I bought volkswagen vento petrol 23/may/2018. All of sudden in midway felt low pick-up in car and approached service center. They checked and informed clutch plates got damaged (Only in 18k km) due to inaccurate driving in dense traffic while pressing clutch for long time. But there was no such instance where car was driven in dense traffic while pressing clutch for long time. I have doubt whether defective/poor quality clutch plates were installed instead of advanced hydrolic clutch plates. Tried to approach volkswagen many times but no response till now.

I HAVE TAKEN MY CAR BY PAYING COST OF REPAIR RS 24500/ TO THE DEALER AS YOUR COMPANY AND DEALER WAS THINKING I WANTED SOME BENEFITS FROM THEM, , THATS WHY I AM MAKING NOISE BUT THIS IS NOT THE REASON.
THEY TRIED TO GIVE ME DISCOUNT IN LIEU OF BACK OUT FROM THE COMPLAINT BUT I DIDNT ACCEPT THAT BECAUSE I KNOW HOW TO DRIVE AND HOW TO KEEP CAR HEALTHY
