my vehicle polo gp under gone an accident before two month and the vehicle had already been reported in the workshop on 10th may.But the work was not at all carried out and no responsible action taken from there.Is this the responsibility of an dealer .The worst one i seen

    Dear Volkswagen India, I own a Polo purchased on June'2012. Customer Name : Ajitesh Narang Vehicle Model: Polo Registration number : MP-13-AB-1600 Workshop/Dealer Name & Location : Shirani Automotive Pvt. Ltd. 20/2, A.B. Road, Dewas Naka, Near Lasudia Police Station, Indore - 452 010 Madhya Pradesh. I met with an accident on 3rd June'2015 night and i put my car to the service centre on 4th of June 2015 and they told that their could be some internal engine problem but they are not sure at that moment prior opening the engine. Its been more than a month and nobody informed or updated me about the progress of my car. Mr. Parvez Pathan GM service is very rude person i have ever met in my lifetime in dealing with such operations. Everytime i had to call at the service center and nobody takes the ownership of the service, they use to say that it will take some more time to investigate the whole losses. And after a month when I called, they told that all the Injectors got damaged during the accident(Wondering, why it took a month to figure out that the Injectors are damaged). The same thing when i told to my insurance company they immediately refused to include the injectors as its been more than a month. I have a very good repulation socially and use to service all my cars on a timely manner. But such type of behavious is unexpected by Volkswagen India and its damaging the Market reputation. I am badly frustrated and will not suggest anyone to go with Volkswagen in future. If i found that no actions have been taken then I had to file a Legal Case against the Company with appropriate chargers. Last but not the least and adding more : I have multiple cars of different top brands including Volkswagen but i have never ever seen such disappointing hospitality, rudeness as if Mr. Parvez is uneducated or dont have manner and etiquette. I hope this request of mine would make some difference.

      I own a Volkswagen Jetta Highline AT, which I purchased in the year 2011 from Vadodara. Registeration Number of my car is GJ 01 E 2880. I am writing this mail in deepest of angst and after losing my complete patience with the service team of Volkswagen Thane Dealership. It has been more than 18 months now, the rubber bead of the rear two doors of my car is damaged and everytime I give my car for servicing(currently, I am residing in Thane(Maharashtra) and since last 1.5 years have been giving the car for servicing to their Ghdbunder Road, Thane Office, I have been asking for the replacement for the same. 5 times aleady, I have been given the quotation of the same and every time on asking to go ahead with the replacement, I have been shown the doors saying that the said parts is unavailable and the order has been placed. I feel completely cheated with this attitude of Volkswagen towards their customers.

As discussed upon call with ... mobile no. [protected] I have purchased VM Polo Trend Line in July 2013 in Ludhiana, Punjab. Same day of delivery I have driven car from Ludhiana to Bangalore for a Run of 3000kms. For a trip of Bangalore - Vellore in Feb 2014 after a run of 200kms on a constant speed suddenly Clutch breaks down on one of the turn. I was very happy with the support provided by On Road Assistance by VW. But on the same hand I receive a call from Vellore VW-office next day about the issue. As according to them Clutch was not used properly and it was used many times which cause this failure. Which means we should not drive VW Polo in Bangalore - Traffic ? and VW vehicles are not CAPABLE ENOUGH TO DRIVE IN BANGALORE.? If somebody is familiar with Bangalore traffic, that person know - more than accelerator, clutch is pressed. And I have driven it successfully for 200kms and suddenly on one stop clutch stopped working in the middle of the Road. I raised this issue so many times in VW head office, but every time issue was transferred to a service center, and no service center will agree to cover any damage in warranty that easily. They will try to humiliate the customer as this becomes one of liability because customer had already spent on purchasing and want his vehicle back home. I waited for one month as I was not having any other option and there was NO HELP FROM VOLKSWAGEN. Secondly, he gave me information which is no where written in book let provided on time of purchase. That Clutch warranty is only for 6 months / 10000Kms. That means I have to spend 40k every 6 months. Nobody proved this point as it is not written anywhere. I want this point in booklets provided on day of purchase. Hopefully this email will reach in right hands.             To Whomsoever it may concern, I have a Volkswagen Vento which is hardly a year old, and the service center here in Bangalore, Hosur Road(Elite Motors have found that there is a manufacturing defect in the electrical unit. I am really shocked to know that Volkswagen manufactures such faulty cars. Secondly, it has taken about a week and I still haven't received my car, nor was an temporary car given. I am truly very sad about my experience with Volkswagen. If this isn't resolved at the earliest, I will take it to the next level. As high as possible. 1. I needed to know when my car would be delivered back to me - NO TAT given 2. No replacement vehicle given My vehicle registration number is TN70p 1370

                  i have send my car for the free check-up after 7500 kms driven.when the car return in the evening i saw that some warming lights are flashing .By getting the information about those warning lights from the car's manual, it was a problem in engine system management, another warning light's of pre-heated engine.when i open the hood of the car and check the engine oil, not a single drop was there in the car . If there will be high damage in car's engine i want the needful efforts and i want the information about all my car. the service station was - 68/3, Najafgarh Road, Near Moti Nagar New Delhi

