Volkswagen India — number plate

Good Day I was very much excited with the to be a part of Volkswagen family but unfortunately highly disappointed with the dealers support. I own a polo comfortline tdi. Evrery executive was after me before i bought, i was called number of times to give the ratings as 12 out of 12 as the feed back. I did that keeping in mind that i will be served with due respect at a later stage. I bought a car from atrica automobile patpatganj delhi. My car is being used in punjab and the number plate is issued in delhi, i askd for it and they simply denied it and said that we cant give you, as we only have the authority to fix it up and not give the loose plates. I told them that i will give in writing that i have been issued with the same and any further claims wont be made at all, Atrica has nothing to do with my number plate whether i put the high security plate or the fancy plates. If at all i am fined for it its my liability and not atrcias. Moreover the car not being in delhi i would appreciate if they give me the loose one. when i reachd their showroom i was badly treated by them. bur before sale of the car they were crawling and they kept on calling the other day. we had more issues but finally they were resolved. i request volkswagen india to kindly advice atrica to send it those number plates at my place via courier, I being an NRI hardly stays in india, I just have a weeks time more, Please do the needfull although i am highly disappointed. And i regret i listend to them and rated 12 out of 12 to atrica. Its was not worth giving even a single point for the unconvincing support, They used to call me on the daily basis for atleast 4 to 5 days to rate them as 12. and even they told the same when i was taking the delivery, it was a demand and not a gesture, even if my car is in delhi, atrica has nothng to with it. my 3 cars has been stolen in last 3 years. so forget about high security plates, thats india and here things are way behind. And if they talk about laws, there are so many other things here which are being hamperd, so request to atrica to send the number plates immediately by courier to my address..thanks. brgds rohit manchanda [protected]
