Volkswagen India — polo highline model epc and engine issue

Volkswagen polo epc and engine issues for my new vehicle (Drive only 16k kms). Vehicle speed was reduced 80 kmph to 10 kmph within few seconds while driving in highways. I bought a volkswagen polo (Highline) 1.2 petrol in 05-may-2017 at the hosurvolkswagen dealer, tamilnadu, the vehicle has not yet completed a year. I have faced a lot of issues on the car such like epc and engine alert on dashboard and also lot of vibration in the vehicle engine all of a sudden. Whenever epc alert came the vehicle speed is automatically reduced and the break is not functioning properly. Because of this problem i was met with an accident and i am getting mentally agitated/irritable during the driving. A first time, epc alert comes on september 2017 within 5 months after the first service. 1st service is done by salem service centre in tamil nadu. I had a discussion with salem service centre (Service engineer). But, they are not given proper explanation. Because it came after the first service and it resolved. Again second time epc alert came within 2 months (November, 2017), i went for kun alandur volkswagen service centre in chennai. They have checked it and they informed like the issue was resolved permanently. I have faced the same incident third time 27-dec-2017 and again faced on jan 2018 after getting service from kun alandur volkswagen service centre in chennai. Still i didn’t get a permanent solutions for this issue and i am very much afraid to drive my vehicle in highways. I too get a poor response from the service centre every time. Now also my vehicle in service station and i am getting irritated and post this issue in social media to alert new customers. Thoroughly disappointed with this volkswagen experience.

My car VW Passat 2011 model 2.0 which has run 132000 kms has been consuming extra engine oil. All the services have been done in the authorized service stations for VW. It seems to be a recurrent problem with 2.0 VW engines which are turbo charged. I would want a solution to this problem
I have exactly same issue of EPC for my VW vento 1.6 MPI petrol(MT). Since last six months this issue is there and brought to notice of VW service station.
Vehicle is run just 11, 000/- KM and after 1st servicing this issue started coming up.
At 1st they have changes throttle body and assured vehicle tested thoroughly and issue is resolved but subsequently is again getting reported. EPC light turns on all of sudden and vehicle suddenly loose power and stops. Once this happened on highway, its really scary to drive on highway.
Now again since 1 month vehicle at service station and they have yet not resolved the issue.
God knows how will they ensure the safety of vehicle passenger.
