I have bought a brand new Taigun Topline model in the month of January'23 at Volkwagen Apple Auto, Whitefield show room.

As promised by sales person, Jio dongle will be activated within a week after vehicle delivery but it is not activated.

I have personally visited to the show room, complained to the customer care and escalated over the email but of no use.

It is almost 9 months after purchase...

I got My Volkswagen Vento Serviced at Volkswagen Mysore road in July 2022 and in August 2022 only we detected that clutch plate Completely gone and Also Steel rack making Noise.

Do we leave our vehicle for maintenance or Do we Leave it so that these service centers can ruin our Good Cars so that we keep coming back to them for Replacement of Parts.

I bought the Taigun in January 16 2023 and had faced steering shake while bearing since the beginning. Reported the issue twice (at 1000 km) and specifically asked for resolution in the 7500km vehicle check up on 16 June 2023. The Service Advisor at Sahibabad Service Station (Manoj) didn’t respond to my calls saying that the network is not good. I initiated the calls while the vehicle was with them. Person 1 who attended this issue, said it’s a mother board issue, person 2 who received at service center said, it’s an airbag malfunction issue, person 3 who inspected said, it’s battery issue

I bought 2 years SVP plan last year in Mumbai with Mody Auto Corp Mira road, at the time of selling SVP, I was told its valid across India.

I have booked VW Taigun (TN 11 AY 6586) from KUN Volkswagen, Chennai on May 7th, 2022 and car was delivered to us on May 14th, 2022.

It was smooth ride for first 2 weeks than the issue started with Clutch. We encountered burnt smell from Vehicle Clutch on 2nd week after the purchase just before the first free service call from KUN Volkswagen.

We felt its weird for a brand-new car and even reported to the service...
