jan 2019) was. Divya poojari was never rational while speaking, very rude, there is no trust in their words and ultimately on volkswagen. I also spoke to other volkswagen showroom & had conference call with divya on 12th dec 2019. Even other showroom executives agree with fact that warranty starts with customer invoice date, but she still argues with this.in fact, they know the rules and yet they are continuing to cheat us.

                        I expect what is truly ours by all means as we have paid for that i. E. Standard warranty from 11th jan 2019 to 10th jan 2021 and then extended warranty that would start from 11th jan 2021 to 10th jan 2023; as i had purchased the car and have the invoice dated 11th jan 2019. I should be getting services and benefit as per what my car invoice date is. i want this to be resolved as per my car invoice date with basic and extended warranty intact.

                        i have raised a complaint on national consumer forum compliant no 1791863. i would be taking the further steps if this not resolved asap.

                        This issue is not resolved. Volkswagen is not at all interested in solving this and is pending from more than 20 days. MY INVOICE DATE is 11 Jan 2019 and I WANT MY BASIC STANDARD WARRANTY FROM INVOICE DATE. How can you say this is resolved?? I have not received any document of basic warranty starting from invoice date. I have mailed and called Divya Poojari several times but there no resolution to this. There is no response from Volkswagen customer service to my mails. Mody Auto Corp and Divya Poojari are cheating us by showing they don't have knowlege that basic warranty date should start with invoice date.They are doing fraud with us; playing with trust of customers.

                        REMINDER 1 again : There is no reply no call and no email on this despite of reminding several times.
                        Volkswagen is converting my 3.5 months of Standard Warranty into Extended Warranty. This is not a resolution.
                        My invoice date is 11th Jan 2019 and Volkswagen is entitled to provide Standard Warranty of two years from my invoice date.
                        Please provide me a solution ASAP.
                        I have been having problems with the ABS sensor for sometime now. Every time the dealer says it is a different sensor. So now in the last few months I have replaced all four sensors. Now they have no other excuse to give. I am pretty disappointed with Volkswagen. Looks like they have a design flaw and they are fooling customers and cheating them.
                        They asked for booking amount of 19500 and i paid, at the time of paying they conveyed me they will refund whole amount in case you want to cancel the booking. Now they are playing to transfer the amount from last 1 month am chasing them for transfer the amount but they are playing hide and seek game

                          I am prem chandra from kanpur utter pradesh, india. I have purchased a ameo up78 fb7684.in my car only have some break problem. Now my car is in service centre in kanpur from 1 month. Whenever i will call in service centre but every time every person say that after 5 or 6 days you will receive car but i can not receive now.in one year ameo, i have face this problem 3 times and every time in servicing, i spend above one month so in this year my car was 4 month in the service centre. I am saying that very worst service by vokeswagen in kanpur centre.
                          Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                            Hi there, it has been a nightmare experience to start with sales person neeraj promised me the delivery date on the 16th of june in white colour. I was delivered a red polo gt on the 19th. I needed the car on urgent basis so i never complained and took the car. I only paid the deposit as he promised that vehicle will be delivered on time which never happened. He advised me that i can get the seat cover of my choice and he will refund the seat cover price that was provided by the dealership. Now i had the new seat cover installed and he is refusing to pay rupees 3 thousand as refund. He is not apologetic and wants me to take the seat cover back. Then he promised me that he will get me the registration number of my choice which never happened again and i end up getting the registration done by myself at rto. He has been misleading me from day one. I would not buy or advise anyone to buy your products. Please take immediate action against him or else i will file a complaint in consumer affairs as i had enough.

                              I bought from volkswagen apple auto (Whitefield, bangalore) a service plan package "s v p package 1+1 year" at a time when they were selling it at 50% discount.
                              Now when i want to went in for a service, i am denied the service via this package.

                              All they did when i raised a concern with volkswagen india was send a mail saying "sorry the service plan i bought is not applicable for 2013 model cars".

                              I have had multiple calls with both apple auto guys and volkswagen group - but no help.

                              Is there any validity or guarantee for products you buy from volkswagen?

                                I have a 2014 vento tsi. The car has good performance, but has had 2 abs sensors fail within a span of 2 months (Abs light was showing on the dashboard). Now again, i am having the issue of the abs dashboard light since the last 2 weeks. I take the car out only once or twice per month.                                 The previous service i had problems with the cruise control module the dealer advised me to disable the cruise control altogether which i agreed to but with that the check engine light which should be lit when the ignition is turned on is not lit. The dealer has disabled the engine control module. I had not been informed of any sort regarding the same. I was unaware of the same until now. This raises questions on the ethical practices that is followed by the dealer. I have a great amount of trust on the brand and the products i have been the customer of the brand since its inception here in india and own two cars but the issues like the after sales service really lets me down. I have bought the car to the dealer for rectification.
                                The service technician says the problems are with the cylinder misfires and the engine seems rough and jerky.
                                Who is responsible to the damage caused to the engine due to negligence or incapacity.
                                Please address the issue as soon as possible.

                                  The non of employee is ready to hear the complain. Service dept is insisting to visit sales and vice versa.

                                  If tyre like silly item is replaced that what can not be changed by company.

                                    Purchased used vw polo last month, initially while reverse gear was very hard to shift, respondent from das welt wuto victoria road (Bangalore) branch said the same will be rectified and it is acknowledged in writing, they also said the vehicle will be rectified and fixed in two days, they took whole of nine days and returned the vehicle without rectifying the car, now the sales representative is not responding to the calls made, waste of time and energy, they unnecessarily killed my nine precious days without even checking the vehicle properly. Very disappointed with the service, pathetic service.
