[Resolved]  Volkswagen India — New Car VW Taigun

Hi,
I have purchased a new VW Taigun from Volkswagen Whitefield Bangalore .
I switched from Hyundai to VW thinking it's the topmost brand with best quality. 2Mar 2022 after waiting for 5 months I took delivery of my car. In these 5 months car price has been increased twice . Today morning 3Mar 2022 the car horn stopped working. I brought it the dealership today, they are still struggling to give me an answer and have taken the car for inspection. The horn keeps working and not working from time to time . There was a minor paint issue as well, which they have promised to touch up .
When I switch to VW I don't expect compromise in quality and service . This was a dream brand for me when I was growing up but my experience was just the opposite of what I thought of .I need immediate resolution on this. Your claim is that you are the best, kindly prove it and retain my trust .
