[Resolved] Volkswagen India — noc not received even after closure of loan

I have closed the loan almost two years back.

After one year they came back saying some charges of 2000/- pending.

They keep sending messages on my mobile about the above payments.

So i paid that 2000/- rs. Also by nift. Account no. Vwfs[protected], ifsc code citi0100000. Beneficiary volkswagen finance pvt. Ltd.

Even after giving entire payments still i have not received my noc. Or loan closure certificate.

Hi,

My loan account number is [protected] and I have made the payment of Rs 1180 via paytm for NOC, I am attaching the screenshot for the same . Request you to please send the NOC and Form 35 (2 copies) on the following volkswagen showroom address.

Note:- I have raised multiple emails and complaints via customer care number, I have not received any update or NOC from them . They are saying that they have not received the payment, whereas I have communicated with my bank and Paytm customer care, they are saying payment is credited in VW finance account, but VW is denying this fact and I am stuck in middle. I have attached screenshot of the payment and UPI reference number. please help me here .
