car dealer insurance mishandling

Knocking Problem

Non performance of air conditioner.

The vehicle Vento HL was purchased on 13.01.14. After 2 months the AC didnot work. Since there was no computerised hecking station at Rourkela, the dealer adviced to take the vehicle to Bhubaneswar at my own cost. It was not agreed upon and hence the dealer towed it to Bhubaneswar. After 20 days they sent back my vehicle with AC rectified( Sep'14). But again after 2 months it didnot work. No good response from dealer....

Sub-standard Car & Spares from Volkswagen.
