[Resolved]  Volkswagen India — Issue with NEW CAR

I bough a new virtus last month. First day it stopped working and contacted the local dealer for the same. Person 1 who attended this issue, said it’s a mother board issue, person 2 who received at service center said, it’s an airbag malfunction issue, person 3 who inspected said, it’s battery issue

After these pathetic response I visited the Ramani motors, MTP road branch, I surprised, they didn’t started inspecting my car and given fake reports.
After so many arguements, they accepted thier mistake and replaced the battery in a 2nd day of car purchase.

Again I faced the same issue in a middle of the road after 20 days of repair and it was taken by the road assistant team. This time I argued more for this issue. The cheap local service centre did some malpractices and made that as a rate bite this time to defend themselves.

Not even respecting customers and rude behaviour from their side. Don’t know what to do.. sent several mails to VW team and spoken with customer care but, no response. Again and again getting the calls from the same franchise with rude behaviour..