                    I am the owner of a polo1.2 Volkswagen car Which i bought on October 23, 2014. Sir, i want your concern over the matter that i was travelling from bareilly to shahjahanpur on may 26, 2015 Car jumped on a pot hole on road and radiator water got drained. My Car was picked by bareilly dealer from shahjahanpur later on. Now dealer told me that engine and radiator is damaged and engine is not covered in insurance policy. First issue is when i purchased car the deal was ₹6, 80, 000 on road and no other expenses. Now insurance company bajaj allianz general insurance company Ltd. is saying engine is not covered by this policy. I want to know the responsibility of the dealer in the case because he made the insurance himself and did not tell me which insurance policy he made. For saving some amount of money, he made the wrong policy. Second issue is that only eight months old car is damaged by jumping on road while my confidence was polo is very heavy and safe car but it totally disappointed me. Sir, i have been using hyundai's car, honda city and maruti zen car also since a long time but this situation never happened while road jumps seldom occur and is a quite general thing. This dealer has been doing a lot of mistakes in the past also, for instance, not giving the accessories with the car, not providing original papers etc.. So i humbly request you to pay attention over my concern as I am unable to use my car from over a month now and kindly replace the engine soon so that i continue to believe in polo.

                      Dear sir/madam, I had conversation with your representative for my issue but I am very sad to inform you that no actions have been taken till now. My complaint was that I purchased my new polo highline last december. At that time they were offering customers a free insurance with polo car. I asked them kindly do it bumper to bumper. And they were agreed to that. The salesperson handed it over to me the insurance amount was 25000. But one they after that they called and corrected amount with 18000 I asked them why so?? They said "sorry sir mistakenly we have written 25000 it is 18000 and it will cover bumper to bumper". Few days back I went for free 7500km servicing. My car got damaged from front asked them to apply for insurance but that time they said it will be of no use as your insurance I comprehensive not bumper to bumper you have to pay. I called that salesperson who sold me that insurance. He was denying to me that he never promised like that. I have proof with me. Please find the solution.                             The vehicle Vento HL was purchased on 13.01.14. After 2 months the AC didnot work. Since there was no computerised hecking station at Rourkela, the dealer adviced to take the vehicle to Bhubaneswar at my own cost. It was not agreed upon and hence the dealer towed it to Bhubaneswar. After 20 days they sent back my vehicle with AC rectified( Sep'14). But again after 2 months it didnot work. No good response from dealer.

                              While releasing the accelerator pedel, engine will automatically raise, and your technicians could not find out the problems. while we asked them, they said they contacted Mumbai office and waiting for their reply. Its a nightmare to drive the car and it is under WARRANTY.

                                With a sense of great anguish and hurt I write to state that I had purchased Vento Car (GJ/01/KN4852) Model No. VENTO 1.6 CR (MT) on 6th Oct’11 manufactured by VOLKSWAGEN INDIA, from their authorized dealer Volkswagen - Automark Motors Pvt. Ltd. Ahmedabad Phone: +[protected] and since the beginning this car has been giving me problems. I am facing the problem of low A.C Cooling since last more than 3.1/2 years but regret to state that still our complaint is not resolved. I have changed the Pump as advised by their service centre and there after on 12th June’15 informed us to change EGR unit worth Rs.35.000/- with no guarantee of getting A.C. Cooling. When I have demanded for the written confirmation of resolving my complaint, Volkswagen Karnavati, Bopal, Ahmedabad had sent estimate to the tune of Rs.3, 68, 312/- vide email dated 19th June’15 It seems I made a mistake by choosing to go in for Volkswagen product and as these frequent break downs have not only resulted in mental agony and torture but also in financial losses as I was rendered immobile and my business suffered, why Volkswagen as well as Automark Motors should not be held responsible for selling me a defective product and for misrepresentation and suppression of facts and why I should not ask for a suitable compensation, including but not limited to change of this defective car. I have written to all the top management personnel in Volkswagen as well as in Automark Motors but till date there is no satisfactory response from either of them and VOLKSWAGEN top management has chosen to completely ignore my mails as all of them have gone unanswered. Since 23.05.15 my car has been with Volkswagen Karnavati, Bopal, (Ahmedabad) and they are just not willing to advise me as to what are the problems and what corrective steps they are taking and when my car will be given back to me. I wonder why this defective product should not be replaced with defect free product by VOLKSWAGEN/ AUTOMARK MOTORS and why they should not adequately compensate me for the same SUNIL GANDHI (M) [protected]

