Volkswagen India — Jio Dongle isn't activated in VW Taigun Topline even after 9 months of vehicle delivery.

I have bought a brand new Taigun Topline model in the month of January'23 at Volkwagen Apple Auto, Whitefield show room.

As promised by sales person, Jio dongle will be activated within a week after vehicle delivery but it is not activated.

I have personally visited to the show room, complained to the customer care and escalated over the email but of no use.

It is almost 9 months after purchase of vehicle still Jio Dongle is not activated,

The customer experience after sales is extremely poor.
