I own a may 2011 vw vento diesel highline car. Car registration number is kl-35-c-2525. I am regularly doing all periodic services with vw workshops and maintaining the car in very good condition. There are even no single scratch in exterior, interior and under body. Car runs only 47, 000+ kilometers. I opt this car in 2011 by thinking vw is one of the world's largest automobile manufacturer so i will get a world class product. But my actual experience was different. I faced lots of complaints like ac water leakage inside cabin, coolant leakage, starter failure, fuel injector failure, frequent abs sensor failures, suspension problems and steering rack complaint during these last 8 years.

Since last few months, i noticed a different behavior like car idle rpm raising to 1050 (800 is normal) frequently. Sometimes radiator fan also running in full speed when idle rpm becoming 1050. Car voltage is fluctuating always within the range 12.2 to 14.5 and it is fluctuating in each and every seconds. The car was get checked by vw workshop and they told like issue is with the car alternator. Car alternator is not producing sufficient voltage so ecm is increasing the idle rpm to produce enough current. Service center told like this issue is common with vw cars and several customers reported same problem. They told like you can use the car as no resolution available other than alternator replacement. They advised to ignore car idle rpm increasing and voltage fluctuating issues.

Me and my family using many non-vw cars since 1990 but never faced these kind of issue with any those cars.

Car alternator is normally a life long device as it lasts the life of a car. From the talk with vw service center it is came to know that this is a common issue with vw cars.

As it is a manufacturing defect, i request vw to kindly replace the alternator in free of cost as a goodwill.

    Dear sir,
    Our car wolkwagon vento no. Is mh12 ju5997 has been given for servicing in the month of june. After servicing we understood that our blue tooth in the car is not working which was working previously. To fix this problem the company removed the system from car and told us that they have sent it to chennai to solve the issue. But after continuous follow up the company only responding that we are still in the process to solve the issue. The october has already started and if i dont get my issue resolved in this week then i will file a suite in consumer court. I have kept my patience till date. Kindly look into this immediately otherwise i may raise this issue on social media as well.

      I am getting glass cracks and bubbles from the day of purchased car and they r not taking any action in showroom regarding the complainant and very worst service from the pps motors tirupati and they don't know how to fit a bumper lock and every time door complaints since day 2 of car purchasing and worst service not giving response to the customers... I need my windshield change by the showroom

      Also i am having reverse camera problem since day 1 and some times reverse camera will not display when i apply to back gear and also they said that it works apple car play but still now it doent work and even mirror link too

        Dear Sir/Mam,

        I bought Vento DSG with lot of passion to drive a VW in 2016 and one fine day in 2019 July i could not move my vehicle singnalling to stop it. Contacted the service centre and moved the vehicle to carriage on 2nd July 2019. Till date no improvement in service. They say its a Mechatronic problem. Its almost two full month gone. There is no firm answer from the service centre.

        Please help them to delive the vehicle soon with your support. I bought it to drive and not to keep in carriage. Shocked to see VW service centres are not equiped for a hightech service like mechatronics issue.

        Please help to deliver my vehicle.

          1. My polo car mh43ar6964 purchased on december 2014 and driven 23000 kms only.
          2.in the year 2018, abs sensors were replaced.
          3. Now again the abs sensors has gone bad and need replacement.
          4. We think your abs sensors have quality issues and you need to investigate thoroughly.
          5.in my 40 years of driving experience i have driven more than 15 cars from all the reputed manufacturers such as toyota, skoda, maruti, audi, honda, ford, fait, we never heard of abs failure.
          6. Please refer our case of head of quality control and servicing in parent company.

            I had my car serviced a few months ago, it cost about ₹ 400000 in the car, the service center in kota does not do well for the car, the dealer girdhar harassed me very much, he damaged my car completely. He has given lies in everything and tries to charge extra. My car is getting damaged again and again, i am very upset, now i am thinking of going to court.

              The vehicle was completely stoped and locked when the vehicle is in moving after that i contacted with vw vijayawada helpline, the vehicle was picked up with toe vehicle and did some thing, the vehicle delivered on 21st late evening, my driver observed that the condition of the vehicle is not in order and intimated, later i personally drove the vehicle and observed that the gears are not changing according to the speed and moving with first gear with engine roaring sound after that too malfunction exhaust symbol is showing, again i sent the vehicle to vw workshop and lodged the complaint, they told that we don't have some spare parts to check and # the exact complaint, as soon we received the spare parts we will intimate you there after you again put the vehicle for rectification.
              This is the vw vijayawada workshop position, i spent nearly rs 37000.00 (Inr) including toe away charges.

              The vehicle is with me at my compound in unusable condition.

              I observed that vw vijayawada workshop neither trained nor experienced mechanic is available.

                I bought volkswagen vento petrol 23/may/2018. All of sudden in midway felt low pick-up in car and approached service center. They checked and informed clutch plates got damaged (Only in 18k km) due to inaccurate driving in dense traffic while pressing clutch for long time. But there was no such instance where car was driven in dense traffic while pressing clutch for long time. I have doubt whether defective/poor quality clutch plates were installed instead of advanced hydrolic clutch plates. Tried to approach volkswagen many times but no response till now.

                    Iam raghu from hyderabad, as volkswagen is recommonding pirelli tyres for customers in their service centers, due to soft side walls, the tyres is not at all tolerating for indian roads.