                                  On 1st June 2015 our Vento MP09CP8738, met with a small accident, and we immidiately sent the car to Shirani Automotive, the dealer of Volkswagen in Indore for service. But it has been 20 days and we have still not received our vehicle. The treatment that we are getting from people at Shirani is very bad. Nobody is giving us a definative answer as to when they will give us our car. We are getting different dates everyday. When we bought this car we expected world class service from such a world class brand, but they hardly care about the hardships that their customer must be facing due to their lazy behavior. When we dug futher we found out that there is some kind of inquiry going on at Shirani Automotive, regarding their Sales Tax and due to which they are unable to procure any kind of material from anywhere in India as they cannot issue Form 49. Our problem is why were we not informed that such an issue is going on at their showroom and how can a world class company give their dealership to people who create such tax issues. We request you to look into this matter and provide us with the best solution. Why should we suffer because of what they have done. For your reference our Repair Order no. is SO138268

                                    I have a Volks Wagen Vento. I have given the said car for repair at Mody Auto at Hyderabad on 03.06.2015. The said car has handedover to garage to attend the some issues with the gear system. While on running the gear system got strcuk up & not able to move it to any gear. The matter was explained to Sericie Supervisor. On the same day when I went to the workshop the service executives are not shown much interest to attend to customer. Improper answers / indisciplined attidude with them. Expected delivery time givewn to me is on 03.06.2015. I was informed that the matter will be attended & informed the problem over phone. I have expected a call from the waorkshop, as I dont received I called them on the same day by 5.30 pm. For about an hour I am keep on trying to reach them, all the nos are ringning, but no one has attended my call. At last I could reach them by 6.20 pm.Then service executive said that, the delivery is not possible on the day as the techinician was not alloted to your car, though I informed the matter to Service Supervisor. Then I asked executive to give the phone to Service supervisor, then he said that the car has got repair you can come & pick up. I am really doubtfull whether they have attended my issue or not. I reached show room & taken back my car at about 7.30 pm. The very next day the same problem repeated with the car. From there on wards I have tried morethan 30 times, first they will not lift, if at all lift they say that they will come & check. To day is 19.06.2015. For the past 15 days no body is attending to my car for rectification. I made 5 complaints to custoer care mail ids. They also simply send a mail saying that the matter is handedover to customer care executives & given some no. when I tried to reach them one no is completely switched off, another person said that I am sorry I am leave I can not help you. Further Sr Manager sent a message saying that, I understood your problem, I will call you tommarrow. Then again He has not called me, in turn when I called he said that the gear shift has gone with your car & it cost about Rs, 30, 000. I dont know without verifying or without attending my car how can they say that the issue. For the past 15 days my car is just lying at my parking Place & I lost my business & spent more money for my travel. This is my problem, please sovle & do some favour.

                                      VW-MADE IN CHINA NOT GERMANY--- VW cars which are produced in India/Germany or whichever country are absolute non-sense as you can see many frequent complaints of Injectors, Turbocharger etc which are very important parts of the engine assembly gets defected even as early as in[protected]kms of mileage and cost is almost more then 3 lakhs which is 30% of the cost of new car. Even the noise of engine, Fan behind Radiator, Water Pump, Coolant Tank, Lower stand all of these are so breaking so free frequent that you loose up money everyday weather you drive it or not and the company are making lots of money by saying they Germans they will [censored] U all from front, back, upside, downside, left side, Right side & center. I doubt they really own Audi Sport brand aswell. Atleast they should start writing MADE IN CHINA on all their parts which comes with zero warranty. They are bloddy sucker nothing else. PLEASE PLEASE SHARE THIS AND STOP BUYING SUCH USELESS CARS... Even i had 4 VW Cars in my house itself but seems like i will have to sell all of them. As my 2012 VentoTDI MT was gone for normal checkup & after 10 days it was returned on last 15th June 2015 with Water pump Rs.6000 & Injectors (all 4= Rs.96, 000/-) were replaced and on 17th June(Yesterday) my car again brokedown showing that coil signal blinking all the time. Now today i went today and they told me that the TURBOCHARGER is faulty and needs replacement with a cost of approx Rs.1, 50, 000/- seems like what i said above is right this way and now this is center to get [censored]D every day. If you have an extended warranty then you can relax till the time u have that post that you will either scrap your vehicle or sell this headache. I am now moving to Consumer Court as i am not going to pay for this ...