                    Two days ago i was on driving on high way, due to very small impact on the road, the tyre got busted due to side wall damage and car dragged 10ft away from road, it was 10pm in the night and i had to stay on the road with small kids till 1pm unitll my friend has come with mechanic.

                    After inspection mechanic said that these tyres are very soft and you cannot use those tyres any more on your car.

                    The tyre was barnd new and i drived 2000kms only after fitting the tyres.
                    I have requested service center to replace all 4 tyres with any other brand good with side wall, but they are not

                        noc not received even after closure of loan

                        Even after giving entire payments still i have not received my noc....

                        My volkswagen polo highline needs to be inspected. The car is showing needs inspection as well. When contacted volkswagen kozhikode (Phoenix) they gave me date october 19. Should i stop using my car for 1 month to get it inspected??. Pathetic service
                        After buying car spending and taking extended warranty too, to receive such a poor service option is something which cannot be accepted for any reason. If you are not able to fulfill service requirement. Why are you selling cars. Completely disappointed

                            I am totally disappointed with volkswagen patna. With the following points.
                            1. Your patna sales and service outlet manager mr. Mishra. Demand bribe and mentally harasses me. Mr. Mishra and my surveyor are meet and demanded bribe.
                            2. Why not this sentence brief me previously or at the first of delivery at the time of delivery of my vehicle said as per our workshop policy parking charges @500/day has been applied on your vehicle.
                            3. When my vehicle take delivery by volkswagen my vehicle have only front damage. This is also mentioned in delivery receipts report. But unfortunately after i found in inspection of my vehicle some important parts are missing.
                            4. I have faith with volkswagen but i am failed to judge company outlet service man.

                            So finally i do not want take delivery of my vehicle.

                            Above text i had send by email to 29th may 2019.
                            No reply mail i had received.

                            Today i have a receive mail from

Rs. 500/- per day for 601 days approx. And remove your vehicle at the earliest failing to which we shall be forced to hand over the vehicle at the local police station.

                            Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                              Hello team,
                              This is second time that i've been looted by vw capital, sarita vihar delhi.

                              Earlier it was 4 years back when i've booked my car polo with them, it was a fraud from sales.

                              Now, recently 2 weeks back i wanted "buffer" part to be replaced which was not in its best condition and one of them was already torn in two pieces. Technical advice that i got from one of the advisor "raja sharma" was nothing happens to car "you can drive it as it is". I was not sure about his comments and asked repeatedly "why would vw make such a part which is not required".
                              He wanted to achieve full csat and desperately wanted to deliver my car the same day after washing and cleaning. He also sold me the amc.

                              Now, when i am requesting my money back as i do not wish to continue further any relations with "vw capital" they have now started harassment and asking me to remove vw customer care from the email conversation or else amount shall not be reverted.

                              These words came out from service delivery manager "mr. Sunil kumar"

                              Mr. Sumit chauhan is also involved in this fraud who represents as workshop manager for vw capital.

                              Request you to please take appropriate action against them. My next step would be to raise a fir complaint.

                                Hi,
                                I had service my car at landmark volkswagen recently. For the complain about the continuously door & window noise while driving and suspension is not working properly. Which is very annoying. But no solution i get from the service centre of the volkaswagen. I mentioned in every service job card you should check it and also check the preivious mail for same problem. I face this problem since i purchased the car. Only temporary work are done on it. No proper or permanent solution i get till yet. Im not satisfy from the volkswagen. And also thats not fair send my vehicle many time for a one problem still which is not able to company resolve it. And my car is also in under warranty so the better option is that to change the door with withdow because of i think the company has no solution regarding it.

                                I am not at all happy with the volkswagen after sales support and quality of the product.

                                    About 10 months ago, there was something wrong with my car, due to which all the functions of my car stopped working, for which i contacted your authorized service center so that i could find out the reason.

                                    After some time, i got call that my car's bcm is damaged, and the reason for this is the water goes under bcm, they give me estimate around 1.25 lakh, because of i love my car very much, i asked them to fix the issue.

                                    After that my car issue was fixed and i had taken delivery of the car.

                                    About 10 days ago i again got the same problem and for this i contacted your service center again, i handed over my car to them on 6th sep’19 to check what happened again, although i came to know that it has again the same problem as before.

                                    They told me that they would check and will share the status with me next day but unfortunately i didn’t get any call regarding this, hence i went myself, then they told me that the reason for the not working of the car is not known yet, we will tell you tomorrow, i told them that tomorrow is sunday, then they said we also working on sunday as well, but sunday also i did not get any call from them, so i went back on monday and i find that no one has even touched my car (Have proof) and same is acknowledged by your executive that the engineer is not available.

                                    My anger broke out after this, because after 5 days they are not ready to tell me the exact reason for why my car parts damaged again, and they are not able to identify the reason. Tuesday i got call from anurag that please take your car back because we will not repair parts in warranty.

                                    I asked him to please share estimate cost with me so he told me that we will share tomorrow, however till today i didn’t get any call or email regarding the same, they took my email twice but no response till now.

                                    I called you customer care as well they give me reference id but till now no action seen yet.

                                    My request here is if the part is damage for the same reason (Bcm damage due to water goes inside again) again and again then why they didn’t fixed earlier, should i spend 1 lakh in car every year (Raining reason) like this?

                                    Please help me on this and change my car parts in foc.
